The research aimed to analyze the reality of creative thinking skills in the curriculum of the basic learning stage in Jordan.The research sample wasintentionally chosen according to the method of non-probability samples (non-random), by choosing the study units included in the syllabus of the Arabic language for the sixth and seventh grades of the basic learning stage in Jordan. The curriculum consists of (33) study units, sothe content analysis method was adopted as one of the qualitative curriculum methods, in analyzing the reality of creative thinking skills used in the Arabic language syllabi for the sixth and seventh grades of basic learning in Jordan,quantitatively and qualitatively. The most significant results were: Thereality of an analysis of creative thinking skills comesat a low level. The Arabic language syllabi referred to creative thinking skills (530) times, (53%). This confirms is a low percentage for the average level. In light of the results, the researcher recommended: that the authors of the Arabic language syllabi for the basic education stage focus on creative thinking skills. That would contribute to enabling the teacher to use them through teaching strategies. The Arabic language curriculum still lacks creative thinking skills.

The aim of this research was to determine the degree to which Arabic language teachers practice creative thinking skills in teaching 12th grade students in North Al Batinah Educational Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, the level of scientific thinking among 12th grade students in North Al Batinah Educational Governorate, and the relationship between creative thinking among Arabic language teachers in teaching 12th grade students in North Al Batinah Educational Governorate and the scientific thinking of their students. The study adopted the descriptive correlational approach. The population of the study consisted of 6,550 grade 12th students, and the sample consisted of 655 male and female students. The sample was chosen by the cluster method and then simple random assignment. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire for creative thinking skills and scientific thinking skills test were applied. Among the results of the research were that the degree of practicing creative thinking skills among Arabic language teachers in North Al Batinah Governorate in teaching students was medium (M= 3.32), and the degree of practicing scientific thinking skills among 12th students in the Arabic language subject in North Al Batinah Educational Governorate was medium (M=1.51). The results of the third question showed a significant weak positive correlation between creative thinking skills and scientific thinking skills of students. Among the most prominent recommendations were intensifying training programs, taking care of their quality, following up on their training impact in order to enhance the practices of creative thinking skills and scientific thinking skills in Arabic language teaching methods, and enhancing creative thinking skills and scientific thinking skills when developing the Arabic language curriculum for the twelfth grade in the future.

Al-Qur'an is a holy book with very valuabel Arabic language. Its language style is a miracle that no human can imitate until the end of time. The content of the meaning is very broad and the lexical choices are super precise and thorough. The Qur'an came down in Mecca and Medina where the majority of the population work as traders. Hence, this article is aimed at analyzing historically the lexical choices used in the Al-Qur'an whose people are generally busy in commerce. This study uses a qualitative approach by adopting the content analysis method of Satori and Komariah (2010); an analysis focusing on the actual content in a script to determine certain words, themes, concepts, phrases, or sentences related to the objectives will be achieved. In this case, the object analyzed is certain vocabulary in the Qur'an which has economic nuances. The result of this study explains that the Qur'an uses many economic terms and vocabularies which are usually used by the Arab community as a merchant community. The use of economic vocabulary such as tijârah, mȋzan, ajr, isytarâ and it’s derivatives, and jazâ is not only used to regulate proper business procedures in worldly affairs, but is actually used to guide people to do good deeds in the hereafter interest.

The aim of this study is to identify the new trends on technology use in developing critical thinking skills. By this purpose, the researches published between 2008-2014 in Science Direct database were examined by using content analysis. Also study was completed in three main parts. The first part consists of the conceptual framework about, technology use in education, critical thinking, the effect of technology on critical thinking and new technologies used to develop critical thinking skills. In the second part the content analysis method was used to examine the researches published in Science Direct database. In the final part, the conclusion and recommendations were given about the research and future studies.

ملخص البحث:إن أساس الحوار السليم هو اللغة السليمة المهذبة الخالية من التجريح والأسلوب الراقي الهادف إلى حلّ وسط بحيث يكسب الجميع وتتوثق العرى بين الناس. كما أنّ أسلوب الحوار المهذب يدّل على مدى  حرص المحاور على مشاعر غيره وتمدّنه ورُقيّ أخلاقه. يهدف الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى عرض نماذج من تعابير التعامل الراقي المتداولة في مجال الحوار والتفاوض في العربية الفصحى المعاصرة. ونشر تعابير التعامل الراقي على أساس أنها قيم إسلامية نبيلة وعالميّة تقرّها جميع الأمم المتحضرة. ويتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة منهج تحليل المضمون. ومن المؤمل أن تحظى هذه الدراسة بأهمية لغوية حيث إنها تتناول جانباً من علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وهي من الدراسات النادرة التي ركزت على التعابير اللغوية الراقية المستخدمة في الحوار والتفاوض. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوار– التعابير– التأصيل- القيم الإسلامية– القيم العالمية. Abstract:The basis of a quality conversation is the use of polite and correct language that is void from any offensive words that aims at establishing a common ground that will benefit all parties and strengthen the bound between them. Polite conversation is a sign to the civility and education of the participants. This study aims at presenting samples from the advanced expressions prevalent in dialogues and negotiations in the modern Arabic language. The use of polite expressions is also widespread given the fact that they are also a part of the Islamic values that are acknowledged by all nations and civilizations. The study is done through content analysis method. This study is a part of a sociolinguistic discipline and is a worthy contribution to the field.Keywords: Dialogue- Foundational Study- Islamic Values- Universal Values. Abstrak:Asas perbualan yang baik terhasil daripada penggunaan bahasa yang sopan, menarik dan bebas daripada perkataan yang boleh melukakan hati pendengar. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang halus dan sopan turut dititik beratkan agar sesuatu mesej yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh segenap lapisan masyarakat, bahkan ia turut mencerminkan ketamadunan dan ketinggian peribadi seseorang dalam menjaga perasaan pendengar. Oleh yang demikian, objektif utama pengkaji dalam kajian ini adalah untuk membentangkan beberapa contoh ungkapan bahasa arab modern dan terkini yang sering digunakan dalam perbualan dan ketika sesi rundingan. Tujuan kajian ini juga adalah untuk meluaskan penggunaan ungkapan-ungkapan ini bagi mewujudkan komunikasi yang baik dan berkesan selari dengan nilai-nilai islam sejagat yang diamalkan oleh negara-negara maju. Justeru, pengkaji telah menggunakan metode kajian analisis teks bagi memperoleh dapatan kajian. Di samping itu, kajian ini penting dan unik kerana ia membicarakan salah satu daripada aspek bahasa iaitu sosio-lingustik yang mana ia mengumpul ungkapan-ungkapan dalam bahasa arab yang sering digunakan dalam perbualan dan rundingan.  Kata kunci: Perbualan – Ungkapan – Nilai-Nilai Islam – Nilai-Nilai Sejagat.

<p>This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of dream and doodle books in developing children's creative thinking skills. In the study, the case study, which is a qualitative research method, was used. A total of 13 children, 6 girls and 7 boys aged 6-9, were selected through purposive sampling. For three months, a total of thirty-two pages of painting completion activities were held with each child by using dream and doodle books three times a day each week. "The Torrance Test of Creative Thinking" is used as a data collection tool to evaluate the creative thinking skills of children. Content analysis was used as the analysis method. The rate of seeing the Creative Strengths in the posttest (Torrance Test of Creative Thinking Form B) drawings of the children was higher than the pre-test (Torrance Test of Creative Thinking Form A) drawings. When the pre-test and post-test results of Creative Strengths are examined, it is seen that there is the most difference in favor of the post-test in the "Movement and Action and Storytelling Articulateness" aspects. The aspect with the least difference is "Synthesis of Lines and Circles". The dimension that has never been seen in children's drawings has been "Synthesis of Incomplete Figures". It was concluded that Dream and Doodle Books improve children's creative thinking skills. Dream and Doodle books are artistic studies that allow children to express themselves in different ways. This study aimed at identifying the degree of embedding The Digital Citizenship Values in the "Arabic Language Course" for the Higher Level in The Primary Education. The study utilized the descriptive approach and analysis method. The result of the study revealed that there is a list of Digital Citizenship needed for the Higher Level in The Primary Education, and this list contained nine main values, including sub-indicators which has reached (35) sub-indicators. Also, the research used the content analysis method as a tool to achieve the target of this search and its applied to the "Arabic Language Course" for its both semesters. According to this study the results showed: that the weak inclusion of Digital Citizenship Values which appeared in the content analysis results, also there is a wide variation in the availability of these values in "Arabic Language Course", is shown below that the values of Digital Citizenship in the "Arabic Language Course" for the Higher Grades of Primary Education was repeated (590) times, with low embedding. While the Value of Digital Culture included a high degree and it was repeated (64.41%), for that, it ranked first. Therefore, The Value of Digital Access has become a second by (11.02%). However, The Value of National Trade ranked the lowest with (1.36%). In the light of these results, the researcher offered a number of recommendations, prominent among which were: redesigning the "Arabic Language Course" takes into account the Values of Digital Citizenship required for the students of Higher Grades. Also, include training courses for Arabic Language teachers, so they will be able to implement The Digital Citizenship Applications on the "Arabic Language Course".

Bu araştırmada sığınmacılara yönelik paylaşımların yapıldığı sosyal medyada yer alan sözlüklerden birinde sığınmacılara yönelik algıya bakılmıştır. Yöntem olarak nitel desende olan bu çalışmada, bir sosyal medya sitesinde yer alan paylaşımlar içerik analizi yoluyla derinlemesine incelenip yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda sosyal medya kullanıcılarının sığınmacıları büyük bir güvensizlik ortamı ve huzursuzluk yaratan bireyler olarak gördükleri saptanmış, sığınmacılarla yaşanan deneyimlerin ve medyadaki haberlerin bu düşüncelerin oluşmasında etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanında sosyal medya kullanıcılarının devletin sığınmacılar konusunda yanlış politika izlediğini düşündükleri ve sığınmacılar için etkili bir planlama yapılmadığını ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonuçları doğrultusunda medyada sığınmacılar hakkında çıkan haberlerde olumsuz ve şiddet temalı haberlerin azaltılması, Suriyeli sığınmacıların durumu, sahip oldukları haklar ve topluma yansımaları hakkında doğru ve bilgilendirici kamu spotları hazırlanması ayrıca sığınmacıların topluma entegre olma sürecinin her basamağında daha planlı ve etkili bir yol izlenmesi önerilebilir.ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHPerceptions about Syrian refugees on social media: an evaluation of a social media platformIn this research, posts which are about Syrian refugees were published in a social media platform, called as “sözlük” were investigated. The research is a qualitative research. The posts in this platform are analyzed with content analysis method. According to results of analyses, social media users see Syrian refugees as people who create an insecure and a restless environment. The experiences people had with them and news have an effect on this view. In addition, social media users think that government made inappropriate policies and ineffective plans about Syrian refugees. It is suggested negative news about Syrian refugees should be decreased and government should make safer policies. In addition, adaptation of refugees to society should be made in more planned and effective way.

Kebelakangan ini, terdapat minat yangsemakin meningkat dalam Permainan Kecerdasan Buatan atau permainan AI. Permainan AI merujukkepada teknik yang diaplikasikan dalam permainan komputer dan video seperti pembelajaran, pathfinding,perancangan, dan lain-lain bagi mewujudkan tingkah laku pintar dan autonomi kepada karakter dalampermainan. Objektif utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengemukakan beberapa teknik yang biasa digunakandalam merekabentuk dan mengawal karakter berasaskan komputer untuk permainan Ms Pac-Man antaratahun 2005-2012. Ms Pac-Man adalah salah satu permainan yang digunakan dalam siri pertandinganpermainan diperingkat antarabangsa sebagai penanda aras untuk perbandingan pengawal autonomi.Kaedah analisis kandungan yang menyeluruh dijalankan secara ulasan dan sorotan literatur secara kritikal.Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa, walaupun terdapat berbagai teknik, limitasi utama dalam kajianterdahulu untuk mewujudkan karakter permaianan Pac Man adalah kekurangan Generalization Capabilitydalam kepelbagaian karakter permainan. Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques are successfully used and applied in a wide range of areas, includingmanufacturing, engineering, economics, medicine and military. In recent years, there has been anincreasing interest in Game Artificial Intelligence or Game AI. Game AI refers to techniques applied incomputer and video games such as learning, pathfinding, planning, and many others for creating intelligentand autonomous behaviour to the characters in games. The main objective of this paper is to highlightseveral most common of the AI techniques for designing and controlling the computer-based charactersto play Ms. Pac-Man game between years 2005-2012. The Ms. Pac-Man is one of the games that used asbenchmark for comparison of autonomous controllers in a series of international Game AI competitions.An extensive content analysis method was conducted through critical review on previous literature relatedto the field. Findings highlight, although there was various and unique techniques available, the majorlimitation of previous studies for creating the Ms. Pac-Man game characters is a lack of generalizationcapability across different game characters. The findings could provide the future direction for researchersto improve the Generalization A.I capability of game characters in the Game Artificial Intelligence market.
