This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

Job performance is a matter that must be considered in carrying out the task in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of achievement motivation as well as education and training on work performance in PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and education and training have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Companies must pay attention to aspects of employee performance, especially seen from the professional attitude at work and the suitability of work results with the targets set. So that what is the goal, vision and mission of the company can be achieved well. Employees are expected to be able to increase achievement motivation by creating good working relationships and enhancing capabilities through education and training so that employees are able to solve problems in work properly so as to produce work performance. The aim of this research paper is to test the effect of service quality on employee satisfaction at Indonesian electrical owned state company context. The data collection was carried out through questionnaire dissemination to 70 respondents. The respondents are employees in education and training at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative, and sampling is done by non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that service quality still had a significant effect on participant's satisfaction in education and training, both simultaneously and partially at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. Employee satisfaction affected by 48.16% of service quality and the rest is 51.84% influenced by other factors that are not examined.

This study aims to determine the Effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The population in this study is all employees in the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara as many as 53 people at the same times as respondents ( census method). Data collected by using Questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that the motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian danPengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation on employee performance it can be seen from the coefficient of determination ( r2 ) = 0,885 at 88,50% which means that the performance of employees at the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara 88,50% determined by motivation and the rest 11, 50 % determined by other variables or beyond the research model

The research objective was to find out to what extent the effect of education and training on employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA (persero) Fuel Oil Terminal of Gorontalo. The data collection was performed by distributing a questionnaire to respondents who have met the standard of the determined sample hence the research data were classified as primary data. The research samples were 30 people. The data were obtained from observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Then, the data analysis used simple linear regression through the assistance of SPSS version 22 program. The findings of research showed that the value of determination coefficient R2 was 0,314 and it signified that 31,4% of employee performance at PT. PERTAMINA (persero) Fuel Oil Terminal of Gorontalo was affected by Education and Training program conducted by the company. Meanwhile, the rest employee performance for 68,6% was probably affected by other variables such as the compensation system, work culture, performance assessment, and others. This meant that a better Education and Training program conducted by the company would improve employee and company performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
