Consideration of language as a simple symbolic system outside of culture and history, which includes human social life, contradicts the notion of it and limits the possibilities of its study. Therefore, language, as it has been said since ancient times, is not just a system of symbols, it is a culture that supports this system, so it is a great heritage of every nation, a historical achievement of the nation. ‘‘Culture’’ is a very complex concept, which begins with the characteristics of the individual and includes the entire national mentality, national consciousness, worldview, traditions, spiritual and material wealth, formed over the centuries. The article deals with the relationship between culture and language, culture and symbol. It is known that there are two aspects of culture, material and spiritual. In this regard, the symbolic meaning of national costumes (hats), which are part of the material culture of the Kazakh people, was determined. The character of the symbol as a national code that preserves the culture of the nation was revealed.

The ageing Goethe was fascinated with Byron whom he called the greatest poetic talent. Though suspicious of Byron’s Philhellenism, Goethe found in Byron an openness to encounter non-English cultures, an attentiveness to national histories and in interest in the relationship of the individual to social life. Byron’s self-contextualising, self-historicising narrative poems constitute a parallel to Goethe’s own literary campaigns for cross-cultural engagement in the 1810s and 1820s and, despite Byron’s alienation from England, offer hope for the prospects of what Goethe was to call “world literature”.

From antiquity to modernization, the budget is portrayed as one of the main factors in economic and social life. This paper analyzes the relationship between education and budget management as a necessity for well-being and financial stability. This shows that the use of knowledge during the budget cycle management depends on the education and combination of many factors coming from the environment where the individual or family operates. Here it is explained how Cluster and MDS analysis in interaction with other statistical tests explain the similarities or the differences between the observation groups from Kosovo, Western Balkan countries and European Countries (KO & EU & WBC), related to emergency funds, saving, registration of transactions of revenues or expenditures, financial decision-making, control and budgetary practices. The research is argued from empirical findings giving a new approach through detailed recommendations for variables of observation groups on the personal budget.

This article is an attempt to define the relationship between Christianity in Nubia and the local cultures of the Nubian kingdoms of Nobadia and Makuria from the 6th to the beginning of the 16th century, using the inculturation criteria theory associated with the actualization of the Church within a particular culture in light of archaeological research. The mission of the Church must be realized within a specific community of the people of God as well as in its administrative structure and the local hierarchy. The Church’s task is to accomplish its sanctifying, prophetic and teaching mission, which is accomplished through the proclamation of the Gospel, the celebration of sacraments, funeral rites, and teaching of prayer practices. Due to lack of adequate resources, this Church’s prophetic task was omitted. The Church, as archaeological research shows, also contributed to social life and the development of the material culture of the inhabitants of the Middle Nile Valley.

Abstract The understanding of atrial fibrillation (AF) evolved from a sole rhythm disturbance towards the complex concept of a cardiomyopathy based on arrhythmia substrates. There is evidence that atrial fibrosis can be visualized using late gadolinium enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and that it is a powerful predictor for the outcome of AF interventions. However, a strategy of an individual and fibrosis guided management of AF looks promising but results from prospective multicentre trials are pending. This review gives an overview about the relationship between cardiac fibrosis and AF focusing on translational aspects, clinical observations, and fibrosis imaging to emphasize the concept of personalized paths in AF management taking into account the individual amount and distribution of fibrosis.

Professions aimed at helping and supporting a person in a difficult situation, with their traditions and principles of assisting activities, have existed since ancient times. The main purpose of the helping professions is to improve the quality of life of the person who sought help and to activate his inner potential. Object of research: technology as a component of human social life in the context of the postmodern era. Investigated problem: determination of the features of the influence of technological processes on a person of the postmodern era, as a result of which the natural is replaced by an artificial one and the images of both man and the Earth change. Main scientific results: the study of the contradictions of the process of technologization in the postmodern era made it possible to determine the transformation processes taking place in the life of a person and society. This defines social reality, represented by various markers, among which technology is gaining in importance. The latter act as a composite, which provides new opportunities for determining the relationship between the elements of the "world - man - culture" system. It is not only about the emergence of new human figures, among which the technological man (Homo Technologicus) occupies a prominent place, but also the emergence of a new image of the Earth, where the natural is replaced by the technological. The scope of practical use of the research results: the research results can be used in teaching normative courses "Philosophical Anthropology", "Ethics", "Sociology" for students and undergraduates, graduate students of humanitarian and natural faculties. Innovative technological product: the plurality of existing technologies (economic, medical, educational, humanitarian, etc.) destroys the new European concept of culture and man, which were provided within the framework of the monoparadigm. The anthropological dimension of technology testifies that the latter are beginning to act as a condition for human expansion. This situation has a significant impact on the existentials of human existence. The scope of using the innovative technological product: the intensive technologization of the last decades not only provokes environmental risks and changes the state of the Earth, the natural reality of the Earth is replaced by an artificial one, which allows to conclude that the Earth is formed by a technological one.

One of the important reasons why the issue of freedom of conscience is one of the most controversial problems of modern times is the ongoing dispute over its definition. In the context of the contemporary emphasis on the moral autonomy of the person, the recent definitions of conscience as the “voice of God” sound at least ambiguous. It is therefore important to point out the various dimensions of conscience. The first and basic one is the individual dimension: conscience is defined as moral self-consciousness in its deepest, personal dimension. It can therefore, following E. Fromm, be described as the “guardian of moral integrity.” However, in addition to this, conscience also points out to “what is common” (J. Ratzinger), to the fundamental values that make social life possible. It is therefore also a carrier of moral truth. Finally, conscience touches upon the relationship with God and this is where its important religious dimension is expressed. It is only when each of these three dimensions of conscience is taken into account that the question of its freedom can be adequately considered. It concerns, above all, the relationship of an individual conscience to an external authority, both in social and ecclesiastical context.
