“Educated society” is the term used as a modern paradigm to describe the future of our society all over the world. This has led every philosopher or intellectual to inquire, research and study into this realm. Education starts at an early age and is tightly knit with the learning process and how the knowledge is acquired. Constructivism is one the more popular theory of knowledge and learning proposed as early as 1936 by Jean Piaget and later Vygotsky &Glasersfled.Traditional teaching methods have been used ever since in children’s education system but havenot been much fruitful. The authors in this research paper have identified why traditional teaching pedagogy may lack successand propose constructivist approach in the field of research and effective learning.

Indonesia has a law on education, namely Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers. In its implementation, there is a case that causes pros and cons to the statement of every article of the Teacher and Lecturer Law, especially in relation to the right to defend oneself in criminal acts of persecution. The purpose of this research is to know the arrangement of teaching methods for students during the learning process and to know the criminal sanctions against teachers who abuse students during the learning process. This study uses a normative method with the main data sources namely laws and regulations. The results showed that the element of an act, and / or the result of an act, pain in the body, and injuries to the body contained in Article 351 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code refers to the Teacher and Lecturer Law, namely in Article 77 paragraph (6). This article defines the basis of persecution, namely actions that cause pain to a person. The criminal act of persecution in the world of education, at least, must be considered with the intention of disciplining and educating the nation's life.

This research is basically focused on how to improve classroom interaction in Bhutanese classroom. Classroom Interaction is a practice that enhances the development of the two very important language skills which are speaking and listening among the learners. This device helps the learners to be competent enough to think critically and share their views among their peers. It is based on the notion that classroom interaction plays vital role in enhancing effective teaching and learning, improve academic performance, moreover to make learning atmosphere lively. Constructive teaching method, use of technology in the classroom, assessment and evaluation are some of the methods used to see the findings of the study.  There was a time when the traditional approach of teaching was adopted by most of the teachers, where the learner used to be dependent only on the lecture delivered by the teacher. They were not exposed to enough practice of speaking on their own and hence the interaction among the students in the classroom was almost absent. But as the education system changed with time so have the teaching methods. The education system now demands more student interaction rather than just listening to the instructor. Hence Classroom Interaction is very essential in today’s education system. There have been some researches done in the context of Bhutan. Nevertheless, on order to contextualize the discussion to the Bhutanese audience, the author has reviewed a few research studies done in the context of particular school. Classroom Interaction is a practice that enhances the development of the two very important language skills which are speaking and listening among the learners. This device helps the learners to be competent enough to think critically and share their views among their peers. Interaction is needed in the classroom activity. It helps the teaching and learning process run smoothly and it can increase learners' communication. It tells how the students have interaction among them and teacher even with the whole class. This study aims to give the teacher some suggestions to achieve classroom interaction in the teaching and learning process. It offers some strategies to improve the interaction in the classroom. Several studies show that classroom interaction is important in the teaching-learning process. Some studies show that the students' interaction happens in the classroom. By using classroom interaction, the students are more active in the learning process. The result of the study concludes that classroom interaction has an important role in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is how to improve the quality of interactive classroom learning for the student’s academic achievement and learning outcomes. The teachers play an important role in imparting a student’s learning and creating quality classroom interaction. An interactive classroom learning environment is considered as one of the effective methods of learning which help the students learning process. Teachers’ main role is to design and plan his/her lesson in such way that students love sharing their learning with other because all learning development takes place in classrooms. As a teacher, we must carefully examine all the factors in mind which will help to enhance the students learning outcome. A warm and homely classroom environment improves academic performance, learning outcome, and a sense of pride and belonging of the students and as well the teachers.  “A good teacher is like a candle, it consumes itself to light the way for others”. Mustafa Kamal Ataturk. A Teacher plays a very important role and depending upon the teacher for student learning and academic achievement. As a teacher, teaching and learning is an important process, good teaching methods, strategic, Active involvement in learning, Interaction techniques, and a conducive environment will help students to learn things more rapidly. The research is design for a qualitative research approach. Participants will consist of 10 students and 6 teachers. Qualitative data will be collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and descriptive. The interviews will be video record and transcribe. Data collected will be analyzed and present in descriptive form.

The article talks about the need to apply pedagogical methods, techniques, and learning technologies to help students actively and more actively participate in the cognitive process as a result of changes in the education system. Pedagogical principles that affect the effectiveness of the educational process, serve as the basis for the application. The main purpose of applying the proposed pedagogical methods is to interest students in the reading process, which is why they must be selected taking into account the age characteristics of adolescents. In addition, the article offers an answer to the question of how can we raise the activity of teenage children? Applying reading and writing in the activities of students of adolescents in the learning process, we can build their informational competence.

This chapter introduces the use of electronic portfolios (e-portfolios) as an assessment method in the K-12 classroom. Aligned with the constructivist approach, the term e-portfolio is considered to be an umbrella, actually comprising of various components reflecting both the teaching-learning process and the end products. Having many advantages, the use of e-portfolios is spreading all over the world. This chapter, in which issues such as conceptual underpinnings, possible advantages and challenges, implementation ideas, and content and assessment criteria for e-portfolios are also reviewed, concludes with suggestions for teachers who are interested in implementing e-portfolios into their own subject fields.

If you see the current situation then you will find that there is a torrent of advanced technology all over the world but our education system is not helping due to the absence of information and information of teachers, students, and the organization. The students have their own limitations, teachers have their owned and the organization is also confessing the fact that the education system is really in a poor form today. The aim of this paper is to skeleton how information technology can help to make an education system that is based on the ideologies of helping teachers, students, and management to be effective in what they do, improving the superiority and significance of teaching-learning process.

This article discusses the benefits of using game-based learning. The purpose of the article: to provide a method that would make it easier for students to understand and accept the new topics at school and to remember the learned materials for a long time.Increasing the interest and activity of schoolchildren is an important part of the learning process. Motivating students is one of the biggest challenges for teachers. It is quite possible that the use of traditional teaching methods alone will cause indifference in students. Therefore, it is better to use active learning methods so that the lesson is not boring. In this regard, the use of game-based learning technology can increase the motivation of students to learn.Based on the research materials, it can be concluded that the game-based learning method facilitates students' learning and motivates students, allows them to work with classmates, i.e. increases the ability to work in groups, helps to overcome indifference to mathematics, creates a fun learning environment.

Social media plays a very important role in the present education system of the world on the whole and in Islamic Republic of Pakistan in special. People in this area prefer to find information on social sites rather than find them face to face. Social media sites provide a variety of mediums for interacting and communicating while learning. However, this widespread use of social media is misused by some of the less responsible. The use of social media that is not Islamic values ​​can be harmful to society. Integrity in the dissemination of information on social media has been an issue often overlooked by some writers. Therefore, the application of Islamic values ​​is important in preventing these problems from continuing to spread and producing less educated communities. Based on the analysis of the study, there are four topics that cover teaching methods through social media from an Islamic perspective. Firstly think of social media as a medium of teaching. Subsequently, this article addresses the issue of using social media as a medium of instruction. The application of Islamic values ​​in communicating information through social media is also elaborated. Finally, this article also discusses the importance and benefits of emphasizing Islamic values ​​in communicating information on social media.

Early-age children live in the world of a play because that's needed a learning medium that is not only interactive but also interesting or more game. Age 4-6 years is a stage of age in an early age range (so-called pre-school age) in which the child is being prepared to enter a formal learning process. Expected in this age range, children have a more focused attitude of learning, not just playing, but began to recognize the learning process behind the game. The result of this research is that Game can be a tool in practicing arithmetic as well as with this game, children who follow numeracy lessons can practice counting by using existing computer facilities. The Bachelor of Science in physiotherapy is a four-year program that has been offered at The University of Jordan since 1999. Just like all other educational programs across the world, teaching pedagogy in this program underwent a major overhaul due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In this chapter, the changes implemented in this program due to the pandemic and a discussion of their different aspects are presented. First, an overview of traditional teaching model and all the changes it underwent during the first year of the pandemic are presented. After that, specific aspects of the changes are addressed in depth and discussed in light of evidence from the literature. These include changes made to clinical and practical education, modifications of assessment methods, and responses and adjustments of students and faculty members. The chapter concludes with recommendations for future implementation of online teaching in physiotherapy education.
