The article is devoted to the issue of teaching students to work with pedagogical situations when teaching pedagogical disciplines in higher education. The literature on this topic is commented on. The article argues the relevance of teaching students to work with pedagogical situations in modern conditions. The level of development of the topic is analyzed in detail, the priorities of the development of pedagogical science, its role and importance in higher education are discussed. The focus is on innovative educational technologies and pedagogical situations used in the teaching of pedagogical disciplines, as well as the situation, the essence of the pedagogical situation. Opinions are expressed on finding positive solutions to the problems of the pedagogical situation. There are examples of pedagogical ministries used in the form of cases and methods of finding solutions. Conclusions and recommendations were made on the topic. The list of used literature is given.

Социальная, культурная и образовательная конкурентоспособность находятся под влиянием образовательных технологий, которые положительно влияют на стиль, продолжительность и метод обучения в высших учебных заведениях. Дистанционное образование возможно применять и как полноценную самодостаточную форму, и как дополнение к классическому обучению в аудиториях. Автор рассматривает в статье дистанционную форму обучения как альтернативу традиционной форме преподавания в вузах на время периодов самоизоляции (пандемии, сезонные карантины), а также как дополнение к традиционным формам обучения. Анализируются проблемные и положительные аспекты применения данной формы. Указаны возможные форматы обучения в условиях дистанционного образования. Выделены сильные и слабые стороны использования некоторых технологий. Technologies alter the way of living and work of a person. The Internet world network makes it easier to quickly access useful information. Social, cultural and educational competitiveness are influenced by educational technologies that positively influence the style, duration and method of education in higher education institutions. Distance education can be used as a full-fledged self-sufficient form, or as a Supplement to classical training in classrooms. The author considers distance learning as an alternative to the traditional form of teaching in higher education institutions during periods of self-isolation (pandemics, seasonal quarantines), as well as as an addition to traditional forms of education. The problem and positive aspects of using this form are analyzed. Possible formats of training in the conditions of distance education are specified. The strengths and weaknesses of the use of certain technologies are highlighted.

The article substantiates the importance of proper organization of professional and pedagogical training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (in particular, economic profile) as future scientific and pedagogical workers of high qualification; it is also determined the role and place of the course “Modern educational technologies” in the system of professional training of doctors of philosophy of economic profile. In order to understand the peculiarities of scientific and pedagogical activities in the educational program of PhD students it should be normatively provided educational components aimed at providing theoretical and practical training of future scientific and pedagogical workers (by the way, as required by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Analysis of postgraduate curricula suggests that in most of the analyzed institutions, educational programs for doctors of philosophy contain educational components of both theoretical and practical orientation, which is also confirmed by the availability of educational and methodological literature aimed at organizing pedagogical training of future teachers. In general, an integral part of the training of future doctors of philosophy in higher education is the formation of their professional and pedagogical competence, as well as methodological culture, which involves the possession of methodological knowledge (theoretical, methodological, subject methodology, methodology of knowledge of the relevant field of science). Thus, the system of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of economic disciplines should include the use of modern forms, methods and teaching aids, as well as the latest pedagogical technologies, differentiation and individualization of professional training of future doctors of philosophy, implementation of innovative programs into pedagogical training of potential teachers.

The conditions of modern labor market dictate the need for highly qualified specialists who creatively approach the performance of their professional activities, independently making competent productive decisions. In search of a solution to this problem, higher education institutions resort to the use of modern educational technologies. The article presents the forms of implementation of discussion technologies, their peculiarity, considers their importance and specificity of use in the conditions of personality-centered training and defines the goals of discussion technologies implementation in the course study. The study revealed an increase in the level of students’ training. The use of discussion technologies allowed them to study the topics of the course more deeply.

The problem field of research is a contradiction between the need for higher education to implement the individual educational route of the student and the lack of attention of teachers to the selection of appropriate educational technologies. This research presents an analysis of the active methodologies of learning in higher education and its potential, from the use of Information and Communication Technologies applied to education. It is considered the thought of authors who discuss active methodologies today and a collection of information addressed with students of Pedagogy course in the context of the Open University of Brazil. The results point out the possibilities of the use of active methodologies, combined with the use of technologies, enabling greater student engagement and qualification in the learning processes. However, it should be noted that the technologies available arouse the students’ interest or have the potential to qualify learning processes according to planning, group characteristics, and teaching mediation. The Virtual Learning Environment, among the researched resources, are considered by students as the best communication space to study, followed by the moderate use of some social networks.

The article discusses the features of active and interactive teaching methods. The analysis of the application of these methods in the educational process of higher education is carried out, it is said that a teacher of a higher school must not only transfer scientific knowledge, but also be able to choose the optimal teaching strategy, use modern educational technologies, creating the prerequisites for creativity. The authors note that the educational process, based on the use of active and interactive teaching methods, is organized taking into account the inclusion in the learning process of all students in the group, without exception. The article also indicates the possibility in the process of teaching the teacher to choose both one method and use a combination of several. According to the authors, a successful application depends on the consistency and correlation of the selected methods and tasks.

A key role in improving the quality of higher education belongs to the executive staff, teaching employees, and academic staff as direct performers. The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities of advanced training of university academic staff using innovative educational technologies based on information and communication technologies (ICT). The article notes the relevance of the search for new approaches to the organization of the professional development of the higher education system employees, as well as analyzes the experience of European countries in the professional development of university academic staff. The authors specify the requirements for the meaningful components of methodical system of training at the university, the prospects of ICT use in professional activity of academic and administrative employees of the university, training areas of university staff of different professional orientation, as well as highlight innovation areas of professional development of the academic staff in Russian universities.
