The study aimed to know the degree to which Palestinian universities apply international quality standards from the point of view of faculty members, and to identify the impact of gender, academic rank, and years of experience in that. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the tool was represented in a questionnaire, which was distributed to the study sample, which It was chosen by random method, by selecting a sample of faculty members inside Palestinian universities, so that the total sample was (229) members, representing the study community consisting of (8648) members, and the results showed that the degree of application of the Palestinian universities to international quality standards from the point of view of the members of the staff Teaching on the tool as a whole was average and got an average of (3.53). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) due to the effect of gender, academic rank, years of experience and in all fields. In light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented.

The study aimed to identify the dimensions of future education after the Corona pandemic within the Green Line schools from the teachers ’point of view, and to identify the impact of gender, academic qualification, and years of experience in that. The study used the descriptive survey approach, and the tool was a questionnaire distributed on the study sample Which was chosen randomly, by selecting a sample of teachers inside the Green Line schools, so that the total sample was (217) teachers, representing the study community consisting of (15,000) teachers, and the results showed that the dimensions of future education after the Corona pandemic inside the Green Line schools From the teachers' point of view, the tool as a whole was average and got an average of (1.89), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤0.05) due to the effect of gender, academic qualification, years of experience and in all fields. In light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented, including: Activating the requirements of distance learning, and increasing the focus of professional ethics while employing technology in education within the Green Line. The study aimed to measure the degree of organizational loyalty among faculty members at Kuwait University. The study used analytical descriptive survey method, and developed a questionnaire comprising (20) items which was administered to a sample comprising (183) faculty members. The study revealed that the degree of organizational loyalty is medium with a mean (3.01). Also, the study revealed no statistically significant differences among the respondents due to the study variables: gender, nationality, age, years of experience, type of college, and academic rank. In the light of these results, the study provided a number of practical recommendations and suggestions for further studies, i.e. instilling the spirit of teamwork and responsibility towards the university and nation, evaluating the performance of faculty members, promoting organizational loyalty by holding training courses, deepening religious awareness, paying more attention to factors that regulate work environment, conducting similar studies in other institutions, and other studies to reveal the relationship of organizational loyalty with personal characteristics, job satisfaction, and organizational justice.

The study aimed to identify the degree of exercise of educational supervisors in the Directorate of the first Zarqa education for electronic supervision from their point of view, and to identify the impact of sex, educational qualification, and area of ​​specialization, and experience in this, and the study used the descriptive survey method, and the tool was a questionnaire, distributed The results of the study showed that the degree of educational supervisors in Zarqa First Educational Directorate for the concept of electronic supervision of the tool as a whole; obtained an average of (3.55 out of 5) with a grade of (medium). ), And p At the level of the axes; the reality of the practice of electronic supervision, the highest average (3.95), with a rating (high) followed by the axis of the requirements of electronic supervision with an average (3.61), and thirdly, the importance of electronic supervision with an average (3.50), and finally the axis of obstacles to the use of electronic supervision with an average (The results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the effect of sex in the field of the practice of electronic supervision and in favor of males, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the other variables. In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Training workshops for educational supervisors on how to employ computer technologies in educational supervision and benefit from the services provided by the Internet and free sites such as Google Drive and others.

The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing academic freedom by faculty members in Jordanian publicand private universities in the Northern Region from the point of view of the faculty members. The researcherapplied the analytical descriptive survey method. The study population was composed of faculty members ofJordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region for the year 2017/2018. Their number was 1210faculty members: 893 males and 308 females. The study sample was 445 males and 155 females, 50% of the studypopulation. To achieve the objectives of the study, a study tool was developed. It is a questionnaire consisting of 50items distributed on 5 domains. The findings of the study showed that the degree of practicing academic freedom byfaculty members in Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region from the point of view of thefaculty members on all domains of the tool was medium. Furthermore, there were no statistically significantdifferences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of practicing academic freedom by faculty membersin Jordanian universities due to the variable of the type of university, and the existence of differences in the degree ofpracticing academic freedom by faculty members in Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Regioncan be attributed to the academic rank between those whose rank is professor and associate professor on the one hand,and the rank of assistant professor on the other, for the benefit of the rank of professor and associate professor, ie, infavor of the upper rank. The researcher recommended the need to increase the practice of academic freedom by thefaculty members at the Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region.

This study assessed the excellence management at Taif University by considering the European Model of Excellence (EFQM) in terms of the following dimensions: (1) leadership, policies and strategies, (2) human resources, (3) processes, (4) partnerships and resources, (5) products and services, (6) human resource results, (7) society results and (8) key performance results. The study followed a descriptive (survey and comparative) approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire administered to a random sample of faculty members (n=284) of Taif University. The results indicated statistically significant differences in the score of management of excellence for Taif University in the light of the EFQM from the point of view of the sample members in reference to the following variables: gender, academic rank, and years of experience. No statistically significant differences were observed in the total score for the practice of excellence management at Taif University considering the EFQM from the point of view of the study sample members in reference to the following variables: type of college and number of training programs. The main recommendation of the study was to urge the university to increase efforts to attain a higher level of excellence management practice considering the EFQM.

The study aimed to identify the challenges of employing female academic leaders for social communication methods from the point of view of faculty members at King Saud University. To achieve these goals, the descriptive survey method was used, with a questionnaire which is used as a tool of the study and distributed to a sample that is consisted of (275) faculty members in female campus of King Saud University in Riyadh. The study found the following results: Female academic leaders face moderate challenges with a mean of (2.89) in employing social media means in administrative processes. The Administrative Challenges were at the forefront with an average of (3.05), followed by Technical and Artistic challenges with an average of (2.87) and Human Challenges with an average of (2.76). significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) among the means of study sample responses of faculty members about the challenges facing female academic leaders' employment of social media in the administrative processes due to the different years of experience in favor of the study sample whose experience is [(15) years and above]. According to the results of the study, the researcher provided some recommendations for activating the benefits of social media in the administrative work for academic leaders.

The study aims to identify the impact of electronic games on increasing the dropout rate among students in the basic stage in Jordan from their teachers’ point of view. The study adopted a descriptive survey method. Its community consisted of all fe(male) teachers of the basic stage in public and private schools, (First Amman, Irbid, and special education in Zarqa and Amman). The electronic questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results have shown that the effect of electronic games on increasing the dropout rate among students in the basic stage in Jordan was high. Besides, there are statistically significant differences due to the gender variable for males. There are statistically significant differences due to the variables of the school sector and private schools. Besides, there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of specialization and in favor of humanities. The study finally recommended to have more stringent controls by the Ministry of Education on dropout students. It has further recommended to activate the role of the educational counselor in educating students about electronic games, and hold workshops for them on how to invest time properly

The current study aimed to identify the impact of online learning on the academic achievement among students of private Jordanian universities in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study sample, which was a stratified random sample, consisted of (378) faculty members. Descriptive survey method was used in the current study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that the effect of online learning on the academic achievement among students of private Jordanian universities in light of the COVID-19 pandemic was average; results of the study also showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (a less or equal 0.05) according to the gender variable in favor of females, and no statistically significant differences according to either the type of college variable, or years of experience’ variables. In light of these results, the study recommended that private Jordanian universities pay great attention to online education, providing it with the appropriate infrastructure, because this may contribute to enriching the cognitive skills received, upgrading students' behavioral level, and actively contributing to improving students’ academic achievement.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (180) فرداً من عمداء الكليات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من الجامعات الفلسطينية(الأزهر، الإسلامية، الأقصى)، طبقت عليهم استبانة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2017/2018م، مكونة من (24) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: أهمية دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، الخطط الاستراتيجية للجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، ومتطلبات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي، ومعوقات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي. وقد كشفت النتائج أن أهمية دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بوزن نسبي (74.0%) درجة كبيرة، كما بلغ الوزن النسبي لدرجة تضمين الخطة الاستراتيجية لدور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (70.6%) درجة كبيرة، والوزن النسبي لدرجة توافر متطلبات دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (74.7%) درجة كبيرة ، وبلغ الوزن النسبي للمعوقات التي تحد من دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي (79.1%) درجة كبيرة. وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو تقييم دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تحقيق التعليم الريادي من وجهة نظر العمداء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغيرات (العمل، الجنس، سنوات الخدمة)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير مكان آخر مؤهل علمي، وقد قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقييم- دور- الجامعات الفلسطينية- التعليم الريادي. Abstract achieving leadership education from the point of view of deans and faculty members. The study used the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of 180 respondents from the deans of the faculties and faculty members, Al-Azhar, Al-Azhar, Al-Aqsa, Palestine), applied a questionnaire in the second semester 2017/2018, consisting of (24) paragraphs, divided into four areas: the importance of the role of Palestinian universities in achievingpioneering education; Pioneer, and MT Pat the role of the Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education, and the role of obstacles to Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education.The results revealed that the importance of the role of Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education from the point of view of the deans and the faculty members came at a relative weight of 74.0%. The relative weight of the strategic plan for the role of Palestinian universities in achieving leadership education was 70.6% Availability of the requirements of the role of Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education (74.7%). The relative weight of the obstacles that limit the role of Palestinian universities in achieving the leading education was 79.14%.The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimation of the role of the Palestinian universities in achieving the pioneering education from the point of view of the deans and faculty members due to the variables (work, gender, years of experience). The results showed no significant differences In the estimates of the sample members of the study attributed to the variable of the place of another scientific qualification, and the study made a number of recommendations and proposals. The study aims to recognizing the concepts of knowledge economy and the roles of faculty members in the light ofknowledge economy from the perspectives of its members, it was clear that the concept of the knowledge economywas high, it was (2.7,) and there were differences in years of experience in favor of (1-5 years) class, and in favor ofthe associate teacher in the educational degree, and the university in favor of Bier Ziet University. Whereas the meanof the faculty members’ roles was (2.26) with differences in gender in favor of the females and as for the university,in was in favor of Bier Ziet University.
