Muhammadiyah Orphanage is a social welfare institution that shapes the growth and development of children who do not have families or who do not live with their families. The data management system currently running at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage is still manual which is recorded in a ledger and microsoft office word. Data processing like this will certainly make it difficult for administrators to present reports because it takes a relatively long time so as to allow errors in data management. In addition, there is no complete information about the Muhammadiyah orphanage so that donors must come to the orphanage to get information. The purpose of this thesis research is the Web-Based Engineering Information System of Muhammadiyah Sumbawa Orphanage Management. This system successfully designed and built using programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL Database, Sublime-Text Text Editor, qualitative research methods and using the Waterfall software development method. The final result of this thesis is Muhammadiyah Orphanage Management Information System Sumbawa Web-Based that will make it easier for administrators to manage orphanage data and make it easier for donors to find information about Muhammadiyah orphanages.

Abstrak: Manajemen data terintegrasi merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk memfasilitasi manajemen data dan meningkatkan kinerja. Biasanya manajemen data terintegrasi terdiri dari lingkungan modular yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola data aplikasi perusahaan, dan mengoptimalkan aplikasi berbasis data selama masa pakainya. Saat ini manajemen data yang ada masih kurang konsisten dalam melakukan capaian target tingkat pengelolaan, beberapa operasi masih perlu di otomatiskan dan di sederhanakan, diperlukannya dukungan manajemen data untuk pertumbuhan, dibutuhkannya fasilitas penyelarasan serta konsistensi tata kelola data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen data terintegrasi berbasis website untuk membantu staff dalam mengelola data penerimaan mahasiswa baru ubsi secara terintegrasi. Pembangunan Sistem berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, dengan menerapkan konsep Model View Controller (MVC) dalam teknik pemrogramannya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen data terintegrasi berbasis web, yang mengintegrasikan data terhadap aplikasi lainnya agar siklus hidup aplikasi menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan arahan yang jelas tentang bagaimana sebaiknya membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan baik, sehingga tidak menyulitkan pemrogram web saat harus memperbaiki atau mengembangkan sistem di kemudian hari.   Kata kunci: Data terintegrasi, Konsep model view controller, Sistem manajemen.   Abstract: Integrated data management is an approach to facilitate data management and improve performance. Typically integrated data management consists of an integrated modular environment for managing enterprise application data, and optimizing data-driven applications over their lifetime. Currently, existing data management is still inconsistent in achieving management level targets, several operations still need to be automated and simplified, data management support is needed for growth, alignment facilities and consistency of data governance are needed. The purpose of this research is to build an integrated data management information system based on a website to assist staff in managing the data of new student admissions in an integrated way. This web-based system development uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database, by applying the Model View Controller (MVC) concept in its programming techniques. This research produces a web-based integrated data management information system application, which integrates data with other applications so that the application life cycle becomes more practical and efficient. This study provides clear directions on how best to build a web-based information system properly, so that it doesn't make it difficult for web programmers to repair or develop the system at a later date.   Keywords: Integrated data, Management system, Model View Controller Concept.

In some companies, there are a lot of data exchange between head office and branch offices. Based on the situation and the actual requirements of a wooden door enterprise, a data management information system is researched and designed for the enterprise, which adopts B/S and C/S combined architecture as well as is developed on .net platform of Microsoft. The head office can monitor purchase, inventory and sales of products in branch offices in real time through the system to improve the efficiency of information management and to achieve the supervision with paperless office. It is of practical significance for the promotion of internal data management system of enterprise.

It’s necessary for surveying and mapping departments to manage aerial surveying digital data. How to manage increasing data automatically has become an urgent problem to be settled.The framework designing of the aerial digital data management information system is deeply dissertated and discussed in this paper. Then the system based on two-tier C/S structured model, using the Borland's Delphi development tool, Microsoft’s SQL Server 2000 ultra-large databases and SuperMap Objects graphical components is established, using parts of present data collecting from the aerial photographic surveying department.Compared with traditional systems, this aerial digital data management system has a good nature.It realize the automation management and operation easily.

Coordination report complete information system of the council is one of the supporting tools in reporting the council's activities to the Riau Islands Province DPRD. Every matter concerning official organizational activities is always realized in the form of a coordinating report on the completeness of the board. The Office of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the Riau Islands Province also faces obstacles in the coordinating report on the completeness of the board, where the coordinating report on the completeness of the council requires physical evidence and is recorded in a structured manner. This research builds a management information system for coordinating reports on the completeness of the DPRD Kepri council that can be accessed through an internet connection and is built using a web-based computer programming language. This research was conducted in 2016, the research design used was applied research. From the results of the achievement of research conducted that the complete co-ordination information system of the board can be used as an alternative to the management of archiving letter data involving many types and functions of a letter. Ease of access and operations that can be used on various devices is a priority and functionality of an application by using a web-based application. The application of information technology and the demands of work efficiency in agencies requires the ideas and creativity of users at a government agency to innovate in handling performance issues, especially the management and management of letters. PAUD Aisyiyah 3 Salatiga consists of two (2) institutions namely kindergarten (TK) Aisyiyah 3 and Playgroup (KB) Aisyiyah 3 as one of the educational institutions in Salatiga. However, the processing of the academic data still established conventionally, in which the data is only written in a book. This is certainly unable to prevent the repetition of the data that is recorded. Repetition of data can lead to inefficient bookkeeping and frequent errors relationships among the data. In addition, the book is stored in filing cabinets that affect the occurrence of difficulties in the search for the necessary data at any time. This service activity carried out in order to help PAUD Aisyiyah 3 Salatiga perform academic data management through the website. It is considered as data management using the internet media is a means of managing data that can be done easily, quickly and cheaper cost. Thus, the output is a website for the education institutions PAUD Aisyiyah 3 Salatiga. The activity carried out with the first step is creating a management information system of school academic data. The system is made using a CMS with the programming language is PHP and Javascript. The information system is then hosted online. The second stage is conducting training for the school teachers. With this training, participants are expected to take advantage of academic data management information system optimally to manage the data of academic school. The result is a web-based academic data management information system at www.paudaba3salatiga.com. The information system is made with two types of users, namely as an admin user that has full access rights, and ordinary users with limited privileges. This system can be used to manage the data of teachers, students, parents / guardians of students, classes, inventory, learning activities, and assessment activities of the students. Meanwhile, the training result shows some problems, such as lack of Internet connections in schools, and the limited ability of teachers in the terms of information technology. Therefore, the team will continue to monitor the use of the information systems

Abstract: The development of information technology more advanced and very rapidly, one of which is the internet. Wtih the internet, people are easier in getting information quickly and efficiently. Especially in the provision of information for an organization/institution or company that requires data management system quicly, precisely and accurately. With the internet , an institution such as school can provide more complete information, up to date, interavtive adn dynamic. At SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna information system related to school still dilevered in the form of manual book and acceptnce of new student still done manually. Recap process also has not run optimally so often the occuranceof data errors. In addition, applicants not only come from Tegal even outside Tegal aea that requires parents and prospective students to come to school to obtain information about the school and make the regristation process causing long quees, resulting in less efficiency in time and a lot of costs tobe incurred. That’s why the author tries to make the new web base admissins information system at SMK Negeri 2 Adiwerna. Trough this system is expected to facilitate prospective students and parents in getting information about the school without having to come queuing to school. This research was aiming to produce a management information system for Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI). The target of the research to be achieved is the existence of an information system that can be used to manage the filling and printing of Companion Certificates. Management information system This Certificate of Companion is made to be applied in the Informatics Engineering Study Program S1 Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan. This study discusses how the process of designing and developing an information system for managing Diploma Certificates of Completion in the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program. The absence of an application or information system for managing Diploma Certificates is a serious problem that must be considered. Managers of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program find it difficult in the process of making and filling Diploma Companion Certificates for their graduates. In the absence of a management information system, a Diploma of Companion Certificate, the process of making and filling with Certificate ofCompanion Certificate will take a long time. The method  used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). There are four stages in the use of this RUP method, namely the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The design model used in this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The testing process is carried out using the Black Box Testing. Therefore, to solve these problems, an innovation is needed In the management ofa web-based Diploma Companion Certificate. It is expected that this information system can help and ease the Study Program in managing Diploma Companion Certificates.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip surat pada kantor desa belum sepenuhnya sesuai prosedur dan belum terstruktur. Selain itu, proses penerimaan hingga penyimpanan surat masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam penyimpanan surat masuk maupun surat keluar masih berbentuk hard copy kemudian surat disimpan pada rak arsip. Untuk pencatatan surat dilakukan pada buku agenda. Selain itu untuk melakukan pencarian arsip surat membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus membuka terlebih dahulu kumpulan arsip satu per satu, sehingga ini kurang efisien. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip surat berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pegawai pada kantor desa dalam mengelola surat secara terstruktur dan terkomputerisasi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dimana dalam pengerjaan setiap fasenya harus dikerjakan terlebih dahulu sebelum melanjutkan ke fase berikutnya. Dengan menggunakan website ini maka pegawai dapat melakukan proses pengelolaan agenda surat masuk, agenda surat keluar, disposisi surat, pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar serta pengelolaan laporan arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar secara berkala. In addition, to perform a mail archive search takes a long time because it has to open the archive sets one by one, so this is less efficient. With this web-based mail archive management information system, it is expected to facilitate employees in village office in managing letters in a structured and computerized manner. In the manufacture of this system using waterfall method where in the process of each phase must be done first before proceeding to the next phase. By using this website, employees can manage the agenda of incoming mail, outgoing mail agenda, letter disposition, archiving incoming and outgoing mail and management of incoming and outgoing mail archive reports periodically. This research was conducted to create an Alumni data management information system at UPT SMK Negeri 1 Musi Banyuasin. This system designed specifically for managing alumni data is expected to make it easier for staff to manage alumni data and make it easier for alumni to fill in alumni data without having to come to school. The focus in this research is to create a system using programming languages ​​that have been widely used, namely PHP and MySQL and to report the data using FPDF. Data Collection Methods in this study are about the Alumni data management information system at UPT SMK Negeri 1 Musi Banyuasin. This study shows the results that to present information on the Alumni of UPT SMK Negeri 1 Musi Banyuasin which includes the presentation of alumni data. As well as other information that is deemed necessary to be presented when needed, such as facilitating the search for old or new alumni. The development of this web-based information system will make it easier to handle changes in data, be it adding, subtracting or searching for data.

From long, long time ago until nowadays information still takes a serious position for all aspect of life, fromindividual to organization. In ABC company information is somewhat very sensitive, very important. But how wekeep our information safe, well we have many ways to do that: in hard drive, removable disc etc. with otherorganizations they even have data centre to save their information. The objective of information security is to keep information safe from unwanted access. We applied Risk Mitigation Action framework on our data management system and after several months we have a result far better than before we use it: information more secure, quickly detect incidents, improve internal and external collaboration etc.
