This study aims to analyze how the influence of managerial skills and managerial knowledge on technology investment in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 on SMEs in the city of Surabaya. The sampling technique used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population selected in this study is the SMEs in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples in this study was 36 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of this study are that managerial ability is not a partially significant positive effect on technology investment, but managerial knowledge has a significant positive effect on technology investment. However, simultaneously managerial skills and managerial knowledge have a significant positive effect on technology investment.

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between managerial skills, managerial knowledge and the external environment on technology investment in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  Sampling was carried out using survey techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population determined in this study were SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  The number of samples taken was 36 SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  Data analysis was performed using multiple regression tests through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software.  The results of this study indicate that managerial ability and the external environment partially do not have a significant positive effect on technology investment, while managerial knowledge has a significant positive effect on technology investment.  However, simultaneously managerial ability, managerial knowledge and the external environment have a significant positive effect on technology investmen t.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. Abstract— The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of solvency on stock returns by using EPS as a moderating variable in the Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The research observation data were 36 companies. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study prove that solvency has a not significant positive effect on stock returns and EPS reinforces the effect of solvency on stock returns. The smaller the level of solvability, the smaller the risk obtained. Keywords—: Solvability; Returns; EPS.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. The type of this research are descriptive and associative. The population of this research are the tenth grade students of SMAN 3 Pariaman who study economic subjects and enrolled in academic year 2017-2018 which amounted to 192 students, the sample of this reasearch are 129 students. The sampling technique is done by Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested for students to further increase adversity quotient and form a good classroom climate in learning in order to get a more optimal achievement. For the teachers, they are expected to pay more attention to the condition of students in learning, and for parents, they are expected to pay attention to the development of their children, so they can provide encouragement to students to remain eager in learning in order to get better learning achievement.Keyword: adversity quotient, classroom climate, learning achievement

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

The purpose of this study was to find out the antecedents of the intention to buy the face shop environmentally friendly cosmetic products in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 100 samples using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that customer value had a significant positive effect on attitudes, attitudes had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, subjective norms had a significant positive effect on purchase intention and behavioral control had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The face shop should build good relationships with consumers by becoming a listener and providing solutions to consumer cosmetic needs. The strategy that can be applied to the face shop to increase the intention to buy consumers is to be able to carry out promotions into customer specific targets every month or use vouchers. This study aims to find out, test and analyze: (a) the effect of transparencyon muzaki beliefs; (b) the effect of transparency on muzaki loyalty; (c) theeffect of accountability on muzaki’s trust; (d) the effect of accountabilityon muzaki loyalty; (e) the effect of trust on muzaki loyalty in paying zakat,infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institution in Indonesia. This type ofresearch is explanatory research and using survey method. Data collectiontechnique used was questionnaire containing written questions answeredby respondents, namely muzaki (payer of zakat, infaq and sadaqah) at amilzakat institutions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,which set the samples based on criteria. The data analysis technique inthis study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a modelof Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants.The results of the study found that (a) accountability has a significantpositive effect on muzaki’s trust; (b) transparency has a significant positiveeffect on muzaki’s trust; (c) accountability has a significant positive effecton muzaki loyalty; (d) transparency has a significant positive effect onmuzaki loyalty; (e) trust has a significant positive effect on muzaki loyaltyin paying zakat, infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institutionin Indonesia. The results of this study suggest that zakat managementorganizations increase the loyalty of donors in paying zakat by increasingdonor’s trust by improving transparency and accountability of auditedfinancial reports and in accordance with PSAK 109.

ABSTRACT Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Human Capital Efficiency, Capital Employed Efficiency, and Structural Capital Efficiency on Return On Assets and Return On Equity of Islamic Rural Banks period 2015-2017. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling technique is purposive sampling and there were 24 Islamic Rural Banks in Indonesia as subject of research. Analysis technique used is Panel Data Analysis.The results of this study indicate that CEE has a significant positive effect on ROA. Whereas HCE and SCE have no effect on ROA. Simultaneously HCE, CEE and SCE have a significant positive effect on ROA. In addition, the results of this study indicate that HCE and CEE have a significant positive effect on ROE, both partially and simultaneously.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) dan Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE) pada Return On Assets dan Return On Equity Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah periode 2015-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan terdapat 24 BPRS yang menjadi subyek penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Data Panel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CEE berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA. Sedangkan HCE dan SCE tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROA  Secara simultan HCE, CEE dan SCE berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROA. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa HCE dan CEE berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap ROE, baik itu secara parsial maupun simultan.
