The purpose of this study was to examine the application of group counseling in reducing students' aggressive behavior. The research method used is the experimental method. The population in this study amounted to 76 students and the sample used to obtain data was 8 students who had a high score of aggressive behavior (purposive sampling). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique of this research uses the t-test formula. The results of this study indicate that the data analysis t count is 5.401 with a t table value at the 5% significance level with db (N-1) = 7 of 2.365. Thus the t value is greater than the t value in the table (5.401> 2.365), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of group counseling on aggressive behavior of class XI students in hospitality accommodation at SMKN 4 Mataram.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using tutorial media in the form of motion pictures on student motivation in class X ICT subjects at MA Darul Qur'an Wal Hadits. This research method using experiment. The population in this study were all students of class X at MA Darul Qur'an Wal Hadits 101 with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used a documentation questionnaire, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used the t-test. From the research results obtained t-test of 3.481 with a significance level of 5% and d.b N-1 = (30-1 = 29) of 2.045. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it is concluded that there is an effect of the use of tutuorial media in the form of motion pictures on students' learning motivation in the X grade typology subject at MA Darul Qur'an Wal Hadits.

This research aims at investigating the varieties of hedonistic lifestyles adopted by university students based on their sexes and cultural backgrounds. Culture is referred to in this research is the culture of Batak and Minang culture. The formulation to the problem for this research is there any difference in the lifestyle of hedonism in terms of gender and culture. This research method using descriptive quantitative. Sample for this study where students numbered 80 people. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires about the behavior of hedonism. Data were analyzed using t-test. Based on testing and data analysis significance level of <0.005. Namely, the hedonistic lifestyle in terms of gender has the significance of 0.000, and the lifestyle of hedonism in terms of culture has a significance of 0.005. This means that there are differences in terms hedonistic lifestyle of sex and Minang and Batak culture at the level of students.

The purpose of this research is to know whether group counseling with self-management techniques can improve the confidence of students SMPN 1 Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara. This research uses experimental method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample of research as many as 10 students taken by using technique of Purposive Sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaire technique in the form of scale of learning concentration and observation. The results showed that the hypothesis Ha accepted while the hypothesis Ho rejected. This is proven by data analysis result using pretest and posttest test obtained 49 and posttest 77,3. The results of this study concluded that group counseling with self-management techniques can improve the learning concentration of students SMPN 1 Hulu Sungkai Kabupaten Lampung Utara.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan small sidedgame terhadap peningkatan VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahun. Metodepenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the type of hypnosis and the level of mental toughness on the concentration of futsal athletes. This research method is experimental. Types of hypnotherapy that are done are hypnosis and self-hypnosis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the variable measured mental toughness was low and a little low using, questionnaire and hypnotherapy treatment with 6 meetings with a duration of 30-60 minutes, grouping the level of mental toughness was obtained after pretesting the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique was two way anava  with SPSS 16. The subjects of the research were 16 male futsal athletes. The significance level is 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in the effect of hypnosis and self-hypnosis on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.013, meaning that there was an effect. There is no difference in the effect of low and rather low mental toughness on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.130 means there is no effect. There is no interaction between mental toughness and hypnotherapy on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.635 means mental toughness and hypnotherapy do not interact. The conclusions of the study are getting the differences in the treatment of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, knowing the differences in the effect of mental toughness, and knowing the interaction between hypnotherapy and mental toughness. The advice is that athletes have good mental toughness and self-control, believe in their own abilities. Coaches support athletes by providing coaching that can improve mental toughness and concentration. PENGARUH JENIS HIPNOTERAPI DAN TINGKAT KETANGGUHAN MENTAL TERHADAP KONSENTRASI ATLET FUTSAL  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh jenis hipnosis dan tingkat  ketangguhan mental terhadap konsentrasi atlet futsal. Metode penelitian ini eksperimen. Jenis hipnoterapi yang dilakukan adalah hipnosis dan self-hipnosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, variabel yang diukur ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah dengan menggunakan angket ketangguhan mental dan treatment hypnotherapy dengan 6 peretemuan durasi 30-60 menit, pengelompokkan tingkat ketangguhan mental diperoleh setelah diadakan pretest hasil dari angket tersebut. Teknik analisis data two way anava dengan program  SPSS 16. Subjek penelitian atlet futsal putra berjumlah 16 orang. Taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan pengaruh hipnosis dan self-hypnosis terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,013, artinya ada pengaruh. Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah terhadap konsentrasi atlet nilai signifikansi = 0,130 berarti tidak ada pengaruh. Tidak ada interaksi antara ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,635 artinya ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi tidak berinteraksi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan perbedaan perlakuan hipnosis dan self-hipnosis, diketahuinya perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental, dan diketahuinya interaksi antara hipnoterapi dan ketangguhan mental. Sarannya atlet memiliki ketangguhan mental dan kontrol diri yang baik, percaya pada kemampuan sendiri. Pelatih mendukung atlet dengan memberikan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental dan konsentrasi.

Based on observations in the field, it can be known that knowledge about the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years is still in the category of developing, so it is necessary to use APE wire game line. This study aims to understand the effect of the APE wire game line on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers. This research was conducted in Pertiwi Kindergarten Pekanbaru City. This study used an experimental method with one group pretest posttest design with a sample of 13 children and used a saturated sampling purposive. Data collection techniques in this study were observation techniques. The data analysis technique used the t-test using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the data analysis can be obtained t count 23,698 is greater than t table 2.179 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there are differences in knowledge about haze disaster management before and after the use of picture story book media. The influence given by the media illustrated story books based on the N Gain formula of 56,93% was in the medium category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh APE wire game line terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Pertiwi Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest dengan jumlah sampel 13 orang anak dan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t-tetst dengan menggunakan program  SPSS 23. Hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh t hitung 23,698 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,179 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan tentang kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan APE wire game line. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh APE wire game line berdasarkan rumus N Gain sebesar 56,93%  berada pada kategori sedang.

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes that use learning with inquiring minds want to know strategy and students who use conventional learning lectures. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design with non-equivalent kontrol group design.The research sample is class 3C as many as 25 students as an experimental class and 3D class as many as 25 students as a kontrol class. Data collection techniques using a test, which consist of pretest and posttest questions.  Data analysis using Independent Sample tTest with t count obtained in the Independent sample t-Test is 2,932. Whereas the t table for the 5% significance level is 2.02 and 1% is 2.69, it can be seen that t count is greater than t table that is 2.02 <2.932> 2.69, meaning that there are differences in learning outcomes between experimental and kontrol classes. So it can be said that the Inquiring Minds Want to know Strategy influences student learning outcomes on “Money type and use” material.

This study was aimed to describe the forms of aggressive behavior by the perpetrator of the crime of theft which is accompanied by violence and the factors that cause the perpetrator to commit theft accompanied by violence. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach by using observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique consists of the following stages: analyzing all data, categorizing data, compiling psychological dynamics, connecting with theoretical foundations, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the forms of aggressive behavior committed by the perpetrators of criminal acts of theft accompanied by violence are verbal or symbolic aggression, namely in the form of harsh words, threatening, and cursing and physical aggressive behavior, namely: physical assault in the form of forcibly taking or confiscating the victim's property, hitting, injuring and injuring the victim using a sharp weapon.
