A successful school principal is not a born principal, destined to become a principal, but he can become a principal based on a planned and mature formation (special education or experience working as a teacher and principal), and willing to shape himself into a head quality school. The formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's charismatic leadership and the work ethic of the teacher and to determine the level of charismatic leadership in school heads and the work ethic of teachers in SMKN 1 Kuripan, district. West Lombok. This type of research is quantitative research, the population of this research is teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kuripan, district. West Lombok, amounting to 56 teachers. Because the number of the study population is relatively small, therefore this study is a population study of 56 teachers. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire. There was a statistical data analysis used in this study using the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that the value (calculated) was 0.538 or greater than the r-table value of 0.218 so that the decision to take was to accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This means that there is a "significant" positive relationship between the charismatic leadership of the school and the work ethic of the West Lombok SMKN 1 Kuripan teachers for the 2019/2020 academic year.  Keywords: Work effectiveness, Charismatic Leadership

  Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bermain play dough terhadap kreativitas membentuk geometri anak pada Kelompok B di RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre Experiment Desain dengan desain yang digunakan adalah One Group Pre-Test And Post-Test Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa RA As-Syuhada Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel yang diambil terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelompok B1 berjumlah 20 anak dan kelompok B2 berjumlah 20 anak. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling purposive. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bermain play dough terhadap kreativitas membentuk geometri anak pada kelompok B di RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari perolehan  14t hitung">  7,66 > 14ttabel"> 1,729 dan meningkatnya rata-rata kreativitas membentuk geometri anak, sebelum perlakuan 51,3 menjadi 69,8 sesudah perlakuan. Kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,5%.Kata Kunci : Kreativitas Membentuk Geometri Anak, Bermain Play DoughThis quantitative research aims to find out how much influence play dough play on creativity to form the geometry of children in Group B in RA As-Syuhada' Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of Pre Experiment Design with the design used is One Group Pre-Test And Post-Test Design. The study population is all students of RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. Samples taken consisted of two classes namely group B1 amounted to 20 children and group B2 amounted to 20 children. The researcher used Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Technique of collecting data in this research in the form of documentation and observation. The result of data analysis can be concluded that there is influence of play dough to creativity to form child geometry in group B in RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. It can be known from the acquisition of t calculate 7,66> ttable 1,729 and the increase of creativity mean to form child geometry, before treatment 51,3 become 69,8 after treatment. Abstract. Marriage is designed to form a harmonious and eternal family in accordance with Law number 1 of 1974. Therefore it is the responsibility of parents in teaching various knowledge, value and norm as well as role model in behavior to children. It was found that children with disharmony family background will experience the disorder of personality, emotional, antisocial and behavioral disorder (delinquent). The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between family harmony with aggressive behavior in students of the Belencong Aliyah Raudlatushibyan NW Madrasah in Academic Year of 2019/2020. Family harmony is characterized by a form of two-way communication, mutual respect for opinion, mutual love and the attitude of parents who protect children. Aggressive behavior intended in this research is in the form of physical, psychological, verbal and non-verbal aggressive The design of this study used quantitative research that is a causal relationship. The sample in this study were 21 students from disharmony families. Data collection technique using the questionnaire method as the main method, observation, interview and documentation as a complementary method. By the result of data analysis using statistical method with Product Moment analysis showed that the value of r-count <r-table was 0.871 <1.729 then the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted at a significance level of 5% so that it can be interpreted that there is a Relationship Between Family Harmony with Aggressive Behavior Students of the Belencong Aliyah Raudlatushibyan Madrasah in Academic Year of  2019/2020.Key word: harmony family, aggressive.

The purpose of this research was to determine whether there was a significant difference between students who were taught using the Draw Label Caption (DLC) Strategy and students who were not taught using the Draw Label Caption (DLC) Strategy to improve the quality of descriptive text written by eighth-graders of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah in academic year 2019/2020. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods, with a quasi-experimental design. The population was 78 students, the sample was 50 students by purposive sampling. The research was collected using a written description test and analyzed with the Independent t-test SPSS 16, it was found that the t-obtained was higher than t-t (3.060> 2.021) at the significant level α = 0.05 on the two-sided test. This meant that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. So the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that the Draw Label Caption (DLC) strategy has a significant on the improvement of the ability to write the descriptive text of eighth-graders of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karang Tengah.

Abstract: This study originated from problems still lack teachers applying positive reinforcement to behavior that indicated the student in the learning process. The research objective to describe: 1) the level of reinforcement application, 2) application of reinforcement schedules, 3) the types of reinforcement, and 4) granting reinforcement by subject teachers. The study population was all students of class XI SMA Adabiah 2 Padang in the academic year 2012/2013, amounting to 325 students. The samples with Simple Random Sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 176 students.Jenis research is descriptive quantitative research. The study was conducted in April 2013. The research instrument Semantic Differential scale. Analysis of data using mean hypothetic results showed the level of application of the reinforcement of subject teachers in the high category, and interpretation of students to the application of reinforcement schedules, types of reinforcement, and reinforcement by way of provision of subject teachers in the learning process positively.Keywords: reinforcement, guidance, and counseling

This research was aimed: to find out significant effect of Two Stay Two Stray in Teaching Reading Comprehension at the second year Students of MTs Hidayatussibyan NW Sengkerang in academic year 2013/2014. The kind of this research was quantitative research. The population of this research was the second grade students that consist of 28 students. The instrument of collecting data used test which was 50 multiple choice items. In this research, the researcher gave a treatment and prepared a test in form of multiple choices to look for the effect of Two Stay Two Stray in Teaching Reading Comprehension. The result of the data analysis indicated that the grade students obtained high score on the post test. It means that, the Two Stay Two Stray gave a significant effect in students’ reading comprehension. It was proven by the lowest and highest score in pre-test and post-test, they were 20 and 58 and post-test were 32 and 80. Thus, the result of alternative hypothesis was accepted. It was provable that ttest was higher than ttable, which was the value of ttest was 4.875 and ttable 27 in significance level of 0.05% was 2.052.

This article was written to find out the correlation between comprehension and writing skill of description text for student at class VII SMPN 15 Padang. Data in this study was score of text comprehension skill. The type of this study was quantitative research with correlation design. Study population was students at class VII SMPN 15 Padang that enrolled in academic year of 2016/2017 with sample was amounted to 224 students that dispersed in seven classes. Sampling determination used proportional random sampling technique that obtained 42 students (20% from student population per class). Study fining showed that there was a significant correlation between comprehension and writing skill of description text for student at class VII SMPN 15 Padang with tcount &gt; ttable (10.32 &gt; 1.68). Therefore, to write description text students should be able to understand the description text it self.

<p>The Principal's Performance Assessment is carried out at the target schools which are the responsibility of the school supervisor. After the Principal's Performance Assessment was carried out at the target schools for the 2019/2020 Academic Year, the results were different from one school to another, even though they were under the same supervision of a supervisor. This is because the management and abilities of each school principal are different. With this Principal Performance Assessment, each school should be able to find a solution or try to display the school's color as best as possible. Based on the results of the assessment every year there must be improvements or improvements in the results achieved. Principal performance appraisal activities are carried out by supervisors at each target school for which they are responsible. When carrying out the assessment, the school supervisor conducts interviews, checks documents in accordance with the statement of each item in the instrument. The school supervisor gives an assessment of each item in the instrument according to the facts found at that time and no longer provides an opportunity for the principal to provide and complete something desired in the statement. This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation on online information search and online shopping, as well as differences in men and women in shopping orientation. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive causal types. The study population was students of the 2017/2018 Academic Year of Malang State Polytechnic who had made an online purchase. Data collection uses a questionnaire to 94 respondents using purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis uses simple regression. The results showed that shopping orientation did not affect the online information search with t count 0.547 t table 1.66159. The simple regression equation obtained is Y1 = 7.898 + 0.013 X and Y2 = 2.492 + 0.082 X. The results of the study show that there is no difference in shopping orientation between men and women.

This study was aimed to identify t The Effectiveness of Using Communicative Approach in Teaching the Simple Past Tense. This research employed quantitative research method. The design of the collecting the data that used in research are, questioner method, test method, library method, observation method and interview method. This research was conducted at class of second year students of SMPN 12 Batam in the academic year 2018/2019.  As for the time the researched held on 31 March 2019 until 25 May 2019. In this research, the populations of the study were students in second year students at SMPN 12 Batam in the academic year 2018/2019. There were  students from two classes, whereas the samples are 62 students, where 30 students from class VIII-4 (control class) and 32 students from VIII-5 ( the experiment class). This research was concluded that the effectiveness of using communicative approach in teaching the simple past tense: A case study of second year students at SMPN 12 BATAM in the academic years 2018/2019. The result was the calculation of the t-test, it was obtained that the t-observed was 5.506 and t-table was 2.042 at the level of significant 0, 05. It was obtaining that t- observed > t-table, it means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and Ho rejected.

The aim of this research was to find out the correlation between mastery on the simple present tense and writing descriptive paragraph. The method that was used in this research was a quantitative research. the subject were 42 students of the fourth semester nursing program of STIKES Bhakti Husada Mulia Madiun in the academic year 2017/2018. Simple present tense and writing descriptive paragrap test were used as the instrument for collecting the data of this research. Pearson’s Product Moment Formula was used to correlate both mastery on simple present tense (variable X) and the ability in writing descriptive text (variable Y). The result showed that there was a statistically significant correlation (0.756) is higher than the r value of significant level at 5 % (0.304). Theoretically, Null Hypothesis (Ho)is rejected and Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The suggestion are: the students should improve their mastery on simple present tense because it can improve their ability in expressing activities in writing.
