Стремительное внедрение новых технологий во все сферы жизни неизбежно влечет кардинальные перемены, в том числе и в образовании. Авторы сконцентрировали внимание на одном из аспектов новых технологий в образовании – на геймификации учебного процесса и применении компьютерных игр как перспективную тенденцию обучения новым навыкам, умениям, компетенциям. Авторы показывают на конкретных примерах позитивные стороны этого процесса, широкие возможности применения компьютерных игр и развитие новых направлений их использования. The rapid introduction of new technologies into all spheres of life inevitably entails cardinal changes, including in education. The authors focused on one of the aspects of new technologies in education – on the gamification of the educational process and the use of computer games as a promising trend in teaching new skills, abilities, and competencies. The authors show, with specific examples, the positive aspects of this process, the wide possibilities of using computer games and the development of new directions for their use.

In the modern world, new trends, news, new directions and methods in the field of education and science, which occurred in any country, form their own peculiar system. All areas and areas of education and science, in accordance with modern requirements, are moving on new technologies to innovative teaching methods. Also, in the field of physical education and sports, the educational process is at the transition stage using new teaching methods. Although the basic structure of the preparatory period for athletes has been preserved, the skills and abilities, means, methods, as well as sanitary and hygienic standards, adaptive, recreational, rehabilitation and other methods that improve the results of athletes are updated. For example, before, to improve the results of athletes, it was used as the main, and in some cases, as the only method - physical training, therefore, it was precisely on it that the main emphasis was made. In accordance with the new trends of the time, the range of new tools and methods is expanding, which means that to improve the results in sports, there are needs to prevent the psychological state of athletes through the pedagogical process.

In this article has been analyzed highly raising the morale of young people in the neighborhoods by the scientific literatures. Also, the wide range of opportunities created for young people in Uzbekistan today is commendable and people can see in the educational process that the state pays special attention to young people at the political level in educating them in a cultured, spiritual and enlightened way. Particular attention is paid to raising the intellectual potential, consciousness and worldview of young people, strengthening ideological immunity, upbringing a harmoniously developed generation living with a sense of patriotism and loyalty. Since the future of any state depends directly on the youth, we too cannot remain indifferent to the upbringing and enlightenment of our youth. Therefore, the time demands that we all rely on such an honorable and responsible work, to bring up young people as mature, enlightened people in all respects. In today's era of globalization, we need to teach young people how to properly use new technologies, how to protect themselves from cyber threats as well.

In this follow-up to Special Collections 2.0: New Technologies for Rare Books, Manuscripts, and Archival Collections, Thomas and Whittaker present a collection of twenty-one essays from an array of authors on the future of special collections work, with an emphasis on the changing nature of the field. In the introduction, the editors describe their mission of creating a compendium of resources that can apply to the work of both librarians and archivists: “We regret the disconnect between our organizations and our cultures, and hoped to help bridge this by intentionally seeking both perspectives in this book” (ix). The article is devoted to the implementation of gamification methods in the educational process. The characteristic features of light and hard gamification are presented. The appropriateness of using gamification when applying e-learning technology is considered. Classification of courses based on hard gamification taking into account the technological features of development is proposed: courses-presentations, courses — computer games, VR/AR courses. The article also illustrates the use of various game elements of easy gamification using the example of the module “Level up! — Gamification” of the Moodle LMS. The capabilities of this module can be used in an electronic course by any teacher who has the skills of working with the Moodle.The authors present the analysis of the development of a training course in sales techniques using hard and light gamification technologies, where the course development was assessed for its complexity, manufacturability, and resource requirements. The results of the analysis showed that the development of courses using hard gamification requires much more financial and time-consuming than the development of courses using light gamification.The article evaluates the results of the educational intensiveness intense “Island 10–22”, held in July 2019 in Skolkovo, in which 100 university teams, teams of research and educational centers, teams of schoolchildren — winners of competitions, olympiads, hackathons (“Young Talents”) participated. The results of the intense confirmed the effectiveness of the use of light gamification methods in adult training. Thus, the conclusions presented in the article reveal a number of advantages that light gamification has in comparison with hard gamification.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.
