The research discussed the analytical approaches that fall into the essence of product design analysis process, and the research focused on six basic approaches to analysis of industrial product design: (formal analysis method, functional analysis approach - pragmatism, structural analysis approach, semiotic analysis approach, Marxist analysis approach, and Anthropological analysis approach), and it was concluded that each of the proposed approaches intends to analyze industrial products based on the knowledge structure and intellectual references that define the approach. A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which were: The process of analyzing industrial products is in fact a complex process, and it needs a lot of knowledge references to analyze the design product based on the fact that the design product is a complex entity and thus needs a comprehensive system that combines the proposed approaches to form a comprehensive approach to analyzes Industrial products according to it.

Abstract Application of a formal Failure Analysis metaprocess to a stubborn yield loss problem provided a framework that ultimately facilitated a solution. Absence of results from conventional failure analysis techniques such as PEM (Photon Emission Microscopy) and liquid crystal microthermography frustrated early attempts to analyze this low-level supply leakage failure mode. Subsequently, a reorganized analysis team attacked the problem using a specific toplevel metaprocess.(1,a) Using the metaprocess, analysts generated a specific unique step-by-step analysis process in real time. Along the way, this approach encouraged the creative identification of secondary failure effects that provided repeated breakthroughs in the analysis flow. Analysis proceeded steadily toward the failure cause in spite of its character as a three-way interaction among factors in the IC design, mask generation, and wafer manufacturing processes. The metaprocess also provided the formal structure that, at the conclusion of the analysis, permitted a one-sheet summary of the failure's cause-effect relationships and the analysis flow leading to discovery of the anomaly. As with every application of this metaprocess, the resulting analysis flow simply represented an effective version of good failure analysis. The formal and flexible codification of the analysis decision-making process, however, provided several specific benefits, not least of which was the ability to proceed with high confidence that the problem could and would be solved. This paper describes the application of the metaprocess, and also the key measurements and causeeffect relationships in the analysis.

<p>Abstract This paper is a study of Andreas Gursky’s photo Rhein II. In this study, the post-structural semiotic analysis method is used to interpret meaning based on signs on the Rhein II. The post-structural semiotic analysis becomes the basis for interpreting meanings using related references. In the study of Rhein II photo objects, visual text analysis is expected to provide positive benefits for the development of photography, especially academically. Rhein II is a photo by Andreas Gursky. In Rhein II’s photograph, a contemporary photo is presented as a multi-reality representation analyzed using the post-structural semiotic method. The object of research is interpreted as a text that has a layer of meaning that is squeezed out of its essence by semiotics. The deconstruction of the signification system in the visual element is identified by reading the structural postal semiotic theory codes: text analysis process, creation process. The results of semiotic extraction produce an interpretive study of Rhein II which is full of meaning.</p><p>Keyword: imagery, photography, semiotica</p><p>Abstrak Makalah ini merupakan kajian dari foto Rhein II karya Andreas Gursky. Creative children paintings are not only meant as children's freedom of expressing their creativity in processing shapes and media. Moreover, the paintings can be creativity to read gender representation. Those paintings can read perfect gender representation. In addition children paintings can be seen by how representation of gender structures is in the object of children paintings, chosen color, idea that is expressed by the children. Therefore, seeing the creative children paintings will be seen how close the gender structures is in the paintings. This research used qualitative method with semiotic analysis approach. Result of the research shows that creative children paintings are read by three components of object meaning procedure, color, and idea, each phase of children growth can explain how gender is reflected in discourse representation.

Abstract This paper presents an intuitive approach for mobility analysis of thin-panel origamis based on a coplanar 2-twist screw system, which consists of a pair of parallel/concurrent line vectors. In this study, we first proved that in any thin-panel origami, the allowable instantaneous mobility for any two facets connected to a third one can be described by a coplanar 2-twist screw system because this mobility is generated by two coplanar creases in the third facet. Second, the mobility of the basic origami units with a single facet loop was analyzed by using this coplanar 2-twist screw system. Third, the mobility analysis approach was extended to analyze the mobility of other planar/circular arraying origami patterns with multiple facet loops; typical origami patterns such as leaf-fold, Miura-ori were subjected to this analysis process. Furthermore, we proved that the proposed approach can be applied to the mobility analysis of complicated origamis; this approach proved to be considerably more intuitive than the traditional approach for mobility analysis.

This papers purpose is to highlight the positive aspects that can be drown from using a functional approach based on functional analysis and on TRIZ functional modeling in products design. Since the function notion linked to products design is present and very broadly discussed in many papers why not taken into consideration also the functional modeling from TRIZ where functions are seen as useful and harmful, combined with functional analysis for example. An enlarged view of such contradictions leads to solve problems and help to a better understanding of the product and its functions and why not in emerging new solutions. In this paper, an internal functional analysis approach followed by a useful/harmful point of view to inventoried functions is done for a mandrel. The harmful effects induced by technical functions can be used as starting points for improvements.

Background Dispite of postural analysis is a fundamental tool for evaluating the neuromusculoskeletal structure of a subject a unique formal analysis process has not yet been determined. The aim of this work is to propose a postural analysis protocol t promote discussion with other practitioners so as to make continuous improvements in the proposed protocol to provide a tool that can serve the needs of specialists even more efficiently. Materials and Methods The proposed system consists of four subsystems: medical history data, photographic references, overall observations, and tests. Results Even though the initial results are encouraging, additional use of the described analysis system is considered essential to improve the technique and the skills of the operator. In this light, specific requests and observations from other professionals are essential, and obtaining these requests and observations is one of the purposes of the present article, as initially declared. Conclusions The proposed postural analysis system represents a good balance of various, often opposing needs, being easily completed and reasonably fast and repeatable, making it possible to compare time series data.

Combining the advantages of graphical visualization in the field of information dissemination, aiming at a large number of complicated information data in the stage of product design preparation, this paper discusses the guidance and reference function of drawing visual product design outline for product design behavior. The principle of information graphics is introduced into the field of the style design for the industrial products, and it is put forward in this paper that the formation principle and the decision points of a certain kind of modeling can be analyzed through the calculation of the characteristic variables of the pairwise modeling based on the principle of the information graphics. The industrial products are taken as an example, and the representative samples are selected to extract the modeling characteristic variables and calculate the information graphics on the basis of the principle of the information graphics. The results show that the formation principle and design decision sequence for different types of modeling can be obtained. The instance has verified the feasibility of the method put forward in this paper, which can provide an effective reference for the design of the modeling for the industrial products.
