The action code of Islam is impartial and strong. All human beings, disabled and abled have the right of gaining justice and bound to giving justice. Because of disableness impartial behavior is against the Islamic justice code. The “good behavior” with disabled persons is the basic law of disableness in Islam. The “good behavior” with disabled persons in Islam is not the result of mercy and pity but is the result of that right of taking equal to the life of common people which is due to the nation and community. Hence the rights of disabled persons are the result of those requirements which are created due to disableness. The meaning which we take conventional is “complete worthlessness” but it means in Islam weak and feeble. That is to say disable person is able to work but he has less ability. Or he has no ability to do one job but has the ability of high rank to do other jobs. The Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) introduced first time this principle of disableness. The Arabs mean the word “disableness” complete uselessness. But the Holy Quran exempted the persons from Jehad not taking part in Tabuk battle because of disableness giving them the name of feebles. Islam does not appeal for mercy with disabled persons but advised to behave well with them and condemns also the injustice of society with them. Islam orders to perform one’s duties to others. Islam not only stresses on the performance of duties but also gives instructions in this connection.

Recurring episodes of transboundary haze have been similarly to an annual event in Malaysia since the 1980’s. Transboundary haze is typically haze caused by forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan, Indonesia which moves thousands of miles and encompasses neighboring regional countries. This is caused by human hands that continue to pursue unplanned development without taking into account the aspect of environmental sustainability. This study looks into and the understanding of recurring occurrences of transboundary haze in Sarawak. From the perspective of Islam, by making the Holy Quran as the absolute source of reference, God forbids the destruction of nature and calls upon mankind to do good not only to other humans and animals but also to the environment. Human beings are endowed with a great mind that can guide them to make and do the right thing, thus, various efforts need to be taken into consideration and be done collectively amongst the ASEAN countries in a joint effort towards reducing or preventing continuous episodes of transboundary haze within the region.

Marriage is a contract between two mature and responsible individuals. Nikha is the most significant part of Islamic marriage ceremony. It is an agreement between husband and wife in form of contract. It has been clearly mentioned in the Holy Quran and in Hadith.  Sex is a need of every human species. In order to differentiate between human beings and animals, Islam has presented the marriage contract in a form of nikha to legalize sex for Muslims. In the sphere of life, husband and wife are like two wheels of a cart in which they share equal rights and responsibilities. The Holy Quran has clearly stated these rights and responsibilities which are given to both these genders. If a woman wants to terminate her nikha or if she wishes to get separated from her husband, she has given the right of Khula just like the male who has the right to dissolve his marriage by giving divorce.

Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. Obviously, this religion in order to convey its purpose should have a plan for them. Therefore, God, as the drafter of this religion sent the Quran to people which is full of solutions and values and a better life for them. This article seeks to discuss the virtues of the Quran on Arabic language. The language of the Holy Quran is of utmost sophistication and unsurpassed by human wisdom. To prove this, Allah has challenged human beings to produce just one verse of the same standing of the verses contained in the holy book. The Holy Quran has expanded the usage of the Arabic language beyond the boundary of the Arab Peninsular. Arabic has become a formal language in many non-Arab nations and it could not have been spread without Islam. It has also become the universal language of Islam through the virtues of Quran. Many languages have disappeared after some times, but Arabic language has managed to survive until today because of the Holy Quran. This article has clarified two important things. First, the miracle of the words of the Holy Quran that indicate rationality and second, the Quran has defended successfully its way of life and message. It is also very argumentative in addressing the unbelievers.

Paradise Lost has been treated as a controversial epic in misrepresenting characters among some religious writers. In this wonderful epic or out of that, the Satan’s story is a world of ambiguity and bewilderment for human beings, it still continues being obscure. The interpretation of holy scripts causes some misconceptions, overstating and exaggeration especially about Satan. Satan was expelled from the God’s mercy and from His forbearance. He continued to justify his disobedience, he was considered to be very arrogant. This research is going to survey or investigate the comparative and contrastive points of the Holy Quran and the Paradise Lost about Satan. Christian religion is issuing from Heaven and so is Islam. As well as the Paradise Lost was inspired from biblical verses. Hence some matters in case of Satan can be traced and surveyed looking to Quranic text and Miltonic text in this paper. Muslims believe and respect Jesus Christ’s Prophecy. Islam and Christianity both can be celestial religions with the same roots but some differences. In Paradise Lost Satan is presented as magnitude leading character, but from the other side Holy Quran presented Satan is a very wicked and outcast character. Milton attempted to draw God as a passive character and from the other side he also drew Satan as a so active character in his epic poem. Therefore, the similarities and some differences in favor of Satan would be discussed in this scholarly research paper.

Islam is the religion of peace. Islamic law describe a complete and comprehensive law of punishment for the eradication of crimes and maintenance of peace. According to Islamic law, the punishments can be classified under three main categories: Al-Hudud (fixed punishments), Al-qisas (Retaliation), and Al-Taazir (discretionary). Hudud means the punishment which has been specified in the Holy Quran and Sunnah and no individual or group has the right to amend or abrogate it. The second is Qisas, which means the equal retaliation of an aggression committed against the body of a person. The third Kind of Islamic legal punishment is Taazir, it means, a crime for which The Holy Quran and Sunnah have not fixed any punishment, instead, have left it to the discretion of the judges. But in the recent era, many of the Muslim countries don’t leave the punishments of the penal crimes (Taaziraat) to the discretion of the Judges, each Muslim state restrict the rights of the Judge to give punishment at his own’s discretion, and legislating for the punishments of penal crimes (Taaziraat), and make the Judges abide by a particular measure of punishment for penal crimes (Taaziraat). In this articles, we will analyze the above mentioned issue in the light of Islamic principles, that what, it is lawful for any Muslim state to legislate for the punishment of penal crimes or not?

The Quranic sciences of interpretations and principles of interpretations were originated in the epoch of holy prophet (saw) but compilation of both were started later. This is called principles of interpretations, which is the basic and important part of Islamic studies. Islamic scholars, commentators and explicators explained the holy Quran in the light of principles of interpretations. These are such basic principles those are guide lines for them so they will not deviate or drop the right way while interpreting and explaining the holy verses. These principles are laid down and followed by them so that they may find the will of Allah and actual meaning of holy Quran. A little difference in principles causes a huge difference in interpretation. Different methodology in principles resulted in many schools of thought. This article focusses on examining these schools of thought found in sub-continent and introduce their main books. This article deals with chronological evolution of said knowledge i.e. principles of interpretations, and Quranic sciences specially originated by the famous principalities and interpreters of sub-continent.
