The practical experience of the vocabulary representation of the mechanisms of game phraseology is described, the difficulties of lexicography of phraseological units built on the game paradox are listed, the ways to solve the problem of etymologization of phraseological games in the educational dictionary are showed. The main positions of the innovative technology for constructing educational phraseological dictionaries in paper format are presented. The relevance of the research is due to the great developmental impact of phraseological games on the addressee-child and the need to improve the system of their lexicographic description for educational purposes. The novelty of the research lies in the appeal to the unexplored problematic of describing phraseological games and the development of a technique for etymological paraphrasing, including interpretive and plot-compositional techniques, which are implemented in a twolevel configurative structure of etymological paraphrase. Special attention is paid to lexicographic techniques that allow revealing the specifics of phraseological games built on false imagery, as well as phraseological games, the content plan of which is not opposed to the expression plan, and their actual meaning is logically justified and motivated. Examples of dictionary entries of new phraseographic projects of the Experimental Laboratory of Educational Lexicography of Pskov University are given — a quest dictionary and a phraseological puzzle dictionary, the genres of which adequately reveal the specifics of phraseological games.

The Rationality in interpretation that tends to be disputed can be used as an instrument to provide the contextual meaning of the Qur’an. Rationality equipped by science can actualize meanings that are more relevant to the development of society. The actual meaning has an impact on easier understanding for the community. This study aims to reveal the function of rationality in contextual interpretation without having to be fixated on the significance of a verse. This study uses primary data sources from Terjemah dan Tafsir al-Qur’an bahasa Arab dan Latin by Bachtiar Surin. This interpretation is used, aside from being abandoned by many researchers, it is also used as another way to actualizing meaning. This study uses a qualitative method with content analysis as a data analysis tool. This study finds the significance of rationality in interpretation through the inseparable relationship of reason with the Qur'an. Intellect as a gift from God can be used to explain God's language. In its application, Rationality can provide contextual meaning in two forms. First, the actualization of meaning with terms that are relevant to a modern context. Second, rationality functions as scientific reasoning to provide factual evidence for the meaning of the Qur'an. The actualizing of the Qur'an meaning can be achieved by rationality so that the contextual device in interpretation does not only emphasize significant meaning on the verse.

While talent management is considered a top priority among practitioners and constitutes a major research area, the actual meaning of talent still remains largely undefined. In response to a lack of clarity and empirical basis regarding the notion of talent, various calls have been made for exploring how organizations conceptualize talent, particularly in the public sector context. This article answers these calls by adopting a qualitative in-depth case study to explore how senior Human Resources (HR) managers in public sector municipalities conceptualize talent in practice. The findings illustrate how HR managers use a variety of conceptualizations of talent. We analyze and theorize this variation and the ways of conceptualizing talent using two conceptualization categories: non-contextual conceptualizations, which are general and related to official practices (i.e. talent as future leaders and talent as a general commitment and drive forward), and contextual conceptualizations, which are specific and related to informal assumptions (i.e. talent as Trojans and specialists, talent as individual agility, and talent as public service awareness). Points for practitioners Human Resources (HR) managers use a variety of conceptualizations of talent in practice. Two conceptualization categories – that is, “non-contextual” (general and related to official practices) and “contextual” (specific and related to informal assumptions) – help us understand this variation and the ways of conceptualizing talent. HR managers are only partly shaped by the particularities of the public sector context, and some of the talent philosophies held by HR managers do not align with the existing and official talent management practices.

The modern universal significance of the all-human creative experience updates the scientific interest in phenomena of culture which concentrate and disseminate the theories, ideas and beliefs that claim universal significance and cause epochal changes over vast territories. Religion, as a way of spiritual and practical mastery of the world by man, is that part of culture that constantly changes its forms, throws off some and clothes itself in others, fixing itself in cultural systems and actively influencing the processes of their self-organization and selfregulation. Therefore, the object of this study is religious syncretism as a way of transforming components of different order of being into a powerful culturecreative potential. The purpose of the work is to study religious syncretism as a complex multilevel process of mutual influence of various types of religions, sacred ideological images and cultural archetypes (ethical, aesthetic, artistic). The parameters of openness, and the mixing and blurring of boundaries make it possible to consider religious syncretism as a creative factor of culture, giving it the necessary integrity and actual meaning. Analysis of traditional forms of reflection and regulation of socio-cultural processes (myth, ritual, religion, art) reveals syncretism as a way of filling the sacred and religious with a powerful cultural-creative force. The author reveals the entropic essence of religious syncretism and its creative role in overcoming fragmentation, simplification and monism by culture (especially in the interpretation of the concepts of life and death, being and nothing, beautiful and ugly, space and time, virtue, soul, faith). The methodological basis of the research was formed by a transdisciplinary approach establishing a systemic life stance interaction of structurally functional and historical analysis with cultural and philosophical reflection. The theoretical conclusions contained in the work open up new opportunities for further study of the influence of religions on the creativity of cultural systems. The study of the culture-creative potential of religious syncretism clearly demonstrates the unity of the primary causes of being and thus allows one to practically reduce the degree of modern interfaith tension.

The term GLOCAL that appeared only thirty years ago and was taken by us as the theme of this issue, is internally contradictory. The global, relating to the globe as a whole, looks like the opposite to the local, partial. Our paradoxical time, however, fills the term with actual meaning. Humanity is united in a common information space, and none of the corners of the Earth can ignore universal human processes and trends anymore. Globality threatens to erase all local differences, unify and average everything and everyone. Against this background, there is an escalating struggle for vivid and unique local national, cultural and ethnic identities, which can be compared with a tree breaking through the asphalt... The pandemic, which has gripped the world, divides people strictly and sets up many borders and walls. But it also unites them, demonstrating the widest range of local options for responding to a deadly threat. The articles from the theoretical section of this issue are devoted to the analysis of the concept of "glocality".

Abstract BACKGROUND In the treatment of coronary calcification by rotational atherectomy (ROTA), guidewire bias is often considered to lead to procedure associated coronary dissections or perforations. However, the actual meaning of guidewire bias is unclear, though it usually refers to the cross-section location of the intravascular imaging (IVI) catheter in the coronary artery. OBJECTIVES This study tentatively explores the quantitative criteria in optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging of guidewire bias which may cause ROTA induced coronary dissection. METHODS A total of twenty-one patients with severe calcified coronary lesions who has undergone ROTA treatment were enrolled in our study. These patients were detected by OCT successfully pre- and post-ROTA. All the observational coronary segments were analyzed cross-sectionally at every mm interval after manual coregistration of OCT imaging pre- and post-ROTA. ROTA related coronary dissection was the primary endpoint. RESULTS A total of 388 OCT cross-sectional images were effectively measured and analyzed for distribution and characteristics of plaque and OCT catheter location pre-ROTA, and the presence or absence of coronary dissections post-ROTA after manual coregistration. According to the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, distance from the center of OCT catheter to media at the bias direction (Dcmb) (area under the curve (AUC): 1.000, p<0.001, 95% confidence intervals (CI): 0.999 to 1.000) and touch angle (AUC: 0.988, p<0.001, 95%CI: 0.968 to 1.000) had a higher correlation with ROTA-related coronary dissection with the corresponding cutoff value of 0.720mm and 98.2º significantly. CONCLUSIONS Dcmb and touch angle detected by OCT are two very valuable and convenient independent predictors of ROTA-related coronary intimal dissections caused by guidewire bias.

In her volume of essays The Tender Narrator, Olga Tokarczuk devotes one of them to The Land of Metaxy, which she calls – following Plato – a place between the world of humans and the world of gods. The status of this place is peculiar: it mediates between the worlds, and yet does not belong to either. It is from that place that characters come to the writer. An attempt to explain the actual meaning of Metaxy and who its inhabitants are boils down to four possible interpretations. We can analyse Metaxy in accordance with contemporary quantum physics and cosmology (parallel worlds), from the perspective of religious models created by the civilization of the West, according to the astrology of astral planes, and finally as a domain of collective unconscious, in accordance with Carl Gustav Jung’s analytic psychology and Stanislav Grof’s transpersonal psychology.

Online media have flourished in modern years to connect with the world. Most of those stuff users share on blogs like facebook, twitter and many other are pessimistic or just middle spirited. Further, an increasingly professional anti - spyware technologies are dependent on Machine Learning(ML) technology to secure malicious consumers. Over the past few years, revolutionary learning approaches have yielded remarkable outcomes and have immediately generated photos, characters and text interpretations of dynamic weak points. The Purple consumer frequency makes the troll and attacker aim an enticing one. The users will learn the controversial topics and techniques used by malware from articles with ties to harmful material and bogus applications. It is essential to build and customize a lot of potential functionality in vulnerability and application developers around the world. To represent a public web firmware assault with deep logistic inference using Extreme Spontaneous Tree (FAI-DLB). A corresponding output device is named harmful or benign by training an FAI-DLB with different modulation clustered with such a normal or anomalous API. It was therefore equipped to locate a suspicious sequence in unidentified firmware of FAI Deep LB. The outcome demonstrates a good actual meaning of 96.25% and a low spyware assault of 0.03%.

This article is a theoretically guided and empirically based analysis of how populist movements invoke the notion of the ‘people’ as a cornerstone of their political mobilization. While the confrontation between the virtuous ‘people’ and the unresponsive elites speaks to how populism challenges established political actors and institutions, the actual meaning of who the ‘people’ are and what they represent is shifting and often driven by strategic considerations. Analytically the article investigates the distinct ways in which nationalism and populism conceptualize and politically mobilize the notion of the ‘people’. Empirically it focuses on the Italian League and engages in a discourse analysis of its political campaigns over the past 30 years. Based on this textual analysis of political campaigns, the article sheds light on how the reference to the ‘people’ has been employed as this political actor has transformed from a regionalist party advocating for autonomy in Northern Italy to one taking up the role of a populist-nationalist party at the national level. This case study allows the author to make a generalizable hypothesis about the nature of identity politics promoted by populist actors and the way in which the invocation of the ‘people’ and their alleged enemies is a pivotal political narrative that opens and restricts opportunities for political mobilization. This interpretative approach also allows for a more concise conceptual understanding of the affinity that right-wing populists demonstrate toward nativist ideologies.
