The article discusses the features of active and interactive teaching methods. The analysis of the application of these methods in the educational process of higher education is carried out, it is said that a teacher of a higher school must not only transfer scientific knowledge, but also be able to choose the optimal teaching strategy, use modern educational technologies, creating the prerequisites for creativity. The authors note that the educational process, based on the use of active and interactive teaching methods, is organized taking into account the inclusion in the learning process of all students in the group, without exception. The article also indicates the possibility in the process of teaching the teacher to choose both one method and use a combination of several. According to the authors, a successful application depends on the consistency and correlation of the selected methods and tasks.

In the article essence of interactive teaching methods is explained in the article and the advantages of their application in the educational process of higher education institutions are argued. The importance of the focus of the modern educational process not only on professional but also on personal growth of students is outlined. It is about the need to create conditions for the formation of personality traits such as mobility, ability to integrate into a dynamic society, critical thinking, the ability to generate new ideas, the ability to make non-standard decisions and be responsible for them, communication skills, teamwork skills, skills educational situations, etc. The essence of interactive learning is defined, which consists in mutual learning, group form of organization of educational process with realization of active group teaching methods for solving didactic problems. The peculiarities of using interactive teaching methods in the process of preparation of future teachers are revealed. The essence of the most common interactive teaching methods is considered. Working in pairs is an effective method that involves sharing ideas with a partner and further voicing your thoughts to the audience. It is effective to use the Microphone method to update background knowledge, which enables each student to say something quickly, alternately, by answering questions or expressing their opinion or position. Collective discussion, such as Brainstorming, is at the forefront of the educational process of higher education. The Carousel method is most effective for simultaneously involving all participants in the educational process in active work with different partners to discuss discussion issues. The Learning-to-Learn method enables students to pass on their knowledge to their classmates. The method of projects that determines the acquisition and application of practical skills by students. An important tool for the cognitive activity of future professionals is a discussion that involves broad public discussion of some controversial issue. The role of interactive teaching methods in the process of formation of personal and professional qualities of future teachers is revealed.

The article discusses the current trends in the higher education development. The new approach to the organization of the educational process is needed to develop and form the professional competencies of students. In particular, the use of modern educational technologies, interactive teaching methods in the training process organization. The use of these teaching methods allows students to get a high-paying job and be in demand in the labor market in the future. This is because specialists receive in-depth knowledge on water bodies’ creation under any conditions - from a desert to highlands; usage of special vehicles for fish catching and breeding; managing technological processes; evaluation of the biological parameters of products; environmental testing and determining water bodies’ suitability for fish and crustaceans breeding. Students must undergo an internship that allows them to apply their knowledge and skills in their work.

The level of higher education faces great needs and challenges in the use of computer technology. The technology-based learning process has several important priorities. In particular, the learning process is flexible and comfortable; It is much more exciting and creative; The learning material is comprehensive and teaching/ learning process is of high quality. However, the process, along with the priorities is fraught with many problems and challenges. In this paper, we aim to conduct research and determine what hinders the introduction of computer-based educational technologies and to work out the recommendations for the educators to enhance the quantitative and qualitative quality of the use of computer-based educational technologies. The survey was conducted using online survey, Interview, Focus group and Experiment methods. The following conclusions were made by analyzing the results: students preference is in favor of computer-based educational technologies;  Not all the staff implementing higher education programs use computer-based educational technologies in the educational process; HEIs have poorly renovated equipment; The quality does not meet modern requirements;  Professors lack of competence; Readiness to actively use computer-based educational technologies and participate in the trainings; To respond the results: It is important to review the training courses in the field of computer technology in the educational programs of HEIs and focus on the use of computer educational technologies; Making a mandatory requirement to use of computer-based educational technologies in the process of planning and implementing educational programs; Plan trainings in the field; To enhance the quality, the studies and surveys should be  conducted by HEI quality assurance services.

It is determined that the implementation of the concept of modern higher education requires in-depth analysis of training in all areas of higher education, which contributes to the creation of new approaches to organizing the educational process in higher education using modern teaching methods, including active and interactive methods. Based on the analysis of special literature and generalization of practical experience of training in higher education, several active teaching methods were considered, focused on the active participation of the student in self-development, taking into account their personality. It is emphasized that the organization of interactive learning involves: solving creative problems, modeling of life situations, joint problem solving and more. The analysis proved that the use of active and interactive teaching methods in the training of future professionals contributes to the activation of students' cognitive activity, as well as the quality of learning material and teamwork skills, achieving a level of high professional competence.

The article considers innovation in the field of education through the synthesis of theory and practice as a branch of scientific knowledge. It is noted that educational innovation is aimed at finding the most effective methods of transmitting information from teacher to student, in the field of education, it is based primarily on pedagogy and psychology; innovation in education is perceived as a branch of scientific knowledge that explores the educational process and methods of its implementation. Pedagogical innovation includes the doctrine of the inseparable relationship of the following components of the innovation process: the development of educational innovations, their testing and implementation, application in practice and dissemination; the subject of pedagogical innovation is considered to be a set of tools and patterns in the field of development and implementation of pedagogical innovations in educational institutions. The article analyzes a number of concepts, in particular: “innovation”, “innovative person”, “educational innovation”. Thus, the concept of “innovative person” is interpreted as a person of such socio-cultural development, who is able to work creatively, to be competitive in today’s conditions. Attention is paid to the problems of forming innovative models of education in higher education. The model of innovative learning in higher education proposed by scientists is taken into account, which provides for: active participation of the student in the learning process; opportunities for applied use of knowledge in real conditions; bringing concepts and knowledge in a variety of forms, not just in text; approach to learning as a collective rather than individual activity; shifting the focus to the learning process rather than memorizing information. The article draws attention to the interpretation of the definition of “pedagogical innovation”. Pedagogical innovation is a purposeful change that introduces innovations into the educational environment that improve the characteristics of individual parts, components and the educational system as a whole; the process of mastering innovation; search for ideal methods and programs, their implementation in the educational process and their creative rethinking. It is noted that innovative processes in the education system are perceived as controlled processes of creation, perception, evaluation, development and application of pedagogical innovations. The classification of pedagogical innovations is given, in particular: by types of activity; by the nature of the changes; on the scale of changes; by scale of use; by source.Key words: innovation, innovative models, pedagogical innovation, educational environment, pedagogical innovations. У статті розглянуто інноватику у сфері освіти через синтез теорії та практики як галузь наукового знання. Зауважується, що освітня інноватиканацілена на пошук найбільш дієвих методів передачі інформації від вчителя до учня, у сфері освіти вона спирається в першу чергу на педагогіку і психологію; інноватика у сфері освіти сприймається як галузь наукового знання, що досліджує освітній процес і методи його втілення в життя. Педагогічна інноватика включає в себе вчення про нерозривний взаємозв’язок таких компонентів інноваційного процесу, як: розробка освітніх нововведень, їх тестування та впровадження, застосування на практиці і поширення; предметом педагогічної інноватики вважають сукупність засобів і закономірностей в області розробки і впровадження педагогічних нововведень в освітніх установах. У статті проаналізовано ряд понять, зокрема: «інноватика», «інноваційна людина», «освітня інноватика». Так, поняття «інноваційна людина» тлумачиться як особа такого соціально-культурного розвитку, яка здатна творчо працювати, бути конкурентноспроможною в умовах сьогодення. Звертається увага на проблеми формування інноваційних моделей навчання у вищій школі. Взято до уваги запропоновану науковцями модель інноваційного навчання у вищій школі, яка передбачає: активну участь студента у про-цесі навчання; можливості прикладного використання знань у реальних умовах; наведення концепцій і знань у найрізноманітніших формах, а не тільки у текстовій; підхід до навчання як до колективної, а не індивідуальної діяльності; зміщення акценту на процес навчання, а не на запам’ятовування інформації. У статті звертається увага на потрактування дефініції «інновація педагогічна». Інновація педагогічна – це цілеспрямована зміна, що вносить в освітнє середовище нововведення, які поліпшують характеристики окремих частин, компонентів і самої освітньої системи в цілому; процес освоєння нововведення; пошук ідеальних методик і програм, їх впровадження в освітній процес і їх творче переосмислення. Зауважуєть-ся, що інноваційні процеси в системі освіти сприймаються як керовані процеси створення, сприйняття, оцінки, освоєння і застосування педагогічних нововведень. Наводиться класифікація педагогічних інновацій, зокрема: за видами діяльності; за характером внесених змін; за масштабом внесених змін; за масштабом використання; за джерелом виникнення.Ключові слова: інноватика, інноваційні моделі, педагогічна інноватика, освітнє середовище, педагогічні нововведення.

A topical issue of higher education is the use of non-traditional interactive teaching methods in the educational process and increasing motivation for learning. A quiz with elements of the Olympiad allows you to attract a wide range of students with an increased interest in biochemistry. The purpose of the event is the development of cognitive interest and creative abilities of students, the education of collectivism and biochemical culture. The structure of the quiz includes both theoretical and practical tasks in which students can apply their knowledge, skills and abilities. The quiz is an interesting, vibrant, fun and informative event that promotes learning and makes the lives of students and teachers more interesting and diverse.

Introduction. High-quality professional training of health care professionals necessitates the renewal and introduction of innovative technologies, forms and methods of teaching in the educational process of establishments of higher education. It is time to train a modern specialist who will not only be competent, but also able to think independently, make responsible decisions and act creatively in various areas of professional activi-ties, navigate in modern society, information space, life-long learning. The purpose of the article is to determine the effective-ness of the introduction and use of interactive technolo-gies in pharmaceutical activities, taking into account the requirements of today. Methods. Theoretical and empirical. Results. Interactive teaching methods based on the latest information-and-computer technologies not only encourage students to creative search activities, promote their professional development, enable the development of their personality, but also create conditions for the for-mation of the necessary qualities for interaction in modern society. The main role in this process is played by dis-tance learning methods, which are based on modern computer technologies and have no equal in the degree of mobility, the number of students who study, and long-range. Originality. The use of interactive teaching methods leads to certain changes in the construction and structure of classes, which become more intense and interesting. Interactive learning technologies promote active interac-tion of students with each other and with the teacher. At the same time, interactive learning technologies are based on the direct interaction of students with the learning environment. Conclusion. Interactive teaching methods contribute to the intensification and optimization of the educational process in pharmaceutical activities. These modern meth-ods encourage the strengthening of educational influ-ences, as in their application students become more dem-ocratic, learn to think critically, be ready to solve complex professional problems, situations, show activity, initiative, demanding, responsibility for their actions, humane per-sonality qualities. Thus, teachers of medical establishments of higher education should help modern society to “get sick without complications” of general computerization, and students should be taught in the best traditions of practical orienta-tion of medical (pharmaceutical) education so that they are healthy, happy after graduation, motivated, highly professional, competitive, in demand and self-sufficient. Thus, the use of interactive teaching methods will opti-mize the educational process, which will make learning more effective and complement the interaction of teachers and students with interactive forms of communication and increase the level of higher education in Ukraine.

Nowadays, higher education requires not only the development of new educational standards, but also changes in the methodology of teaching foreign languages. One of the high-priority goals is to enhance teaching methods by using new tools and technologies. That is the gist of the new educational paradigm, which offers not only a different content and approaches, but also a new attitude to them. Interactive methods of teaching a foreign language make it possible to shift the educational process from passive to active learning, providing the implementation of activity-based leaning and learner-centered approaches. Goal. The goal is to consider the principles of using interactive teaching methods in the process of foreign language teaching at a higher school and to analyze the peculiarities of these methods in the context of their effective application. Methodology. When achieving the goal, the following methods of research were used: observation, descriptive and comparative methods as well as deduction, induction, analysis and synthesis. Results. We conclude from this study that the effectiveness of using interactive teaching methods at a higher school is ensured by the implementation of the following pedagogical conditions, namely the creation of a dialogic space in higher education classroom; the application of social skills training approach to in-class and out-of-class activities; monitoring students’ personal qualities and professional orientation; the formation of teachers’ psychological readiness to use interactive technologies aimed at self-development of students. Originality. The principals for effective application of interactive methods in a foreign language classroom at the university are suggested and the conditions required for developing students’ foreign language competence in the process of interactive learning are specified. Practical value. By following the proposed principals and recommendations, it is possible to increase the level of students’ engagement in the learning process, to foster their motivation for learning foreign languages, develop students’ creativity as well as improve their communication and interpersonal skills. They can also be useful for teachers who want to facilitate their professional performance.
