Proposed and tested an algorithm of using principles of Cantor, von Koch sets for exploratory fractals clinical pharmacological data analysis. The algorithm is based on the grouping data, formation of categorical variabilities in the form of subgroups as iteration process as for receiving Cantor, von Koch sets. It boils down to: selection of informative numerical dependent variabilities; transformation these informative numerical dependent variabilities to new categorical variabilities; formation categorical variabilities in the form of subgroups as a result of an iterative process as for Cantor, von Koch sets; statistical analysis of the data; determination of the distribution of variabilities; transformations that may be normalize from non-normal data; ANOVA - analysis of variance parametric data or nonparametric equivalent of ANOVA - Kruskal-Wallis testing; formulation of the conclusion. Our algorithm of using Cantor, von Koch sets principles for Exploratory Fractals Data Analysis of clinical pharmacological data will help maximize insight, uncover underlying structure, extract important variables, develop models and determine optimal factor settings.

Leukocytes or white blood cells have a characteristic characteristic of different cells. Determination of the impression of the number of leukocytes is determined in the number of cells in the field of view. While the number of viewable field cells expressed is still quite varied. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of leukocytes in the field of view and expressed the impression of a sufficient amount. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Health Analyst Department Panrita Husada Bulukumba on 9 April 2017 to 14 July 2017. This type of research is a laboratory observation that aims to determine the criteria for assessing the impression of the number of leukocytes on a peripheral blood smear. Data analysis using statistical analysis is the average and standard deviations to determine the impression of the number of leukocytes and use 3 inspection zones. The results of this study obtained results in zone IV the number of leukocyte impressions said to be sufficient was 7-10, in zone V the number of leukocyte impressions said to be sufficient was 4-9, and in zone VI the number of leukocyte impressions said to be sufficient was 3-8.

AbstractObjective: The main objective of this study is to determine the methods used for dividing reference data into sub-groups and propose a new solution. Therefore, the newly proposed method is used to determine age sub-groups while calculating the reference interval of AST variable. Methods: The data of this study are composed of the registered patients who applied only once to the polyclinics at the Health Research and Application Hospital, Clinical Bio-Chemistry Laboratory of Mersin University. The main variables selected for the study are sex, age and aspartate transaminase (AST). MARS 2.0 package software was used for the statistical analysis. Harris&Boyd method was used for sex and age while the MARS method was used for the determination of age sub-groups.Results: According to the Harris&Boyd method, it was concluded that it is not necessary to create sub-groups for sex and age variables. Age sub-groups are determined with the MARS method by taking into account the correlations between AST variables and age. Age sub-groups are calculated as 5-9, 10-18 and 19+. Correlation between the age and AST variable is investigated for these sub-groups. It is obtained that the correlation is statistically not significant for the 5-9 age group (p=0.3189), significant for the 10-18 age group (p<0.001) and significant for 19 and above (p<0.001).Conclusion: The selection of transformation and outlier value elimination method and especially determination criteria for separation of sub-groups are made according to researcher’s subjective desicions in the application of many studies. Because of this reason, MARS can be used as an alternative and objective method for determining subgroups. In addition, results of MARS method being parallel with the findings of the producing company supported the usage of this method for determination of sub-groups.

The population in this study were all participants of the Family Hope Program in the district. Lemur. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, while the categories of samples taken by researchers were those who had become PKH participants and because the population in the study was difficult to reach as a whole, the number of samples was set at 61 people. To measure respondents' opinions through questionnaires regarding the events and symptoms they experienced, researchers used a Likert scale technique. And data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with the SPSS system and data analysis through observation and interviews to strengthen the results of statistical analysis. This study aims to find out how the development of the number of villages that have school facilities in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, and analyze the development of the percentage of illiterate population in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, compare it with the percentage of national illiterate population and analyze the influence of the number of villages that have school facilities on blind residents letters in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. This research is a quantitative study, using statistical analysis with linear regression data analysis techniques and validation tests of ANOVA analysis. This research uses data from the pages of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Statistics Agency from 2011 to 2018. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the number of villages that have school facilities in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province of 32% to 36% in contrast The percentage of illiterate people in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province has decreased from 17.41% to 2.91%. This 2.91% figure is lower than the national percentage of 4.88%. Based on regression analysis with a regression coefficient of 0.940 and the regression equation Y = -0.860X + 128.2 and ANOVA analysis with a p-value of 0.0038 and significance 0.0049 can be concluded a variable increase in the number of villages that have school facilities resulting in a decrease variable percentage of illiterate population in Bangka Belitung island province.

Measurement of the tensile properties of high strength woven and knit fabrics, including geotextiles and geogrids traditionally make use of roller grip-type clamping systems. These grips are designed to allow a sample to be pulled in tension without applying an excessive crimping or compressive force on the specimen, thus avoiding premature failure. Roller grips, also known as capstan grips, also have the advantage of allowing the specimen to align itself with the applied force therefore loading the specimen uniformly across the width. However, since the specimen tightens itself around the grip during testing, crosshead travel cannot be used to measure specimen strain, which makes the determination of low strain properties and the selection of modulus values difficult. Two issues that must be addressed in obtaining low strain properties are how to measure sample strain and how to get an accurate and repeatable starting point for the test. This paper will explore alternate methods of gripping systems, strain measurement and data analysis with the objective of accurately measuring and reporting low strain properties of woven and knit textiles.
