This study was aimed to describe the forms of aggressive behavior by the perpetrator of the crime of theft which is accompanied by violence and the factors that cause the perpetrator to commit theft accompanied by violence. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach by using observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique consists of the following stages: analyzing all data, categorizing data, compiling psychological dynamics, connecting with theoretical foundations, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the forms of aggressive behavior committed by the perpetrators of criminal acts of theft accompanied by violence are verbal or symbolic aggression, namely in the form of harsh words, threatening, and cursing and physical aggressive behavior, namely: physical assault in the form of forcibly taking or confiscating the victim's property, hitting, injuring and injuring the victim using a sharp weapon.

This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

This article analyzes the function of imperative sentences contained in the "The Captain" movie by applying Zhang's theory of imperative sentence function. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is the 2019 China movie“The Captain” (中国机长 Zhōngguó Jīzhǎng). The data are imperative words and sentences in the movie. The data collection technique used was the observation and note technique according to Mahsun, then used the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Researchers found 281 imperative sentences in "The Captain" movie and analyzes the imperative function. The most widely used imperative function is the commanding function, which is 80 sentences. Meanwhile, the least function used was threatening function only 1 sentence. The commanding function is more dominant than other functions and found in the conversations between officers to passengers, flight attendants to passengers, communication between officers and others. The commanding function is also mostly found in the officer’s conversations, especially when they were facing an emergency situation. Meanwhile, the words used by the officers, flight attendants and the captain wereshowing respect and courtesy. So that the threathening function was less found in this movie. There are no requesting and begging functions because this movie tells about the incident of the Sichuan flight 8633, including the service of the aircraft officers and the confidence of the officers in facing the emergency situation at that time.

Happiness is a concept that relate to the emotion and positive activities felt by each individual except for the single people. The purpose of this research is to know the illustration of happiness to the adult females who decided to remain single and the influenced factors of happiness. Qualitative research method is used with phenomenological approach. The participants of this research are two adults’ females 40-65 years old who decided to remain single. Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) is used for the data analysis technique. The results of this research showed that adults females who decided to remain single still felt happiness through the positive relationship with others by doing things or activities that they liked, finding the meaning of their days, and having optimism and resilience attitude. The most influenced factor of happiness is religiosity. Keywords: Happiness; Adult Female; Single; Religiousity; Success.

<p><em>This study aims to compare eight groups of zakat recipients in the opinion of ulama and the actualization of amil zakat institutions to eight groups of zakat recipients. This research used qualitative research with phenomenological approach as a part of qualitative research that explore a phenomena based on perspective and people awareness. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The object used in this study is the opinion of ulama, Amil Zakat institution Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency. Method of data collection are interview, documentation and observation. While data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.</em><em>The results of this study, there are similarities in the analysis text that is based on the opinions of </em><em>ulama</em><em> and contexts which are actualization by the amil zakat institution, both Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency.</em><em> </em><em>Except for the riqab group which in the actualization by LAZISMU Malang Regency which had expansion meaning, so that the distribution of zakat was not only for the people free from slavery but also for those who are in opressed.</em></p><br /><em> </em>

The purpose of this study was to describe the character values in the batik art work with Ngawi's distinctive historical and natural motifs as a content of art education in elementary schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects in the study were Ngawi batik craftsmen. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation of the batik craftsmen and the resulting batik motifs. The data analysis technique used the interactive model analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the character values contained in the phytecanthropus erectus motif were religious, hard work, creative, love for the country, and communicative. The character values contained in the teak tree motif were religious, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, communicative, peace-loving, and responsibility. The character values contained in the rice plant motif were religious, disciplined, hard work, national spirit, love for the country, respect for achievement, and communicative.

AbstractThis research aims to know the effort to improve the control of letters in mail handling by using manual system and online service note system at PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. – Unit Geomin. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. The research informants consisted of key informants and supporter informants. The key informant in this research is Secretariat of Unit Geomin centered on HC, CSR, and GA, while the supporter informants is Work Unit Administration. After that, data collection techniques use interview, observation, and document. Data analysis technique used in this research is Miles and Huberman Model which consist of data reduction, display data, and conclusion. The results of the research indicate that: (a) Upgrading the control of letters in mail handling by using manual system in Unit Geomin consist of: evaluating SOP or procedure of mail handling by manual system, applying electronic signatures to bosses who are not in the office because official travel or furlough, and improve the control of the letter with the manual system in the future to be used as mail handling with the online system, (b) Upgrading the control of letters in mail handling by using online service note system in Unit Geomin consist of: improving the performance of ICT continuously to be able to maintenance internet network, access addition, and maintenance more quickly and do not interfere with employees who are working.Key words: Letter, Mail Handling, Control of Letter.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian surat dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar dengan menggunakan sistem manual dan sistem nota dinas online pada PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. – Unit Geomin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu: informan kunci dan informan pendukung. Adapun informan kunci dalam penelitian ini yaitu Sekretariat Unit Geomin yang berpusat pada Satuan Kerja HC, CSR, dan GA, sedangkan informan pendukung yaitu Administrasi Satuan Kerja Unit Geomin. Selanjutnya, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian atau display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Peningkatan pengendalian surat dalam pengelolaan surat dengan sistem manual di Unit Geomin dapat dilakukan dengan cara seperti: evaluasi SOP atau prosedur pengelolaan surat dengan sistem manual, menerapkan tanda tangan elektronik untuk atasan yang tidak sedang ada di kantor karena keperluan perjalanan dinas atau cuti yang sangat lama, dan meningkatan pengendalian surat dengan sistem manual kedepannya untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai pengelolaan surat dengan sistem online, (b) Peningkatan pengendalian surat dalam pengelolaan surat dengan sistem nota dinas online di Unit Geomin dapat dilakukan dalam beberapa hal yaitu: meningkatkan kinerja ICT secara terus-menerus supaya dapat melakukan maintenance jaringan internet, penambahan akses nota dinas online, serta maintenance dengan lebih cepat dan tidak menggangu para karyawan yang sedang bekerja.Kata kunci: Surat, Pengelolaan Surat, Pengendalian Surat.

The purpose of this study was to examine the application of group counseling in reducing students' aggressive behavior. The research method used is the experimental method. The population in this study amounted to 76 students and the sample used to obtain data was 8 students who had a high score of aggressive behavior (purposive sampling). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique of this research uses the t-test formula. The results of this study indicate that the data analysis t count is 5.401 with a t table value at the 5% significance level with db (N-1) = 7 of 2.365. Thus the t value is greater than the t value in the table (5.401> 2.365), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of group counseling on aggressive behavior of class XI students in hospitality accommodation at SMKN 4 Mataram.

This study focuses on the nurses’ service in preventing stunting at UPT Puskesmas Astana Anyar, Bandung. This study employs qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out using the informant's perspective (emic perspective), and key instruments, such as observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Qualitative analysis is deployed as the data analysis in this study. The validity of the research findings was measured using the validity and reliability standards of qualitative research, namely: credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. The findings showed that: nurses' service in preventing stunting at UPT Puskesmas Astana Anyar Bandung is considered as quite good; this can be seen from the perceptions and expectations of patients using and receiving the service of stunting prevention.
