The aim of this research paper is to test the effect of service quality on employee satisfaction at Indonesian electrical owned state company context. The data collection was carried out through questionnaire dissemination to 70 respondents. The respondents are employees in education and training at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative, and sampling is done by non-probability sampling. The data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that service quality still had a significant effect on participant's satisfaction in education and training, both simultaneously and partially at PT. PLN (Persero) Udiklat Jakarta. Employee satisfaction affected by 48.16% of service quality and the rest is 51.84% influenced by other factors that are not examined.

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Work Experience and Work Discipline on Financial Management Performance at Halu Oleo University. Respondents in this study were all employees who served as financial managers at Halu Oleo University. The total respondents were 106 people. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed through SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that education and training have t (t-sig) of 0,000 which means that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has t (t-sig) of 0.118 which means that work experience has no effect and is not significant on performance financial managers, work discipline has t (t-sig) of 0.031 which means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The conclusions in this study are education and training, work experience and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Education and training have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has no effect and is not significant on the performance of financial managers and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers in

This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family. Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction . The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Makassar City Education and Training Center Office. The sample of this study were 53 employees as a unit of analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that compensation and work motivation shown are proven to increase employee job satisfaction. Work motivation is the dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find the influence of tax collection on disbursement of tax arrears on tax office (kpp) pratama padang satu. The object of this study is the taxpayer at the tax office (kpp) pratama padang satu. The amount of research data in this study is as many as 30 consisting of 2.5 tax periods namely the year 2016-2018. The data in this research is sourced from secondary data obtained from tax office (kpp) pratama padang. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research result, tax collection variable has a positive and significant influence on the disbursement of tax arrears. This is evidence from the result ttest and the level of significance is smaller than 0.05. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

Students' attention in learning is one of the factors that influence the success in implementing learning. The implementation of learning is not fully planned, it is evident in the implementation of learning that many students do not focus or pay attention to learning. Poor student attention will be one of the causes of failure in achieving learning objectives. The data analysis prerequisite test was conducted using normality and linearity tests. The hypothesis testing was done using a simple linear regression analysis. The result of research showed that the data of learning and learning achievement was valid, reliable, and distributed normally. Effect of learning attention on the learning achievement i wasindicated by sig(p) < α or 0.000 < 0.05. Learning attention contributed to the learning achievement of Buddhism education by 45%.

This study aims to determine how much influence Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications (Telkom) Regional VII Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 67 people. Then the data analysis uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.406. This value means that 40.6% of Work Achievement at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Gorontalo Regional VII is influenced by the Education and Training program conducted by the company. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 59.4%. Keywords: Education and Training, employee work performance.
