This study examines the influence of leadership, motivation, and emotional intelligence on the performance of accounting teachers. This study uses a vocational school located in serang regency as a research object. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) method through the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 1.0 program. The results of this study states that leadership has a significant effect on motivation. This means that leadership is needed and needs to be developed in improving employee work motivation and organizational effectiveness in achieving common goals. Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on motivation. The higher the emotional intelligence that a teacher possesses the higher the motivation of his work. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of accounting teachers. If leadership is applied appropriately, then the performance of accounting teachers is increasing. Emotional Intelligence significantly affects the performance of accounting teachers. The higher the emotional intelligence that an accounting teacher possesses, the better the performance will be. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The higher the work motivation, the higher the level of performance that will be generated. For the vocational school is expected this research can be used as a means for evaluation and improvement of performance for the teacher. For further research is expected to add the external factor variable (environment, organizational culture, etc.) and add the respondent. Researchers can then consolidate research from other business entities, such as other sectors as well as test other factors or variables that may affect the performance of accounting teachers.

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work ability on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo. The research method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to build, estimate, and test causal relations. Partial Least Square (PLS) estimation method in analyzing SEM and building a desktop-based application for the PLS method that is easy to use. The use of PLS method itself is because it is an alternative method in analyzing SEM models that have small amounts of data and are not normally distributed. This study uses R software to help analyze the use of the PLS method. The results showed that the value of R2 produced was 51%, which meant that the model built was categorized as a good model. In the significance test with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that work motivation and work ability had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo Keywords: work motivation, work experience, competence and employee performance Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kepuasam kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pada bengkel UD. Rio Motor Angsana Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu - Kalimantan Selatan. Google classroom can work in unidirectional process as it can serve the teachers’ strategies and styles on one hand and students’ perception, understanding, and effective participation in different classroom skills on the other hand. The ac-ceptance of Google classroom is affected by different factors. Some of them are still not clearly specified and discussed in previous research; therefore, they need further investigation. Based on the previous assumption, this study is an attempt to examine the factors that affect the students’ acceptance of Google classroom at Al Buraimi University College (BUC) in Oman. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted to formulate the hypotheses of the current study. The data was collected through an online questionnaire with 337 respondents. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach was used to assess both the measurement and structural models. The results of the study prove that both the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) positively influence the behavioral intention, which in turn influence the actual usage of Google classrooms. This study helps the decision makers of the higher educational institutions to have a better understanding of the effectiveness of us-ing Google classroom by their students. It is assumed that it helps in measuring the level of students’ acceptance to the previously mentioned technology.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in Investment and Integrated Service Office  Bintan Regency, with sample of 39 employees. Data collecting technical using variable measurements by a  questionnaire instrument, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data analysis uses descriptive  statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least  Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS  can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or  not. The results of the analysis found that the relationships between variables formulated in the formulation of the  problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant results.
