This research was conducted to examine the relationship between managerial skills, managerial knowledge and the external environment on technology investment in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  Sampling was carried out using survey techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population determined in this study were SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  The number of samples taken was 36 SMEs in the city of Surabaya.  Data analysis was performed using multiple regression tests through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software.  The results of this study indicate that managerial ability and the external environment partially do not have a significant positive effect on technology investment, while managerial knowledge has a significant positive effect on technology investment.  However, simultaneously managerial ability, managerial knowledge and the external environment have a significant positive effect on technology investmen t.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of differentiation strategy, market orientation, and innovation in an effort to build a competitive advantage for the performance of the company improves on star hotels in the city of Semarang. The respondents in this research are the Manager of star hotels in the city of Semarang, the size of respondents in filling in the questionnaire is 63 (sixty-three) people. However, for some reason, 22 (twenty-two) respondents are not willing to do the filling out the questionnaires which resulted in the final sample size is 41 (forty-one) respondents.in this case, the tool used in the study is the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). Prior to testing the researchers first tested the questionnaire by means of the validity test and reliability test. Test validity is to see the questionnaire is valid or not, and the reliability test is meant to see the questions distributed reliable or not to do further testing. The empirical findings indicated that the differentiation strategy has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage; innovation has a significant positive effect on firm performance.

Poverty in developing countries including Indonesia still an unresolved phenomenon. The distribution of assistance through productive zakat is believed to be one of the solutions in alleviating poverty by giving zakat which used for working capital of small and medium-sized businesses. This study examined the role of productive zakat given to SMEs in the city of Semarang through the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Semarang. The result showed that productive zakat had significant positive effect on business development of SMEs. The value of R-squared generated 0.767 that mean variable dependent can be explained by four independent as much 76% and the 24% with other variable outside research.keywords : Productive zakat, BAZNAS, SMEs

The Community Empowerment Program (Prodamas) of the City of Kediri is a program to empower the people of the City of Kediri to increase the development and income of the City of Kediri. With this Covid-19, Prodamas funds were diverted to the distribution of funds for the Covid-19 response. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the transparency of changes in the allocation of Prodamas funds for the distribution of Covid-19 funds in the City of Kediri. The method used is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires using a Liker scale which is carried out in the city of Kediri which is distributed to 46 urban villages. Research design used to test the hypothesis, in this study using a computer program SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The t-test of the effect of transparency on the distribution of Covid-19 aid funds obtained 27,528 > 1.971 or a p-value of 0.000 accepted at a significance level of 5% (p < 0.05). This means that transparency affects the distribution of Covid-19 aid funds and Ha is declared accepted. The F test of the effect of transparency on the distribution of covid-19 aid funds obtained that Pcount is greater than Ptable, namely 1428.23 > 3.087 with a p-value of 0.000 accepted at the 5% significance level, meaning that the regression model is accepted, then the model of the effect of transparency on the distribution of covid-19 aid funds, Ha accepted. It was concluded that transparency had a significant positive effect on the distribution of funds for Covid-19.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out the antecedents of the intention to buy the face shop environmentally friendly cosmetic products in the city of Denpasar. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 100 samples using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that customer value had a significant positive effect on attitudes, attitudes had a significant positive effect on purchase intention, subjective norms had a significant positive effect on purchase intention and behavioral control had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The face shop should build good relationships with consumers by becoming a listener and providing solutions to consumer cosmetic needs. The strategy that can be applied to the face shop to increase the intention to buy consumers is to be able to carry out promotions into customer specific targets every month or use vouchers.  The purpose of this study was to determine the application of e-taxation systems and the level of understanding of taxation on the level of satisfaction of personal taxpayers in Makassar. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all taxpayers in Makassar. The population is the taxpayer of individuals registered at the Tax Service Office in the city of Makassar totaling 205,681 taxpayers, while the sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate where the proposed hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of a positive and significant hypothesis test. This means that the effect of applying the e-taxation system and the level of understanding has a significant positive effect on the level of taxpayer satisfaction

This research was conducted in connection with the ongoing tax payment period, namely March for Personal WP and April for Entities. The location of the study was conducted at KPP Pratama Seberang Ulu Palembang with a sample of 100 people taken based on the Slovin method. The independent variable in this study is the awareness of taxpayers, the quality of tax authorities, tax sanctions, while the dependent variable is taxpayer reporting compliance. The sample used is taxpayers who are registered at KPP Seberang Ulu Palembang. The results showed that the variable awareness of taxpayers and tax penalties had a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and the variable Fiscus Services did not affect the compliance of taxpayers registered at the Seberang Ulu KPP. The results of this study are expected to provide input to improve service and satisfaction of taxpayers especially in the city of Palembang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support
