In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and length of employment of respondents in order to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaires distributed as many as 186. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on answers to questionnaires that measure the five main variables in this study, namely  budget participation, job characteristics, emotional intelligence, work motivation and power performance of budget users. Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument testing, normality testing, hypothesis testing, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Analysis. The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.213 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X4 on Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.066 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on X4 is not significant. The effect of the X1 variable on Y has a P-Values of 0.481 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X1 on Y is not significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.251 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 on X4 is not significant. The effect of the X2 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.124 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 on Y is not significant.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in Investment and Integrated Service Office  Bintan Regency, with sample of 39 employees. Data collecting technical using variable measurements by a  questionnaire instrument, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data analysis uses descriptive  statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least  Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS  can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or  not. The results of the analysis found that the relationships between variables formulated in the formulation of the  problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant results.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job security on workmotivation and its impact on the performance of the Contract Employees Civil Service Police Unitand Wilayatul Hisbah Banda Aceh. Data analysis is the process of simplification of data into aform that is easier to read and implement. The method chosen to analyze the data must match thepattern of research and variables to be studied. This study using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with a research tool or software such as Partial Least Square (PLS) from the research thathas been done through observation and secondary data it can be concluded that compensation, jobsecurity, work motivation and employee performance contracts Police Unit Praja dan WilayatulHisbah Banda Aceh still not good, then the hypothesis 1 is rejected. From the research that hasbeen done can be concluded that the hypothesis that compensation and job security simultaneouslyand partially effect on work motivation can be received from the research that has been done canbe concluded that hypothesis stating that compensation and job security simultaneously andpartially effect the performance is acceptable. From the research that has been done can beconcluded that the hypothesis that motivation influence on work motivation can be accepted. Theresult of this research of which it can be concluded that the hypothesis of compensation and jobsecurity simultaneously and partially influence performance through work motivation isacceptable. Keywords: Compensation, Job Security, Work Motivation, Performance

:  This study was made to determine the effect of perception of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior on understanding accounting. The collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Tarumanagara University students. The questionnaire was distributed from March to May 2019. Data processing methods were carried out using partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that emotional intelligence and learning behavior have no influence students on understanding accounting. Perception of intellectual intelligence possessed by students only influence on understanding Accounting Principle 1 and Accounting Principle 2. Emotional intelligence has no influence on understanding accounting. Spiritual intelligence possessed by students only influences on understanding of Accounting Principle 1. Learning behavior has no influence on understanding accounting.

This study examines the influence of leadership, motivation, and emotional intelligence on the performance of accounting teachers. This study uses a vocational school located in serang regency as a research object. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) method through the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 1.0 program. The results of this study states that leadership has a significant effect on motivation. This means that leadership is needed and needs to be developed in improving employee work motivation and organizational effectiveness in achieving common goals. Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on motivation. The higher the emotional intelligence that a teacher possesses the higher the motivation of his work. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of accounting teachers. If leadership is applied appropriately, then the performance of accounting teachers is increasing. Emotional Intelligence significantly affects the performance of accounting teachers. The higher the emotional intelligence that an accounting teacher possesses, the better the performance will be. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The higher the work motivation, the higher the level of performance that will be generated. For the vocational school is expected this research can be used as a means for evaluation and improvement of performance for the teacher. For further research is expected to add the external factor variable (environment, organizational culture, etc.) and add the respondent. Researchers can then consolidate research from other business entities, such as other sectors as well as test other factors or variables that may affect the performance of accounting teachers.

The study was conducted at BBPOM in Denpasar. The number of samples used was as many as 90 people using the saturated sample selection method. Data collection using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques were performed using structural equation modeling with a partial least square approach and using the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on employee performance at BBPOM in Denpasar with a path coefficient of 0.469. Job satisfaction is known to partially mediate the relationship of emotional intelligence to employee performance at BBPOM in Denpasar. The findings in this study provide the implication that to produce good performance in order to achieve excellent service, it is necessary to have activities in the form of training related to emotional intelligence and job satisfaction that can effectively improve employee skills to have an understanding and sensitivity to emotions of themselves and others, so that employees can deal well with all forms of organizational life dynamics and show maximum performance to achieve excellent service.
