The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

<p>          <em>This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee rotation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable (Empirical Study on KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). The sample in this study was 70 employees obtained by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis techniques.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that organizational culture and employee rotation directly affect employee performance at the KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between organizational culture and employee performance.</em><em>Abstrak Bahasa Inggris</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi empiris pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 pegawai yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan rotasi pegawai mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada KPPBC TMP Tanjung Emas secara langsung. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai.</p>

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence, organizational culture on performance of the financial report's authors work unit ministry/institutions through organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the working unit ministries / agencies in the area of ??payment KPPN Denpasar. Samples used as many as 144 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence of a positive effect on the performance of financial report's authors, organizational culture of positive effect on performance financial report's authors, organizational commitment of a positive effect on the performance of financial report's authors, competency of positive effect on organizational commitment of financial report's authors, organizational culture had no effect on organizational commitment of financial report's authors, competence of positive effect on the performance of the financial report's authors through organizational commitment and organizational culture of positive effect on the performance of the financial report's authors through organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

The  purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of web quality, fulfillment, and satisfaction and its impact on repurchase intention of e-commerce customers. This type of research used survey methods, the population in this study were all Tokopedia consumers in Pontianak city-Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents using purposive  sampling technique and the data analysis carried out with path analysis. Results of the first substructure was fulfillment and web quality had positive effect to satisfaction. The second substructure was the fulfillment did not effect the repurchase intention while the web quality and satisfaction variables had positive effect on repurchase intention. Satisfaction mediated the effect of fullfillment and web quality on repurchase intention.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and budgetary slack, as well as the role of organizational commitment as an intervening variable for inclusive schools in Gunungkidul Regency. This survey research was conducted by dividing a questionnaire consisting of 6 questions on budgetary slack, 23 items on organizational culture, and 9 questions on organizational commitment. This study used a sample of 110 respondents who determined the sample based on purposive sampling. Path analysis in this study was used as data analysis using PLS 3.0 software. This study shows the results that with a t-statistic value of 1,822 the influence of organizational culture on organizational gaps, with a t-statistic value of 1,731 the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, with the t-statistic 0.822, organizational commitment has no effect on budgetary slack.</em></p>

The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, and the promotion of emotions, to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions on impulse buying, to explain the role of emotions as mediating the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying at Hypermart Mall Bali consumers. Galeria. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria and had done Impulse Buying. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study were 108 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that the retail atmosphere, and promotion has a positive effect on emotions. Retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions have a positive effect on impulse buying. Emotions mediate the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying on Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria consumers.
