ANTARA KETELADANAN DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR; PENGARUH DARI KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU DI MTS AZIDDIN MEDAN

Teachers are required to have four competencies in carrying out education. The four competencies are closely related to the quality of education. This study highlights one of four competencies, namely personality competence. The purpose of this study is to see how much influence the teacher's personal competence on student motivation. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. This study uses simple regression analysis to see the effect of variable (X) on variable (Y). The results showed that the influence of teacher personality competencies on student motivation. Although the effect is not strong, but it concludes that one way to increase student motivation is to improve the teacher's personal competence.

The purpose of this research is to determine the use of e-filling of the quality of tax Reporting Services partially. This research used quantitative methods and data analysis methods use SPSS software with simple regression analysis, which is used to test tested hypotheses, partially, and to see the magnitude of the coefficient. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that partial use of e-filling affects the quality of the annual tax reporting Service, the direction is positif and is proven in analysis of SPSS test results with a significance value of 0.037 < from 0.05. More and more users of e-filling then increasing the quality of taxation services because the taxpayer feels comfortable and safe using e-filling for payment and reporting its exposure.

Banda Aceh is one of the city of Islamic tourism in Indonesia, therefore it is expected that regional income can be obtained from tourism income. As a source of revenue of income, tourism is influenced by tourist visits. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the visiting of the domestic tourists and the foreign tourists to the regional revenue in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the visit of tourists to the city's original revenue of Banda Aceh, this is indicated by the increase of the number of tourists to increase the original income of the regional.

Abstract. This study was aimed to find out how the influence of After Sales Service in forming WOM (Word of Mouth). It was an explanatory research with quantitative approach. One hundred sample respondents were set by using conveinience sampling technique where the respondents were consumers of Daya Motor, Branch Payo Selincah in Kota Jambi. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis was performed by simple regression analysis. Results of descriptive analysis on consumers perception showed that sub variable reparation performed very well, while two others only performed well. Based on regression analysis, a model that explained relationship between after-sales service and WOM was meaningful. In other words, after sales services performed by Daya Motor encouraged consumers to do WOM. Key words: After Sales Service, WOM, Consumer.

We examined how each school climate aspect affect adolescence’s psychological well-being by emphasizing that school climate is the quality of school process which is can be either support or worsen the adolescence’s psychological well-being. In achiving the research purposes we used two kinds of instruments namely Inventory of School Climate-Student (ISC–S) and The Scale of Eudaimonia. From the simple regression analysis we found that there is a signiﬁcant relationship bertween school climate and adolescence’s psychological well-being; meanwhile from the partial regression analysis the results are vary where three of school climate aspects do not affect adolecence’s psychological well-being and seven others signiﬁcantly affect adolescence’s psychological well-being.

The freshness of fishes caught by fishing vessels must be maintained to preserve the fish quality, which usually using ice as the cooling media. The ice needed depend on the catch amount, vessel capacity, and the temperature. The aim in this study was to analyze the amount of ice needed for fishing vessels and the effect of ice on the quality of fishes caught at the Lampulo Ocean Fisheries Port in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted from May to August 2018, using descriptive method with organoleptic test and simple regression analysis. The result shows that the total amount of ice blocks needed by fishing vessels in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port for fishing activities is 11,337 tons / month. The fish quality shows organoleptic scale value of 7 to 8, which mean that the fishes caught in the Lampulo Ocean Fishery Port belong in fresh category. From the results of the Regression analysis can be concluded that the amount of ice carried by fishing vessels for fishing operations have a significant effect on the quality of the fish.

This study aimed at investigating the implementation of academic supervision by principals, from the planning, implementation, and follow-up. Academic supervision gave impact on teachers performance. Teachers evaluations will be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of instruction, assessment of learners and the follow-up. To achieve these objectives, we used quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results showed there was significant correlation between the academic supervision by principals towards the teachers performance. If the academic supervision increases, the teachers performance will also increase.

This research examines the analysis Murabaha, Financing and Its Implication toward the Liquidity of bank Muamalat Manado in order to recognize the development and influences of murabahah towards degree liquidity.This research uses quantitative approach with data collecting technique through documentation and browsing. Techniques of data analysis are analysis of correlation and simple regression.Research findings show financing murabaha from 2007 to 2014 grew significantly, especially in 2011 which reach 55, 54% and in 2012 was at 60, 38%. These are caused by wider recognition of Islamic banks especially financing murabaha product even though the product decreased in 2009. Based on simple regression analysis with 0,193 financing murabaha does not have any influences towards degree of liquidity. Then, population data are 8 (n=8), if financing murabaha increases degree of liquidity deceases and vice versa. So, the relation between financing murabaha and degree of liquidity is not parallel. If confirmed with interpretation table by Suharsimi Arikunto, degree of correlation falls on low category as coefficient interval is between 0,00 and 0,199. Key words: Development, Mudharabah And LiquidityPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang “Analisis Pembiayaan Murabahah dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Tingkat Likuiditas Bank Muamalat Indonesia Pengaruh”. Untuk mengetahui perkembangan murabahah pengaruh terhadap tingkat likuiditas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan browsing yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mendapatkan informasi yang betul-betul akurat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi sederhana.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pembiayaan murabahah dari tahun 2007–2014 mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan terutama pembiyaan murabahah yang dilakukan tahun 2011 mencapai 55,44% dari angka sebelumnya, begitu pula terjadi pada tahun dan 2012 perkembangan pembiayaan murabahah mencapai 60,38% , hal ini disebabkan karena bank syariah semakin dikenal dimasyarakat, terutama pada produk pembiayaan murabahah yang sangat membantu kebutuhan masyarakat, kecuali tahun 2009 mengalami penurunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0,193 yang bernilai negarif berarti Pembiayaan Murabahah tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap tingkat likuiditas, kemudian data populasi sebanyak 8 (N=8), bila Pembiayaan Murabahah semakin meningkat maka Tingkat Likuiditas juga mengalami Penurunan dan sebaliknya, jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan antara Pembiayaan Murabahah dengan tingkat Likuiditas tersebut adalah tidak searah, bila dikonfirmasi dalam tabel interpretasi menurut Suharsimi Arikunto maka tingkat korelasi (hubungan) tersebut berada dalam kategori sangat rendah rendah karena berada dalam interval koefisien antara 0,00 sampai 0,199. Ulee Lheue Port is one of the ferry ports located in the city of Banda Aceh as a transportation to Sabang Weh Island. The city of Sabang is famous as one of the destinations of sharia tourism in Indonesia, therefore the revenue of the region can be obtained from the sea port service levy. As a source of revenue, the acceptance of port service levies is affected by the number of passengers on the ferry. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between the number of passenger ships crossing the acceptance of levy services sea port city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the number of passenger ship crossing to the receipt of levy service of seaport city of Banda Aceh.

The elements in the management of education include elements of leaders, educators, educational staff , students and educational facilities as well as other supporters. All of these components are a unity that influences the quality of the learning process that can be seen from the success of students. The director as a leader at the Cirebon Maritime Academy has an influence on the creativity of educators, the work productivity of educational staff and the success of student learning. To find out the effect, survey research was conducted . Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaire studies.The questionnaire was made in the form of a questionnaire with 5 alternative choices. Each alternative answers provided more aggressively weighted score of 1 - 5 (1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = disagree, 4 = agree, and 5 = strongly agree ). Analysis of the data in this study consisted of (a) simple regression analysis; and (b) multiple analysis using statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Regression analysis is used to predict research that includes variables X for Y1, Y2 and Y3. Simple Regression Analysis looks at Vaiabel Coefficients (Y1X) and (Y2X) and Y3X. This analysis is used to test the effect of each research variable. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded as a result of the research that the Leadership of the Director (X) on the Improvement of Educators' Creativity (Y1) is quite significant. The Leadership of the Director (X) on the Productivity of Education Workers (Y2) is also quite significant, and the results of the calculation of the influence of the Leadership of the Director (X) on Learning Success (Y3) are quite significant

The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of service quality to satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. With the initial hypothesis that the quality of service affect the satisfaction. With a sample size of 39 people using a simple regression analysis and then descriptive. Based on analysis of research results and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the quality of service is very influential on satisfaction at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Branch Baubau. This can be seen from the regression equation Y = 5.833 + 0.686 X This shows that if there is a change in service quality dimension of I unit, it will cause changes to the satisfaction of 68.6%. Quality of service influence on satisfaction can be seen from the significance value t on a simple regression analysis that sig t = 0.00 <a = 0.05. The value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.809 can be interpreted that the correlation relationship between service quality independent variable (X) to satisfaction (Y) is positive.
