The present investigation was conducted in Indore block of Indore district, Madhya Pradesh. One hundred twenty respondents were selected randomly from 12 villages which were selected purposively. The primary data were gathered by the researcher itself through pre-structured interview schedule. Appropriate statistical tools were used to interpret the collected data to draw logical conclusion. The finding inferred that majority of farmers were having medium level of attitude towards improved soybean production technology. Age, Education, land holding, Mass media exposure, Extension contacts, Economic motivation were observed positive and significant correlation with their attitude level.

The finding inferred that majority of farmers were having medium level of knowledge towards improved wheat production practices. Age, Education, land holding, Mass media exposure, Extension contacts, Economic motivation were observed positive and significant correlation with their knowledge level.

Villages and its farmers are the base of Odisha. But, when farmers suffer from ailments, they have to pay heavy economic, social and emotional price. Financial hazard and health related expenses led the farmer to suffer in poverty. Whereas, Biju Krushak Kalyan Yojana (BKKY) brought as a solution to farmers for their health security. The study was conducted in Angul district of Odisha under ex-post facto research design. 120 respondents from 10 villages of Angul block in Angul district of Odisha was selected for the study. Primary data were collected from the respondents with the help of pre-tested semi-structured interview schedule through personal interview. Data collected were subjected to statistical analysis and the identified that majority of the respondents were middle aged, illiterate, earns medium level of annual income, with medium level of mass media exposure and extension contact. Further added that, respondents reported positive impact on BKKY and socio-economic characteristics like education, income, mass media exposure and extension contact has positive and significant association with the impact of BKKY among the farmers. It was suggested to create awareness among farmers on benefits of BKKY, providing quality health consultations, proper knowledge at timely manner.

Pomegranate is one of the most remunerative fruit crops grown in Maharashtra and it is the leading state with 65.51 per cent of the area and 64.61 per cent of total production under pomegranate. This study aims to increase the production and productivity of pomegranate for which in-depth understanding of knowledge and adoption level of pomegranate cultivation practices should be learnt. Descriptive research design is adopted. In Ahmednagar, Shrigonda taluk is selected purposively, since it has major contribution in production of pomegranate. 120 pomegranate growers were selected from 12 village of Shrigonda taluk forms the respondents. Primary data collected from respondents with the help of pre-structured interview schedule during 2021. The results indicated that majority of the respondents had medium level of knowledge and attitude (37.50%). The socio-economic characteristics like age, occupation, annual income, land holding, number of trainings attended, mass media exposure, social participation, extension contact, innovativeness and progressiveness had significant association with the knowledge level of the respondents. Further, awareness generation on harvesting and post-harvest management should be done to pomegranate growers.

The present study on extent of adoption of chilli growers was conducted in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh covering one block. A total of 120 respondents were selected by simple random sampling method from six randomly selected villages. Pre-tested well structured interview schedule was used for collecting the relevant information’s. The study inferred that majority of the respondents were of middle aged, belonged to medium size of family, other backward class, illiterate, having low annual income between Rs. 35,001 to 60,000,no membership in any organization indicating poor social participation and farming (chilli cultivation) as the main occupation. Most of the respondents were having medium level of knowledge have medium level of adoption. It was found that villagers do not get other vegetable for their commercial income, through chilli they at least filling this gap of income, although they are producing chilli at low level. Majority of the respondents reported that reasons of adoption of this crop due to chilli needs, less hard work with high benefits and income and it is good for soil also.

This study has been conducted to find out the working conditions of Ao Naga tribal women in different farming activities in the district of Mokokchung. The aforementioned study was conducted in Tuli Block at Mokokchung district in the year 2021. A descriptive research designed was applied for this study. The primary data was collected from 120 respondents by personal interview method using pre-structured interview schedule. After the analysis of the data it was observed that, maximum number of the respondents were having medium level of extension contact and a medium level percentage was found in regards to the attitude of the respondents.

India being a sub-tropical country, ideal for fruit and vegetable production and stands as second largest producer of vegetable. Tomato is the most cultivating vegetable crop in Uttar Pradesh but to ensure food security and to impart the new technology to farmers, the knowledge, attitude and adoption level of farmers should be studied. Thus, the present study was formulated in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh. Four villages were selected from Ghorwal taluk, 30 respondents from 4 villages constitutes the respondents. Primary data collected from the respondents were analysed with appropriate statistical tools. It can be inferred that majority of the respondents were middle aged, illiterate, had agriculture as their main occupation, possess below 1 hectare of land holding, had 3-10 years of experience in tomato cultivation and farming with medium level of mass media exposure, risk taking ability and progressiveness; earns medium level of annual income. Meanwhile, most of them had medium level of knowledge, attitude and adoption. Whereas, socio-economic characteristics like age, education, mass media exposure, annual income, farming experience and progressiveness had positive and significant association with the knowledge and attitude level of respondents.

The study was carried out in Bandipora, Baramulla, Kupwara, Pulwama and Shopian of the Kashmir valley owing to the majority of high density Apple growers in these districts. A total number of 200 respondents having high density apple orchards on an area of one 0.05 hectare and above were selected for the study. A well-structured interview schedule was constructed for the collection of primary data from the respondents. Data derived from the interviewees was analyzed by using suitable statistical methods. Socio-economic characteristics of the high density apple growers were studied and their relation with the Knowledge level of the respondents was found out. Out of a total of 330 high density apple growers, 200 respondents were selected for the present study through stratified random sampling procedure. Majority of the respondents were having medium knowledge level regarding the production technology in high density apple. Correlation analysis revealed that education, economic motivation, mass media exposure, scientific orientation and extension contacts had significant relationship with the knowledge level of the respondents whereas the rest of the independent variable like age, experience and landholding had non-significant relationship with the knowledge level of the respondents.

The present study was conducted in Patna District of Bihar to find out the association between socio-economic condition and knowledge level of rural farm families regarding indigenous technical knowledge. A total of 120 respondents were selected randomly for the present study. The data were collected through a pre-structured interview schedule and appropriate statistical analysis was done to find out the association. It was found that age, mass media exposure and extension contacts were found to be highly significant with relation to knowledge of the rural farm families regarding indigenous technical knowledge whereas land holding was found to be mildly related.

The current research investigates the performance efficiency of U-fone compare with Mobilink. Data were both primary as well as secondary data. Secondary data related to industry was collected from web sites, pilot study, survey, newspaper, PTA Annual report, magazines and reports for generating awareness on the topic and for satisfying objectives of the study. To collect primary data a field survey was conducted with the help of structured interview schedule. Various demographic variables were considered and the questionnaire was tested. The respondents being the adopters of mobile phones are selected for conducting survey, the sample I choose to conduct the survey is based on 50, out of 50 I got the response from 40 on which statistical data analysis is based in this report. It was revealed that Mobilink Network Coverage whereas people are not satisfied with Ufone Network CoveragePeople use Mobilink are not satisfied with the call rates set by Mobilink, whereas the people using Ufone are much satisfied with the call rates set by Ufone.Mostly people use Ufone because of packages.  The ratio of Mobilink users who attracts towards other network by watching ads is higher than Ufone users.Ufone attracts people more by advertisement of different packages as compare to  Mobilink.The ratio of satisfied customers is higher in Mobilink.Ufone introduce more innovative services like Call block, Utunes, HisaabSms and etc.Most of the people viewed that CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of Ufone is not effective as Mobilink.

The study was conducted in Mahanawiyah district in AL-Qadisiya Province, Iraq to identify the training needs of rice farmers. 125 farmers were selected as a random sample. A list of 8 major areas of training needs in relation to rice cultivation practices was prepared whiten 50 sub-area. Scores were measured on four-point scale. The primary data were collected using a pre-tested structured interview schedule by conducting personal interview. Findings revealed that majority of the farmers had medium level of training needs. Weed management, disease and pests control, seed and seedling were the top most training needs of the farmers and the least training need was Land preparation. The variables educational attainment, area cultivated with rice, and annual revenue from rice cultivation had positive and significant association with the training needs.
