This research aims to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer trust, the effect of security perception on customer satisfaction and customer trust, the influence of privacy on customer satisfaction and customer trust, the influence of brand awareness on customer satisfaction and customer trust, as well as the influence of customer satisfaction mediation on the relationship between perception security, privacy and brand awareness with customer trust. This research focuses observations on 100 people in Surabaya who have made transactions on online shopping sites. Private students and employees dominate the number of respondents in this research. To test the research hypothesis, this research adopted the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS. This research proves that brand awareness has a significant effect on customer trust and customer satisfaction, security perceptions have a significant effect on customer trust and customer satisfaction, privacy has a significant effect on customer trust and not on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on customer trust

This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to purchase Kaluna Living pillows with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 96 Kaluna Living consumers, where the non-probability technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The independent variable was the promotion mix, while the dependent variables were brand awareness and purchasing decisions. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) path analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; and brand awareness was able to mediate part of the influence of the promotion mix on the purchasing decisions with a VAF value of 30.3%. This study aimed to examine the influence of related party transactions (RPT) on tax aggressiveness by using earning management as an intervening variable. This study was performed based on the perception that RPT is a positive practice and it is predicted to decrease tax aggressiveness. Besides aiming to find empirical evidence of positive role of RPT in the field of taxation, this study also aimed to test the positive role of earning management in reducing tax aggressiveness. The population of this study was 47 of manufacturing company registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014-2016 having transactions with related party (RPT). The analysis method of this study was structural equation model using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. This findings supported the hypothesis that RPT and earning management negatively affects tax aggressiveness. The results of the study also showed that earning management mediate the relationship between RPT and tax aggressiveness.Keywords: RPT, tax aggressiveness, earning management

<p>The increasing Muslim population in recent years has resulted in an increased demand for halal food. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity, awareness of halal food, and attitude towards halal food on purchase intention by millennial generations. This research is quantitative research with survey analysis method. The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The researchers surveyed 230 Muslim respondents of millennial age at President University. The sampling technique used in this study is judgment sampling method. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) software, namely SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The hypotheses were tested through path coefficient, t-Significance, p-Value, and determination coefficient (R²). Based on the results of this study, it is found that: 1) halal awareness has a significant effect on attitude towards halal food, 2) religiosity, halal awareness and attitude towards halal food each has a significant effect on purchase intention of halal food and finally, 3) halal awareness as mediated by attitude towards halal food has an effect on purchase intention of halal food. Whereas the relationship between religiosity and attitude towards halal food and the relationship between religiosity and purchase intention of halal food as mediated by attitude towards halal food cannot be supported. The result of this research is useful to predict the future of the halal industry in Muslim-majority countries. It is recommended that food marketers should consider these elements when producing and preparing marketing campaigns for halal foods.</p><p><em><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak</strong>: Meningkatnya populasi Muslim akhir-akhir ini berakibat pada meningkatnya permintaan terhadap makanan halal. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiositas, kesadaran terhadap makanan halal, dan sikap terhadap makanan halal, terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal di kalangan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survai. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel penelitian adalah 230 orang Muslim dari generasi milenial di President University. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah judgment sampling method. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) software, yaitu SmartPLS version 3.2.8. Hipotesa penelitian diuji dengan melihat nilai koefisien jalur, nilai t, nilai p, dan koefisien determinsasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa: 1) kesadaran halal mempengaruhi sikap terhadap makanan halal secara signifikan, 2) religiositas, kesadaran halal, dan sikap terhadap makanan halal, masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal, 3) sikap terhadap makanan halal memediasi pengaruh kesadaran halal terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal. Hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh religiositas atas sikap terhadap makanan halal tidak didukung data, demikian pula sikap terhadap makanan halal tidak memediasi pengaruh religiositas terhadap intensi membeli makanan halal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk memperkirakan masa depan industri Halal di negara yang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim. Para pemasar makanan perlu </em><em>mempertimbangkan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ketika menghasilkan dan mempersiapkan kampanye pemasaran untuk makanan halal.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of Garuda Indonesia Airways’ customers. This research also investigates the roles of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study is all customers of Garuda Indonesia Airways. This study employs 150 customers as respondents. The data collection has been conducted by using a convenience sampling method. This research analyzes the data by using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). After some preliminary tests, this study found that service quality has a positive and significant impact on corporate image and customer satisfaction. Service quality has no significant direct impact on behavioral intention. The corporate image has significantly and positively related to behavioral intention. Customer satisfaction is a significant and positive antecedent of behavior intention. Even though there is no significant direct effect of service quality on behavioral intention, surprisingly, it has a significant indirect impact on behavioral intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Furthermore, some limitations and further research have been addressed.

This study aims to test and analyze the quality of service, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and word of mouth. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Krisna Yuna Dana, Gianyar Bali with the research population are all customers of PT BPR Krisna Yuna Funds both savings, time deposits and credits, a sample of 95 customers using proportionate sampling method. All data obtained from questionnaires are suitable for use, then analyzed using structural equation model based on variance analysis known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that service quality has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, service quality has positive and insignificant effect to company image, company image has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, service quality have positive and insignificant effect on word of mouth, positive and significant to word of mouth, corporate image has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, corporate image can influence word of mouth through customer satisfaction and service quality can influence word of mouth through customer satisfaction. The implication of this research is that service quality can be improved by paying attention to service guarantee, corporate image can be improved by paying attention to company management. Customer satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to customer satisfaction to product and word of mouth can be improved by paying attention to motivate friend / relation.

The Regional Head Election campaign frequently uses electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) communication because of social media's growth and the Covid-19 pandemic that took place during the election year. In commercial brands, eWOM impact has influence brand equity and purchase decisions. However, in political brands, this has not been proven. Therefore, by using the regional head candidate of Purbalingga Regency as a political brand, this study examines the effect of eWOM on developing candidate brand equity and relates it to voting intention. Brand equity using a brand pyramid model with brand equity forming variables consisting of a candidate brand awareness, a candidate brand performance-imagery, a candidate brand judgment-feelings, and a candidate brand resonance. The study involved 260 respondents who are people of Purbalingga Regency who may vote and use social media. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by conducting direct interviews with respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis. The results showed that electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand equity development variables. Developing brand equity affects the voting intention on candidate brand awareness and candidate brand resonance. The Result of this study found electronic Word of Mouth to have no direct influence on voting intention.

This research analyze how far The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) implement Strategic Management in their business and to examine the relationship between Strategic Management Implementation and Business Going Concern. The population is the MSMEs in Probolinggo Regency, and the sample selection uses purposive sampling. The Hypothesis Testing is to see the relationship between Strategic Management Implementation and Going Concern using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the level of Strategic Management Implementation is at a high level, while the results of statistical tests show that there is a significant positive effect between Strategic Management Implementation and Business Going Concern. Refers to this reseach, the effort to enhance the MSMEs understanding on Strategic management should be done in order they could maintain and surviving their business. _________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini menganalisis sejauh mana UMKM mengimplementasikan Manajemen Strategik dalam aktivitas usaha mereka dan menguji bagaimanakah hubungan antara Implementasi Manajemen Strategik dengan Keberlangsungan (Going Concern) Usaha. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Probolinggo, purposive sampling adalah metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dilakukan dengan pertimbangan kriteria tertentu. Pengujian Hipotesis untuk melihat hubungan Implementasi Manajemen Strategik dengan Keberlangsungan (Going Concern) Usaha dilakukan dengan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Model) berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat  Implementasi Manajemen Strategik berada pada kategori tinggi, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Implementasi Manajemen Strategik dengan Keberlangsungan (Going Concern) Usaha.

Sharia banking in Indonesia continues to grow from year to year and there are currently 12 sharia commercial banks and 22 sharia business units of conventional banks. However, the market share of sharia banking is still less than 5% of the market share of conventional banking. This phenomenon proves that the existence of sharia banking on a dual banking system that runs in Indonesia is still a shadow of conventional banking. By using a CARTER model consisting of the dimensions of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness, this research is directed to explore the perception of customers to service quality dan its influence on customer satisfaction of sharia banking in Indonesia. Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on nonlinear regression techniques partial least square (PLS) on WarpPLS 5.0 is used to analyze the data obtained from a survey of 97 customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in Surabaya. These results indicate that the service quality of sharia bank has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction. Empathy has the most powerful influence on customer satisfaction of sharia bank. Yet, compliance becomes the lowest dimension of service quality that affects customer satisfaction in Indonesia sharia banks.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction (Case Study of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk Banjarmasin Samudera Branch. The type used in this research is explanatory research because this research explains the causal relationship between research variables through the hypothesis test that has been formulated previously. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Program. The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction
