The article substantiates the importance of proper organization of professional and pedagogical training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (in particular, economic profile) as future scientific and pedagogical workers of high qualification; it is also determined the role and place of the course “Modern educational technologies” in the system of professional training of doctors of philosophy of economic profile. In order to understand the peculiarities of scientific and pedagogical activities in the educational program of PhD students it should be normatively provided educational components aimed at providing theoretical and practical training of future scientific and pedagogical workers (by the way, as required by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Analysis of postgraduate curricula suggests that in most of the analyzed institutions, educational programs for doctors of philosophy contain educational components of both theoretical and practical orientation, which is also confirmed by the availability of educational and methodological literature aimed at organizing pedagogical training of future teachers. In general, an integral part of the training of future doctors of philosophy in higher education is the formation of their professional and pedagogical competence, as well as methodological culture, which involves the possession of methodological knowledge (theoretical, methodological, subject methodology, methodology of knowledge of the relevant field of science). Thus, the system of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of economic disciplines should include the use of modern forms, methods and teaching aids, as well as the latest pedagogical technologies, differentiation and individualization of professional training of future doctors of philosophy, implementation of innovative programs into pedagogical training of potential teachers.

The article defines that in modern Ukrainian realities the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature of the new generation appears as a person who is aware of national, cultural and linguistic values, preserves and continues Ukrainian cultural and historical traditions, has creative personality, is a true patriot, professional teacher (active citizen of Ukraine), spiritual mentor. Accordingly, there is the demand to improve philology teachers’ professional training, taking into account different concepts, approaches and principles; ensuring a harmonious combination of purpose, content, structure, stages, forms, and methods of organization the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions. Any system can function and develop successfully only under certain conditions, as well as the result of future philology teachers’ professional training in an educational and communicative environment.The optimal pedagogical conditions for future philology teachers’ training in the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions have been identified: 1) increasing motivation and pedagogical reflection on the professional and communicative activities of future teachers of philology by means of interactive technologies; 2) the use of communicative learning strategies during the training of future teachers of philology; 3) improving the content and forms of practical training to gain experience in future professional and communicative activities; 4) creation of educational-methodical and educational-informational support of educational-communicative environment for training of teachers of philology. It was found that such pedagogical conditions would improve the educational and communicative environment, create a mechanism of mental activity of students, which will contribute to the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity. It has been confirmed that pedagogical conditions optimize the improvement of the educational process, the creation of such a mechanism of students' thought process, which will promote the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity.

Today the issue of ensuring gender equality in Ukraine is becoming more and more relevant. The implementation of the principle of equal rights and opportunities at all levels of social life is a necessary precondition for the formation in the state of a civilized, parity society and its integration into the European educational space. Therefore, the main task, that the scientific community now solves, is the creation of a better world for all people, in which there will be no place for any inequality: class, gender, racial or ethnic. In this aspect, fundamental changes in the content of theoretical and methodological approaches in education are naturally occurring, purposes of teaching and upbringing of youth are outlined in a new way. The clarification of the essential features and content of such concepts as «gender»,»gender culture», «gender approach» has been described. The problem aspects of gender in education institutions have been determined on the basis of a general review of scientific publications.It has been emphasized the importance of specialists’ professional training in higher education institutions. The necessity of forming a gender culture of university students based on the idea of gender public policy has been substantiated. The article analyzes the peculiarities of training future teachers in higher education institutions of different countries in order to implement the positive ideas of this experience in the higher education system of Ukraine. Peculiarities of training students abroad at the present stage of higher education development are determined: multilevel model of pedagogical education; high quality of pedagogical training, which meets the best world standards; the education system is decentralized; considerable attention is paid to the study of foreign languages; a systematic approach to the organization of professional development of teachers of general secondary education based on the restructuring and optimization of methods, forms and models of teaching through the integration of elements of practical activities into professional development curricula and the formation of continuing pedagogical education as an organically integrated, optimal and dynamic system; strengthening the independence and responsibility of students for their studies, the possibility of individualization of the curriculum, the growth of academic mobility; multiculturalism and polylingualism; multidisciplinary (acquisition of specialization in two subjects simultaneously); systematic and systematic use of innovative technologies; high level of personal-social-state orientation of the system of monitoring the quality of higher education; free access to statistics and mandatory publication of monitoring results by independent media; a small number of subjects taught (not more than 16 disciplines in one academic year); relocation of the center of professional and pedagogical training to school; growth of pedagogical practice and expansion of places of its passing; increasing the requirements for entrants both in the case of admission to pedagogical specialties and during their employment; increasing the role and importance of various professional organizations (associations, unions, centers of pedagogical skills, schools of professional growth) in the process of professional development and certification of teachers. It is noted that taking into account the selected features of foreign experience in the domestic system of training future teachers will contribute to the effective modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is justified by the new requirements for the personality of a specialist in the field of education. Thus, an obligatory component of professional and pedagogical competence is the innovative competence of the teacher. The formation of this competence in future teachers in the system of their professional training in higher education requires special methodological system of innovative competence formation. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and to describe the model of readiness to innovative activity of future teachers. The purpose of the article is realized by applying theoretical (spectral analysis, generalization) and empirical (modeling, methods of pedagogical diagnostics) methods of scientific knowledge in the research. On the basis of the application of these methods in the study, the essence, features and structure of pedagogical innovative activity are determined. The necessity of innovative activity readiness formation of future teachers is substantiated. The components of the structure of teacher's readiness for innovative activity are described. The essence of pedagogical formation model of future teachers readiness to innovative activity is described. Its efficiency on the basis of quantitative and qualitative results is proved. The elements of scientific novelty in the work are represented by the creation of an experimental pedagogical model of the formation of the future teachers’ readiness to innovative activity, the substantiation of methodological and methodical aspects of its implementation, the development of the criteria base for determining the level of formation of the future teachers’ readiness to innovative activity.

The article highlights the topicality of the problem of improving the future teachers’ practical training in the process of their professional training in higher pedagogical educational institutions. The authors substantiate the necessity of applying the creative project «Pedagogical Insight: the 21st Century Educational Technologies» in order to secure the innovative component of the students’ professional competence. The authors emphasize on the project activity practical aspects which are based on the use of the pedagogical experience best examples in order to overcome the established stereotypes and search for innovative approaches to educational activities, including participation of the finalists of the «National Teacher Prize Ukraine 2019». The project’s goals, functions, structure, and stages of development have been defined. It has also been emphasized on the importance of the ongoing «Pedagogical Insight» project for the future teachers’ personal and professional formation on the basis of the young teachers’ pedagogical innovations presentation. Those young innovators have reached the pinnacles of pedagogical mastery having developed and implemented their own interpretation of the well-known educational technologies, such as: integrated learning, upturned learning, E-learning, interactive learning, development of emotional intelligence, and others. The effectiveness of the young innovator’s approach to the introduction of the practice oriented teaching of the higher pedagogical institutions’ students on the basis of using the best examples of the «new generation» teachers’ activity has been proved. This effectiveness manifested itself in formation a positive attitude towards their future pedagogical activity; enhancing their professional competence on the basis of mastering the newest pedagogical technologies; understanding the need for lifelong professional training. The article’s aim is to demonstrate the degree of influence of the innovative educational technology «Pedagogical Insight» on the level of motivation of future teachers to personal and professional development. Research methods: studying the advanced pedagogical experience of the young innovative teachers, pedagogical experiment, surveying students and monitoring them in order to determine the degree of influence of participation in the «Pedagogical Insight» project on personal and professional decisions and the beliefs of future teachers regarding the need for constant professional and personal development. Research result: the motivating effect of the innovative technology «Pedagogical Insight» on the adoption by future teachers their ultimate decision on the need for continuous professional and personal development was confirmed.

The development of information and communication technologies and their integration into the educational space of higher education institutions has led to the emergence of new models of professional training. One of the innovative strategies that combine the best practices of traditional (face-to-face) and electronic (synchronous / asynchronous) learning interaction is blended learning. The perception of teachers who provide the educational process is a major predictor of the implementation of such strategies and models. The purpose of the study is to summarize and interpret the experience of teachers in blended learning and analyze their perception of the possibilities of its use in the training of future teachers of physical education. The research was conducted by anonymous and voluntary questionnaires using an open electronic questionnaire. The sample consisted of 28 teachers who provide training for future teachers of the subject specialty 014.11 Secondary education (Physical Culture) in various domestic institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The analysis contains a description of the quantitative and semantic interpretation of the obtained data. The generalization of the obtained data and their analysis showed that blended learning is generally positively perceived by teachers as a technology that contributes to the flexibility of the educational process, accessibility of educational content, improving student attendance, enriching teaching aids, their interactivity, and thus improving the training of future physical culture teachers. Despite the challenges and difficulties of organizing the educational process in a blended learning environment, it is established that the organization of such training also helps to improve the professional skills of teachers, improve academic courses, creative search for effective pedagogical and technological solutions to ensure quality education.

Responding to identified shortcomings is components of the internal quality assurance system of a higher education institution. A study of the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile found that most students are not going to devote their career to teaching, thus preferring engineering. Undoubt- edly, higher education institutions must respond to the requests of stakeholders, especially those seeking higher education. On the other hand, there are requests from employers (educational institutions) for teachers-engineers of computer profile. Therefore, further research was aimed at enhancing cognitive activity primarily by increasing motivation for pedagogical activity. Methods: pedagogical experiment. Results. An experimental test of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in professional training. Originality. The results of the study testify to the effec- tiveness of certain pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile: changes of external motivation to internal will take place if the information and communication technologies are introduced into educational process of studying peda- gogical disciplines; change of position in the educational activity of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines will take place under the condition that students apply a project approach to the organization of their own educational activity; intensification of educational activity due to its correc- tion in future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the process of operative feedback at each stage of educational activity. Comparative analysis of experimental data shows an increase in the percentage of students of the experimental group compared to the control group with a high level of educational activities of future teachers-engineers of com- puter profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines for a stable active position of educational activity – by 34%, internal motivation to study – by 32%, by the ability to plan and organize their own educational trajectory – by 32%, by academic performance – by 25%). When comparing the results before and after the ex- periment: in the control group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are less than critical, the characteristics of the compared groups coincide at the level of significance of 0.05; in experimental group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are greater than the critical one, the signifi- cance of the difference in the characteristics of the com- pared groups is 95%.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of professional training of teachers of humanities in higher education institutions in Germany. The problems and features of basic competencies that are formed in teachers of humanities in training in higher education institutions are considered. Objectives of the study: to investigate the professional training of teachers of humanities; consider the structure of higher education institutions in Germany; to analyze the presentation of the main material on the professional training of teachers of higher education institutions in Germany. Based on the study of domestic and German scientific sources, it was found that the attention of researchers focused on the study of the development of higher education, the origin and formation of pedagogical education in Germany; theories and practices of teacher training in Germany; comparative pedagogy. The study found that the training of foreign language teachers in Germany is based on ancient traditions and is closely linked to the peculiarities of the development of school education in the country; dissemination and teaching of foreign languages; opening of modern languages in universities of philological specialties; typology of educational institutions. It was found that the system of training foreign language teachers in Germany has gone from the training of a classical philologist to a thorough philological and psychological-pedagogical training.

The article describes the directions of modernization of preparation of future elementary school teachers in the countries of the European Community, analyzes the normative documents, which reflect the basic requirements for professional pedagogical training. The ways of standardization of elementary school teachers training in pedagogical colleges at the pedagogical faculties of universities are distinguished: national standard of qualified teacher, national curriculum, criteria for professional and pedagogical readiness of the university graduates are defined and reflected in their qualification characteristics. Psychological-pedagogical component, which includes a cycle of psycho-pedagogical disciplines, is recognized as a priority in the professional training of teachers. A characteristic feature of professional pedagogical training is two-phase – academic and practical training, two-stage system of training: at the level of bachelor and master. The tendency to reduce the number of pedagogical colleges and their accession to universities is indicated. The integration of pedagogical education of the countries of the European Community is characterized and the principles of development of the European educational space are named. Four paradigms that coexist in the educational systems of European countries are distinguished: academic-traditional, technological, individual, and research-oriented. The role of pedagogical practice in the system of preparation of future primary school teachers in the countries of Europe is characterized, its types and duration are distinguished.

Problem and goal. In the context of digitalization of school education and update of requirements of Federal State Education Standards to implementation of project and research activities of school children the relevance of development of professional training of bachelors of pedagogical education in higher education institutions is substantiated. Methodology. As a summary and systematization of the accumulated practical experience of project-based teaching as well as its scientific and methodological analysis, training of bachelors of pedagogical education for project and research activities based on cross-subject interaction is described. Results. The examples for training of future teachers in project and research activities by use of cross-subject interaction in higher education institution are provided. Conclusion. The need to develop bachelors of pedagogical education - future teachers - in fundamental, technological skills to solve subject and cross-subject tasks using means of digitalization and digital educational resources in the context of professional interaction between subject teachers and computer science teacher is proved.
