Getting proper education is the right of every citizen, both normal students and students with special needs (disabilities). In this case, the tools and learning media needed are very important to support teaching and learning activities. However, there are more learning tools and media available for normal students than students with special needs. The results of the observations that the author saw in SLB Rejang Lebong were still lacking in learning tools in special schools, especially learning tools for counting, especially blind children. Thus encouraging the author to be able to create a learning aid, especially in numeracy skills for children with disabilities, especially blind children in SLB Rejang Lebong Bengkulu. Starting from the problem above, the writer tries to deal with this problem by creating learning media, especially for blind children, namely "Braile Baper" which is simultaneously used as a research on the principle of usefulness of the tool in SLB Rejang Lebong which is a tool used. to practice multiplication counting skills in a simple and fast and not boring way so that it is expected to be useful to help improve understanding of blind children in learning media for numeracy skills in mathematics, especially in arithmetic operations material. The results of the application of the Braille Baper learning media that the student activities observed during the learning process were good, seen in the student activity observation sheets as well as interviews with students applying the Braille Baper learning media were responded positively and effectively applied in learning, especially for blind children.

Therefore the competence of teachers in schools will be demanded to be more profound in teaching students with special needs. The methodology used in this study uses the method of library (library research), while collecting data by examining and exploring a number of journals, books, and several articles where data sources or other information are relevant (related) to the appropriate study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of teachers in inclusive education to students with special needs. The results showed that the teacher had done adaptive learning for children who had difficulty learning by adjusting the conditions of the students themselves, the adjustment was related to the method of strategy, material, learning tools/media, and learning environment. Keywords: Education, Inclusive, Teacher, Role

The purpose of this study is to facilitate teaching and learning activities, so that it can improve students' understanding of the mathematics material presented by the teacher and can be used as a medium to increase interest and interest in the learning process. Learning media plays an important role in teaching and learning activities so that the teaching and learning process becomes effective and easy to apply, but in reality in the world of education learning media is often not paid attention to because of limited time to make teaching preparation and it is difficult to find the right media. At MI NW Liqaul Amal still using manual learning media using books, writing and other teaching aids as student learning tools, learning media like this still cannot increase student interest, especially in mathematics lessons. One of the learning methods used to overcome these problems is to create interactive learning media in mathematics subjects. This learning media starts with a needs analysis process that will be used in making flash-based interactive learning media and making concepts or designs according to the results of the analysis. The results to be achieved in making interactive learning media on mathematics subjects are that students can understand the material and increase student interest in learning, so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective

The purpose of this research is to investigate and understand how students are using computer. The activities that a student undertakes with the help of computers which might be fulfilling some academic or non academic purpose, is of great interest. It will help in understanding the limitations and potentials offered by the technology for use of computer in classroom. This paper brings out the three major kinds of activities that students undertake with computer; self learning activities, Information collection tasks and communication and group activities. The study further analyses the effect of demographics i.e. gender, age and faculty (department) of students on the activities with computer. The results show that gender has no impact on the activities of students with computer. The age impacts only the activities related to Information collection by using computer where as the faculty of student significantly impacts all the activities viz. self learning activities, Information collection tasks and communication and group activities. The findings from this research can be used in designing future e-learning initiatives and development e-learning tools

Debates about the inclusion of students with disabilities in general education classrooms often overlook its impact on teachers. In this study, I analyze the concern that teachers may spend less time teaching in classrooms with children with special needs using survey data on 121,173 teachers from 38 participating countries and partners of the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2013. I further examine teacher, classroom, and school factors that may explain disparities in time spent teaching in classrooms with and without students with special needs. The findings indicate teachers, on average, spend marginally less class time on teaching in classrooms that include more students with special needs. The disparity in teaching time is mostly removed when accounting for students with behavioral problems in classrooms.

iSocial is a 3D Virtual Learning Environment (3D VLE) to develop social competency for students who have been identified with High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders. The motivation for developing a 3D VLE is to improve access to special needs curriculum for students who live in rural or small school districts. The paper first describes a number of innovative features developed to translate a targeted curriculum and to undertake teaching and learning to meet special needs in a 3D Virtual Environment. Secondly the paper describes results from a field test of iSocial at 3 sites with 11 students. The results show promise for improvements in social competence, but also challenges for distance learning delivery of 3D VLE.

The increment of concern in the use of online learning tools into English Language Teaching to adopt the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has inspired this study to examine students’ thoughts on Edmodo, as one of the online learning tools, at the English Literature department within the University of Bangka Belitung. Edmodo is used by the researchers to discuss the students’ attitude in improving their English skills. Data were collected by means of questionnaires and interview. A Likert scale questionnaire was administered and open-ended interviews were conducted to get more information from the students. Data were qualitatively and quantitatively analysed by using SPSS v.22 Software. The results reveal that the Edmodo usage is aiding students’ cooperation in small group discussions, reflecting that teaching and learning activities established on the ground of communicative teaching method were able to improve cooperation and communication, raising students’ motivation to take part and involve in various learning and also empowering them to be self-determining and be more responsible for their own learning. This study is an endeavor to attract more researchers to do further investigations on this area within the Indonesian English learners at the university level.

Abstract: Research on the application of e-learning in Extraordinary Schools (SLB) aims to increase the motivation and interest in learning for blind children. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. A qualitative approach is an approach that is used to obtain data in more depth so that it can be used to develop theories and describe the reality and complexity of the phenomenon under study. The results of this study are the effectiveness of the application of e-learning in the form of a speech dictionary that is tailored to the needs of blind children. Novelty or novelty in this study is the application of e-learning for blind children. E-Learning has been applied to special schools and public schools, but its application is less adapted to the needs of Children with Special Needs (ABK). This research resulted in a novelty in the form of the application of e-learning tailored to the needs of special needs children, especially for blind children Abstrak: Penelitian mengenai penerapan e-learning pada Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar anak tunanetra.
