Using Cloud Technologies in the Educational Process

The article reveals the problem of using information and communication technologies, in particular cloud technologies in the methodical work of the teacher. The article substantiates the relevance of using the Google tool in the implementation of methodological activities by teachers. We are talking about a very important joint activity among teachers and students for the tasks of modern education. The didactic possibilities of cloud technologies are presented. Based on the analysis of information sources, it is indicated which Google tools can be used in the implementation of the teacher's methodological work. Some examples of using cloud technologies are considered on the example of such tools as Yandex. Disk, Облако@mail.ru, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box.net, Google Drive, OpenDrive, etc. Uploading data to cloud storage, sharing data with other users, and other services provides the following features: it takes video and photos from phones and smartphones, which saves memory on mobile devices; all content is loaded in its original quality, thanks to the large amount of allocated disk space, an impressive number of photos and videos are placed on the disk, etc. The peculiarities of using cloud technologies allowed us to draw a conclusion about their didactic potential.

This article discusses the problems of ever-increasing demands on the organization and quality of the educational process on the part of society. Today there are new opportunities for the comprehensive development of students of the XXI century, new, more effective information and communication technologies (ICT), in particular cloud- oriented learning environments (COLE), are developing rapidly. The problems of the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for designing a cloud-oriented educational environment of the university and the justification of the structural scheme of its interaction with the methodological center of the ministry based on the use of cloud technologies are analyzed. It is necessary to introduce such models of the learning environment, which will allow to fully satisfy the demands of teaching staff on the organization and conduct of classes of a new type, the activation of educational activities of students, the formation of digital competence and the comprehensive development of personality. Such opportunities are provided by the use of a cloud-based educational environment of the university.

The relevance of the study is explained by the need to increase the level of teaching Physics, to identify and develop creative abilities of both schoolchildren and students, future teachers of Physics. The preparation for Olympiads and their holding helps to raise interest in Physics. The analysis of scientific sources shows that, despite the interest of scientists in the problem of organising and improving the preparation of students for the Physics Olympiads, this problem needs further study. In particular, the pedagogical conditions for preparing students for the Physics Olympiads have not been identified; effective methods, forms and means of teaching, possibilities of information and communication technologies aimed at training students for the Physics Olympiads have not been sufficiently studied, which is especially relevant in distance training. The purpose of the study is to identify and implement pedagogical conditions for training students majoring in Secondary Education (Physics) at Ushynsky University, to develop skills in solving school Olympiad problems. In accordance with the set goal, pedagogical conditions for preparing future Physics teachers to solve school Olympiad problems have been identified and introduced into the educational process, namely: creation of interactive interaction between teachers and students in the process of solving Olympiad problems; use of modern Internet technologies, distance learning methods in the educational environment as an important factor in intensifying independent work in the process of profession-oriented training in solving school Olympiad problems. According to students, the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions contributed to increasing the level of profession-oriented training aimed at future teachers of Physics, the development of these skills: the ability to interest students in Physics; create an atmosphere of emotional enthusiasm in teaching Physics; teach basic algorithms and approaches to solving non-standard problems; to teach non-standard thinking and initiative not only in solving physical problems, but also in solving life situations; to increase the level of knowledge of English in a professional direction.

The authors outline that the main trend in modern education, both in Russia and in the world as a whole, is the digitalization and informatization of the educational process. This leads to disagreements in understanding the potential of this phenomenon, as the main factor, affecting the comprehensive and systematic development and self-development of a modern student’s personality. In turn, this is due to the diverse interpretations of the terms, included in this area of the knowledge, by other sciences without taking into account the specifics of the educational process, which prompted the authors to undertake the study. The purpose of the article is to review the basic concepts, related to the informatization of modern education in Russia, as well as to describe the trends in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process, their role in the formation of the information and educational environment of an educational institution. Methods. The main research method is the analysis of literary sources and regulations, related to the field of information technologies application in education, on the basis of which the authors consider and generalize different concepts. Results. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are drawn about the importance of information and communication technologies and the information and educational environment as the main factors in the modernization of the educational process. However, the importance of combining the traditional teaching methods with methods, based on the use of innovative technologies without a fundamental change in the educational paradigm was emphasized.

Целью статьи является обоснование эффективности проведения поэтапного мониторинга успеваемости обучающихся с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что важным вопросом современного образования является разработка, апробация и дальнейшее внедрение системы мониторинга качества образовательного процесса в ВУЗах. Основным методом является мониторинг, который может улучшить состояние учебного процесса путем выявления проблем и целенаправленной индивидуальной работы. В статье рассматривается алгоритм реализации поэтапного мониторинга с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий на занятиях. По результатам проведенных исследований сделаны выводы о необходимости внедрения поэтапного мониторинга на занятиях, направленного на управление аудиторией, развитие воспитательной работы и беспристрастную оценку успеваемости обучающихся. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of the stage-by-stage monitoring of students' progress using information and communication technologies. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that an important issue of modern education is the development of a system for monitoring the quality of the educational process in universities. The main method is monitoring, which can improve the state of the educational process through problems and purposeful work. The article uses the implementation of step-by-step monitoring with the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom, conducted with information technology. Based on the results of the research, conclusions were drawn about the stage-by-stage monitoring in the classroom, aimed at managing the audience, developing educational work and an impartial assessment of students' progress.

Modern information and communication technologies affect all areas of life significantly, including education and learning. Cloud storage tools are one of the forms of modern information technologies that are employed to serve the educational process. The current research aims to study the use of Google cloud applications (Google Classroom, Google Plus and Google Drive) in education and to determine the most appropriate web-based training environment in view of the level of usability. The experimental method was applied in this study using a sample of 200 students from Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. The current research found that there was some convergence in the usability of the three environments. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the environment of Google Classroom has the highest usability value (86.45), and also showed statistically significant differences in scholastic achievement in the application the service of Google Classroom in the educational process.

Дана характеристика технологий, позволяющих сформировать у обучающихся востребованные рынком труда информационные, социальные, профессиональные компетенции будущих специалистов. В современном процессе обучения, воспитания успешно используются информационно-коммуникационные технологии, позволяющие применять компьютерные офисные программы, графические редакторы, интернет-браузеры, средства телекоммуникации и педагогические дистанционные технологии, которые предполагают использование ИКТ. Дистанционное взаимодействие позволяет организовать образовательный процесс, который обеспечивает общение между преподавателями, студентами опосредованно через телекоммуникационную среду Интернет. Это способствует привлечению большего количества студентов к воспитательным и обучающим мероприятиям и, следовательно, расширяет образовательное пространство. Эффективными формами работы в целях повышения уровня профессиональной подготовки, развития общих компетенций обучающихся, в том числе обучающихся с разными образовательными потребностями и ограниченными возможностями здоровья, являются внеурочные состязательные мероприятия на основе дистанционных технологий. Анализ педагогических, организационных, процедурных компонентов внеурочных дистанционных состязательных мероприятий, организуемых профессиональными образовательными организациями, позволил рассмотреть и ввести понятие «внеурочные дистанционные состязательные технологии». Рассматривается вопрос актуальных внеурочных дистанционных состязательных технологий в условиях цифровизации образования. Представлены составные структурные элементы модели внеурочных состязательных дистанционных технологий. The article describes the technologies that allow students to form information, social, and professional competencies of future specialists that are in demand by the labor market. In the modern process of education, information and communication technologies are successfully used, allowing the use of computer office programs, graphic editors, Internet browsers, telecommunications and pedagogical distance technologies that involve the use of ICT. Remote interaction allows you to organize an educational process that provides communication between teachers and students indirectly through the telecommunications environment of the Internet. This helps to attract more students to educational and training activities and, consequently, expands the educational space. Extracurricular competitive events based on remote technologies are effective forms of work for improving the level of professional training and developing General competencies of students, including students with different educational needs and disabilities. The analysis of pedagogical, organizational, and procedural components of extracurricular remote competitive events organized by professional educational organizations allowed us to consider and introduce the concept of «extracurricular remote competitive technologies». The issue of actual extracurricular distance competitive technologies in the conditions of digitalization of education is considered. A compound represented by structural elements of the adversarial model of extracurricular distance learning technologies.

The report presents the author’s experience in integrating modern ICT technologies in the process of teaching and learning in school. The emphasis is on the use of mobile devices and the integration of cloud technologies in schools. As an ICT teacher, the author provides some practical guidelines on how to apply innovation. The generation of 7 screens does not know a world without digital technologies and mobile communications. The discrepancy between the expectations of the digital generation and the reality in our schools is in terms of the information and communication technologies (ICT) used in them and the didactic models. Adolescents, when they find themselves in an environment that does not meet their expectations, are demotivated and redirect their attention to other objects and goals and stop being active in class. The use of the so-called. „Cloud“ technologies will significantly increase the interest and retention of students. The modern approach to building information systems is focused on developing solutions in which the collection, input and output of information is carried out through WEB-based applications or platforms.

The article describes the process of training future specialists under the program "Professional education", its features, conditions for implementation, aspects of further development, as well as some of the difficulties that arise during its organization. The focus of the department on how to create a new architecture of the educational process within the program "Professional education" is set by the leading principles: modularity, integrability, flexibility and dynamism, and methodological approaches - competence, activity-based, subject-oriented, environmental – were the basis for its development. As a result the authors presented a model for training a modern specialist with formed professional skills and personal and professional qualities, capable of being in demand in the labor market. The research results can be used in the educational process in the context of how to implement relevant programs in accordance with the new requirements in the educational services market. The rapid technologization of the socio-economic development of our society was reflected in the system of vocational education, designed to prepare highly qualified and competent specialists for the modern economy, science and industry. The transformation of the educational sphere is taking place under the influence of new technologies and human practices that change the social order. The determined infrastructural spheres have the greatest impact on this transformation, we are talking about "Communication Infrastructure": the sphere of information and communication technologies that affect all processes of accumulation and transmission of information; "Infrastructure of production and consumption": a financial and investment sphere, which sets the general rules for interaction in the economic and educational system. The above said made it possible to determine the further vector of educational activities of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Vocational Education in training the specialists in "Professional Education" field both at the bachelor and master degrees.
