The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work environment on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, leadership on employee performance and work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at the Sanga Desa District office. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with multiple linear regression models. Statistical calculations, resulting in a regression equation Y = 0.275 + 0.141X1 + 0.239X2 + 0.311X3. The results of the study answered the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the work environment, organizational culture and leadership together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Desa, Musi Banyuasin District office. Second, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Third, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Fourth, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the office employees of Sanga Village, Musi Banyuasin District.Through regression analysis, it is concluded that culture and leadership are more dominant in performance than the work environment of employees. However, leadership is more dominant than the variables of work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. Good leadership, management will be effective in its implementation so that it has an impact on the performance of the employees of the Sanga Village office, Musi Banyuasin District. Researchers provide recommendations, first, employees must provide good service to the community. Second, employees must be able to work together to achieve job goals. Third, leadership. running good work standards and there must be training for employees. Fourth, means to improve the internet / intranet network signal used for recording e-KTP and online village entry and reporting. Fifth, competence to maintain open deliberations. Emphasized to employees in completing tasks and responsibilities must be in accordance with existing work procedures

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, communication, and motivation on employee performance in Batam City District Office. In the stages of testing in this study using the sampling method used is the census. The sample in this study was 43 Employees Head Office Batam City. Methods of data collection conducted by questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is performed using linear regression models and test the T-statistic. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS software. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is known that the organizational culture significantly influence employee performance Batam City District Office. And the results of the second test, it is known that the communication is not significant to the performance of the staff of the Head of Batam. And a third test results, it is known that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance Batam City District Office

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Sidoarjo sub-district office. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 54 employees at the Sidoarjo sub-district office. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that work discipline affects employee performance, compensation affects employee performance, work environment also affects employee performance, besides discipline work, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation. The use of research methods with quantitative methods. The use of the research population is the West Jakarta Mayor's Office employees, totaling 130 employees, with a total sample of 100 employees. The use of data analysis method with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. The results found that the work environment has no significant impact on employee performance, organizational culture positively affects work fulfillment and worker execution, the workplace positively affects work fulfillment, job satisfaction positively affects representative execution, job satisfaction there is influence mediates organizational culture variables and work environment variables. on employee performance.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary, either directly or indirectly for Bangko Class II B Prison employees. This study uses a quantitative method, with exogenous variables, namely organizational culture (X1), compensation (X2), work environment intervening variables (X3) and endogenous variables, namely employee performance (Y) at Bangko Class II Correctional Institution (Lapas). The population of this research is all employees of Lapas in Bangko Class II Correctional Institution, namely 55 people. The sample was obtained through total sampling so that the respondents in this study amounted to 55 samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub-structure 1 and sub-structure 2. Data is collected through a questionnaire that has been validated and reliable in advance, both content and empirical test of items in the field. The results of this study have found that the hypothetical model is proven to be used as a new model in improving employee performance for every employee at the Bangko Class II Penitentiary.

This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. Spiritual leadership management is causal leadership for organizations designed to produce educational organizations that are intrinsically motivated. The aim of spiritual leadership is to produce a strategic and empowered vision and value appropriateness of team-level values and people and, in its words, greater responsiveness and organizational productivity. Organizational culture is a perception that is made jointly by members of the organization and must be obeyed by members of the organization or it is called a system created for togetherness. To achieve economic independence, Darussalam Gontor University established a business unit, namely the UNIDA Business Unit (U3). The Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit is one of the business fields owned by the Darussalam Gontor University with employees of different backgrounds. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and spiritual leadership on the performance of employees of the Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit. This type of research was a quantitative study with a total of 49 respondents. The population of this study were all employees of the Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit which included managers, staff, and operational employees. The technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data obtained through respondents with a survey in the form of a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
