The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the quality of the service banquet section on the satisfaction of guests of The Wujil Resort and Convention Ungaran. The method used in this research is descriptive, with the respondent being a company or agency carrying out activities or events at The Wujil Resort and Convention Ungaran with a total of 50 representatives of these companies or agencies. Data collection techniques used were observation, guest commentary and literature study. The quality of service is influenced by five dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. While the satisfaction of guests or customers is also influenced by five dimensions: staying loyal, buying the product offered, recommending the product, being willing to pay more, and giving input. From the results of data analysis shows that respondents stated both the Banquet Section service quality and expressed agreement or satisfaction with guest or customer satisfaction. Abstrak Kurangnya kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu kendala terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Pihak rumah sakit juga sering kali kesulitan dalam mengukur kualitas pelayanannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien yang menggunakan layanan BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Kumpulan Pane. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dilakukan dengan metode Fuzzy servqual. Kualitas pelayanan menggunakan lima dimensi yang terdapat dalam servqual yaitu tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai gap dari kelima dimensi memiliki nilai negatif. Yang artinya kualitas pelayanan di dapatkan belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh pasien BPJS Kesehatan. Nilai gap tertinggi adalah dimensi emphaty (empati) dengan nilai gap sebesar 0.15 dan nilai gap terendah adalah dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) dengan nilai gap 0.49. dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik) ini yang menjadi perhatian untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Kepuasan, Pelayanan, Servqual Abstract Lack of quality of service becomes one of the obstacles to the level of patient satisfaction. The hospital is also often difficult to measure the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of satisfaction of patients who use BPJS Health services in the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Collection Pane. Measurement of service quality is done by Fuzzy servqual method. Service quality uses the five dimensions contained in the servqual are tangibles (physical evidence), reliability, responseiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of this study indicate that the gap value of the five dimensions has a negative value. Which means the quality of service is not in accordance with the expected by the patient BPJS Health. The highest gap value is the empathy dimension with the gap value of 0.15 and the lowest gap is the dimension of tangibles (physical proof) with the gap value of 0.49. thus it can be seen that the dimensions of tangibles (physical evidence) is of concern to improve service quality. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of price (X1), service quality (X2) and promotions (X3) on customer satisfaction at Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage. The study used a quantitative approach and was conducted from March to June 2020. Purposive sampling was used. 120 people were included in the research and 97 people were selected as samples. Participants were customers of Bu Rajab Resto Pancing and Cottage who had visited at least 2 times. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis involved linear regression, hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests, using the SPSS program. Price and service quality had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction, but promotions did not. Keywords: price, service quality, promotion, customer satisfaction

In the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, it had a very large impact not only on the health aspect, but also on the labor and economic aspects. The industrial world has been affected so much that the industrial world has stopped its production activities so that there has been a reduction in the workforce in production by being dismissed and even disconnected from their work. This condition is what makes the government take action, especially in terms of employment in fulfilling the obligation to pay BPJSK output through a relaxation or softness policy in paying contributions. Another policy is the claim service for BPJSK participants if there is a risk that results in the realization of the claim.This research is to analyze with the policy of relaxation of payment of dues and claim services associated with their influence on participant compliance in paying BPJSK dues. The population / research sample was the participants of the BPJSK Gresik Driyorejo Branch, using a questionnaire to obtain data on the perception of relaxation policies, service quality and compliance with payment of dues.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: first, the premium payment policy has a significant effect on dues pay compliance, second, the service quality of claims has a significant effect on awareness of premium payments, and third, the policy of relaxation of contributions and the quality of service claims has a significant effect on the premium. payment of dues for BPJSK members at the Gresik Driyorejo Branch.

Various efforts have been done to overcome or at least reduce the severe congestion in Jakarta. For this reason, the local government continues to carry out various strategies. And PT TransJakarta as a company under the auspices of the local government that manages several modes of transportation, also has a big role in overcoming congestion in Jakarta. One of them is by launching several public transportations so that many people will switch to use public transportation. Recently, Transjakarta launched a microbus type public transportation called Mikrotrans. To make it works, TransJakarta must be able to attract public interest to use microtrans. For this reason, a special strategies are needed to attract customers. One of the most important aspects is by controlling the quality of the service in order to make customer satisfied. Several aspects of microtrans service quality are investigated which have major influences on increasing customer satisfaction. And the results show that in general the quality of service at Mikrotrans is quite good. The result shows that the variables of service quality in mikrotrans are good enough in the customer although it still requires evaluation or improvement in several aspects.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

A company's competitive advantage can be seen from how loyal consumers are to the company. one of the companies that prioritizes quality of service is restaurant, where a restaurant must be able to provide excellent service to consumers or customers. The object of this research is the Fish Grill Yayat restaurant located in the Cilacap sea turtle tourism area. by using servqual metoode, the researcher conducted a GAP search on attributes on five dimensions of service quality namely Tangiblem, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty. Based on research that has been done, there are several conclusions that can be drawn, among others, to produce a quality service product, an activity is needed to capture the expectations desired by consumers who will be translated into attributes. The greatest GAP value obtained from the results of the study is on the attributes and dimensions of Attribute 12: the quality of speed and accuracy of the services provided (-0.84), Attribute 11: the ability of employees to explain various questions clearly and easily understood language (-0, 67), Attribute 16: employee hospitality in providing services (-0.67). From these data it can be seen that the overall value of GAP 5 is negative and therefore needs to be improved.

<em>This research title is ”Services Building Permit in Achieving Optimal Quality Public Services are held at Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar”. So far, in the minds of the public, that the quality of service Building Permit less bureaucracy and process sounds a bit complicated, and less than optimal. The main problem in this research is how the quality of public services in the granting of building permit in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar. The methods of data collection to use in this research were kuesioner, observation and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Service Agency of Integrated Licensing Pematang Siantar has been running well although there are still some constraints. This research uses the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry consisting of 5 indicators of service quality that is tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The survey results obtained from the respondents are tangible (physical evidence) of 51.9% (Pretty Good), Reliabelity of 77.2% (Good), Responsiveness of 73,4% (Good), Assurance 65,8% (Good), and Emphaty of 60,76%(Good). From these indicators can be concluded that the quality of service in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang siantar included in good category</em>

Quality of service plays an important role in the world of education, especially higher education, although there is still debate about the position of students as customers, but it is believed that the quality of service in higher education plays an important role in ensuring the survival of a university. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of higher education service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of FEBP UNHI students. The model of higher education service quality used in this study is HEdPERF which consists of five dimensions namely academic aspects, non-academic aspects, reputation, access, and program issues. The sample used was 119 students from management and accounting study programs with simple random sampling technique, and the analysis technique used was path analysis. The results obtained were (1) HEdPERF had a positive but not significant effect on student loyalty, (2) HEdPERF had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, (3) satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on student loyalty, and (4) satisfaction mediated the effect of HEdPERF on student loyalty.
