This study was conducted to develop evaluation instruments for scientific writing instruction with a constructivism approach. The development of evaluation instruments is important to provide valid and reliable measurement to measure the success rate of scientific writing instruction with a constructivism approach. In order to achieve these objectives, the combined models of development, i.e. 4D and RDR were used. The implementation of the development consisted of four stages, namely the preliminary study, define, design, and product development. The research data were in the form of quantitative and qualitative data and the data sources were the students, lecturers, practitioners, and experts in relevant fields of study. Data analysis technique was the domain technique and t test statistical technique for related samples. Based on the results, the obtained development product in the form of the evaluation of the instruction of writing scientific papers were valid and reliable. The development product consisted of four types of evaluation devices, the assessment rubrics, portfolios, observation sheets, and learning journal. Based on the results of the four development products, the effectiveness test was valid and reliable so that it can be used to conduct evaluation of learning to write scientific papers with constructivism approach, both for the evaluation of the process and the evaluation of the learning outcomes.

[Bahasa]: Penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar dan pelaksanaannya secara daring merupakan salah satu kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh guru saat ini. Sebagian besar Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas belum terampil dalam memanfaatkan media daring sebagai media penyusunan dan pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas, Sorong dalam menyusun instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar secara daring dengan menggunakan media Quizizz. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi para guru adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah tahap eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi. Tahap eksplorasi diawali dengan pengajuan beberapa pertanyaan melalui Google Form yang berkaitan dengan pemahaman para peserta pelatihan tentang evaluasi dan berbagai media yang dapat digunakan untuk melalukan evaluasi hasil belajar. Tahap elaborasi adalah berupa penjelasan dan pelatihan penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajarn dengan menggunakan media. Pada tahap konfirmasi para peserta pelatihan diminta untuk menyusun instrumen evaluasi, mengatur waktu pengerjaan, membagikan link dan kode room kepada siswa, dan menganalisis hasil belajar dengan menggunakan penggunaan media Quizizz. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al Ma’arif 1 Aimas Sorong meningkat secara signifikan, yaitu dengan rata-rata awal 25,9% menjadi 86,6%. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan salah satu model pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional para guru. Kata Kunci: pelatihan, evaluasi hasil belajar, Quizizz [English]: The preparation learning evaluation instruments and its online implementation are some of the professional competencies that must be possessed by teachers. Most of teachers in MTs Al-Ma'arif 1 Aimas are not yet skilled in utilizing online media as a medium for the preparation and evaluation of learning outcomes. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ competence to compile an instrument for evaluating learning outcomes online using Quizizz. The method used was training which consists of several stages: exploration, elaboration, and confirmation. The exploration phase began with the submission of a number of questions through the Google Form relating to trainees' understanding of the evaluation and various media that can be used to carry out evaluation of learning outcomes. The elaboration stage was in the form of explanations and training in the preparation of evaluation instruments for learning outcomes using Quizizz. At the confirmation stage, the trainees were asked to compile an evaluation instrument, arrange working time, share links and room codes with students, and analyze learning outcomes using Quizizz. The results show that the teachers’ understanding and competence in MTs Al Ma'arif 1 Aimas Sorong have increased significantly, with an initial average of 25.9% to 86.6%. The purposes of this study are to describe the implementation of management of scientific writing learning in class XI at the SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara. Implementation of learning management is viewed from several main components, namely (1) lesson planning; (2) the learning implementing process; and (3) learning evalution. The approach uses qualitative, with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are observation (seeing and observing events), interviews (meeting directly with informants), and documentation. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation. The data analysis technique is carried out in stages (1) data reduction (summarizing the core data); (2) data presentation (coding of data that has been reduced); (3) conclusions (concluding the data obtained). The research result shows the following matters. First, the planning of learning to write scientific papers are prepared by the teacher is valued 98,4% and is categorized as very good. Second, the process of implementing learning to write scientific papers are carried out by the teacher is 92,9% and categorized as very good. Third, the evalution of learning to write scientific papers are done by the teacher is 77,7% and categorized as good. Because of that it can be stated that these three processes are related to one another. The integration of the three components will describe the readiness of the teacher before learning, the learning processes is directed, and the assessment (evalution) is accurate and will have an impact on aspects of knowledge, aspects of skills, and aspects of student attitude.

This article aims to describe the diversity of communicative and collaborative aspects contained in the evaluation instrument in Indonesian BSE. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the principles of content analysis. The data sources in this study were 541 evaluation instruments spread over eight teaching materials, namely compiling procedural texts, studying explanatory texts, managing information in lectures, studying life in short stories, preparing proposals, designing scientific papers, assessing works through reviews, and performing plays. The results showed that overall the evaluation instruments relevant to various communicative competence indicators were 110 questions or 20.33% while the evaluation instruments relevant to various indicators of cooperative competence were 81 questions or 14.97%. This percentage shows that the communicative and collaborative competences in the evaluation instrument in Indonesian BSE have been developed quite well.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract: </strong>The use of multimedia in learning is considered necessary today, especially digital-based multmedia, can have a positive impact in the world of education, especially on students and teachers.The purpose of this study designed the evaluation of learning instruments in accordance with the curriculum 2013 based on digital multimedia in the material Physics High School class X semester I in SMAN 51 and SMAN 104 East Jakarta academic year 2017/2018. Type of Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) research with ADDIE development model (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation), validation subjects consist of a curriculum expert, two media teachers, four students for individual trials, ten students for small group trials, and thirty students for lapnography test.Data collection methods used questionnaires.Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of this research is soft file physics evaluation problem which is packed in flash program. The validity of the instrument is:(1) according to the expert review of the curriculum with good category 82.5%,(2) according to the review of the subject teachers are in good category 87.5%, (3) good 92.5%, (4) based on a good category individual test 84.8%, (5) based on small group good trials 81.5% and (6) field with good category 83.7% Learning evaluation instrument Curriculum 2013 based on digital multimedia is not revised, can be implemented in schools and for further research</p><p class="KeywordsEngish"> </p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penggunakan multimedia dalam pembelajaran dianggap perlu saat ini, terutama multmedia berbasis digital,dapat berdampak positif dalam dunia pendidikan terutama pada siswa dan guru.Tujuan penelitian ini mendesain instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 berbasis multimedia digital pada materi Fisika SMA kelas X semester I di SMAN 51 dan SMAN 104 Jakarta Timur tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian Research &amp; Development ( R&amp;D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation,evaluation) ,Subyek validasi terdiri dari seorang ( ahli kurikulum, ahli media), dua guru bidang studi, empat siswa untuk uji coba perorangan, sepuluh siswa untuk uji coba small group, dan tiga puluh siswa untuk uji lapngan.Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah soft file soal-soal evaluasi fisika yang dikemas dalam program flash. Validitas instrumen adalah:(1)menurut <em>review </em>ahli kurikulum dengan kategori baik (82,5%),(2) menurut <em>review </em>guru bidang studi berada pada kategori baik (87,5%),(3)menurut <em>review a</em>hli media dengan kategori sangat baik (92,5%),(4)berdasarkan uji coba perorangan dengan kategori baik(84,8%), (5) berdasarkan uji coba small group dengan kategori baik(81,5%), dan (6) berdasarkan uji coba lapangan dengan kategori baik(83,7%) Instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 berbasis multimedia digital ini tidak direvisi, dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah dan untuk penelitian lebih  lanjut.<strong></strong></p>

This study is aimed to describe the implementation of learning history in high school equivalency programs. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis technique use qualitative analysis inductive models with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are: first, planning learning history in high school equivalency program started from In-House Training for educators in high school equivalency program which practiced in the preparation of the learning device are appropriate to the curriculum; second, the implementation of learning history in high school equivalency program involves three patterns of learning consisting of 20% face-to-face interaction, 30% tutorials, and 50% independent activity; third, constraints in the implementation is the readiness of learners in receiving learning materials, learning infrastructure, and the competence of educators in conveying the teaching of history; fourth, evaluation of learning history in high school equivalency program is equal to the formal school.

Introduction. Performance evaluation is the process of evaluating the implementation of the tasks of organizational members, including libraries, in accordance with the performance standards using particular way including instruments. Instruments are needed to document the evaluation carried out by the organization. Therefore, libraries need to pay attention to developa performance evaluation instrument to plan their human resources. This research explains an overview of stages in developing performance evaluation instruments in an organization, particularly libraries. Research methods. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach by involving the existing  performance evaluation dimensions. After that, the performance evaluation indicators were developed. Data analysis. The measurement of validity and reliability was valid when the correlation between items was >0.3 and when Cronbach alpha was > 0.6. The measurement of validity and reliability help to support the development of performance evaluation instruments. Results and Discussion. Of the 36 statements, only 27 items were valid and used in performance appraisal instruments. The items are arranged in a model of development of the performance evaluation instruments. Conclusion and recommendations. A good organization needs to pay attention to the right indicators in an assessment instrument. In its application, it is effective to use the 360 ​​degree method, where employees are evaluated by other staff to ensure the balance professional perspective.

ABSTRACT Auditors face new challenges when auditing internal controls due to the increasing integration of information systems for transaction processing and the growing amount of data. Traditional manual control testing procedures become inefficient or require highly specialized and scarce technical knowledge. This study presents audit procedures that follow a new approach. Instead of manually testing internal controls, automated procedures search for the absence of those controls. Process mining techniques are combined with advanced statistical analysis where process mining serves as a data analysis technique to create process models from the recorded transaction data. These are searched for critical data constellations in combination with an exploratory factor analysis to identify systematic deficiencies in the internal control system. The manual and time-intensive inspection of individual controls is replaced by automated audit procedures that cover the totality of recorded transactions. The study follows a design science approach and uses case study data for illustration.

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism product attributes and destination image, either directly, indirectly, partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit the Taman Sri Baduga Kabupaten Purwakarta tourist destination, and the results of this study can be useful for Stake Holders in the field of tourism and can contribute for science.The paradigm of this research is a quantitative descriptive verification paradigm with a focus on testing theory through measuring research variables using the statistical technique / SPSS 24 approach, data collection using the incidental sampling technique on 398 respondents with research subjects who are visitors or who have visited Taman Sri Baduga Purwakarta tourist destinations. Before testing the hypothesis, this study conducted a data validity test. Data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and path analysis.There is a significant effect of the partial attributes of tourism products on the decision to visit by 55.3% and the partial effect of the image of the destination on the decision to visit by 28%. Then there is a simultaneous influence of tourism product attributes and destination image on the decision to visit Taman Sri Baduga Purwakarta of 83.3%, the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. This study investigated the relationship between empowering leadership and team creativity by integrating the theory of group behavior with componential theory of creativity. For this study, data was collected from two sources (343 Subordinates, 67 Supervisors) by temporally dividing data collection process into two points in time for independent, dependent, and mediating variables from employees of a bank operating in Pakistan. Random coefficient analysis technique was used with Mplus 7.0 to analyze nested data for preliminary analysis and analysis of mediation and indirect effects. Mediation was analyzed using the indirect effect of random models and further confirmed the confidence using bootstrapping procedure. Through this study, the researchers tried to explore the inconsistent relationship between empowering leadership behavior and team creativity. It was found that empowering leadership behavior affects the team level creativity of employees directly and indirectly through the mediation of team learning behavior and team psychological empowerment as team process and team emergent states respectively. The results indicated that empowering leadership enhances the learning potential of teams and team empowerment perception which in turn enhances team level creativity. Further research findings, implications, and future research directions also discussed in this research.
