Abstract. In the post industrial era, with the development of urban economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, a large number of industrial enterprises in the city transfer from the city centre to the periphery of the city in order to relieve the pressure of urban land shortage and seek their own development. Therefore, the idle land left behind is favoured by the real estate development and emerging industries. As an important space carrier for the continuation of urban context and economic development, the industrial buildings left behind are very popular. Its protection and reuse are related to the development of regional economy and the revival of culture. Under the background of urban renewal, how to properly protect and update the modern industrial heritage to realize the organic integration of the new and old system has become an important topic of heritage protection in China.Today, the transformation of industrial heritage is in full swing. Although the research in the field of industrial heritage in China has started relatively late and the domestic practical experience and related research depth are not enough to form a complete theoretical system, the society has reached a common sense of the protection and renewal of industrial heritage. In January 2018, the first batch of China's industrial heritage protection list was officially released, making China's industrial heritage protection and renewal more scientific and standardized, combining with urban renewal to promote the rapid development of modern urban culture and economy, environmental protection and resource utilization. From the point of view of “protection and renewal”, the paper summarizes the different value cognition of industrial building heritage, and discusses the relationship between the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage, and studies the relevant strategies for the protection and reuse of industrial building heritage, so as to provide reference for the research and development of other industrial building heritage.

Industrial heritage or problems in modern city construction has been the focus of concern and controversy, Tianjin as an important port city of China in modern, the previous light and heavy industrial production activities in the city left numbers of traces. There is no longer have traditional industry vitality in these industry base, we should be how to locate it? We have make great errors in "construction" and got the demolitions in our city, but also we accumulated a lot of experience too. Through careful investigation we found both not indulging in idle space in the old city has become a knot, also not be reckless of the cultural context in which the demolition and reconstruction, After all we are in decision-making mistakes in a short moment lost the "Tianjin ancient fossils -- old Chengxiang". To achieve sustainable city construction, we should respect the continuity of development of things, equilibrium and the public. Based on the transformation of "Tractor factory of Nankai District in Tianjin as example, we hope to explore and find some strategy in economy, balanced and sustainable development of industrial building heritages.

Abstract Since the emergence of the Transnational Da'wah Movement such as the Tablighi Jama'at, it has created contradictions about the Law of Providing both birth and mentality to the family left in the Khuruj fii sabilillah program (Exiting the Way of Allah) to preach the ummah from house to house, mosque to mosque, inviting listen to Muslims (religious lectures) and invite to pray in congregation in the mosque. From the development of Jama'ah Tabligh's missionary movement in Indonesia, this movement has experienced quite rapid development. Not only is the movement that has a Jama'at quite rapidly, it is marked by the presence of da'wah markers (da'wah centers) in each Province and District of the City. But in the development of the da'wah movement there are several things that become contradictions in the family, in this case the provision of income to children and wives who are left behind when their household heads implement Khuruj fi sabilillah for 3 days, 40 days and 4 months. Therefore, this paper takes the theme of the Law of Livelihood Against Families in the Tabligh Jama Da'wah Movement in a comprehensive manner. With the continuous development and expansion of the city, the industrial center of the city has gradually shifted to the emerging industrial area or the outskirts. The industrial building remains that were originally located in the city center have been left behind. The development of the site often adopts the development method of "buy the casket without the jewels ", while the development method of "buy the casket with the jewels "is few, and which development method is more valuable.Taking Laolongkou distillery as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis in order to provide reference for the site development of industrial building remains.

The rapid development of information and technology, the city of Bandung tourism has also increased. However, tourists who visit the city of Bandung have problems with a limited time when visiting Bandung tourist attractions. Traffic congestion, distance, and the number of tourist destinations are the problems for tourists travel. The optimal route selection is the solution for those problems. Congestion and distance data are processed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Route selection uses the Floyd-Warshall Algorithm. In this study, the selection of the best route gets the smallest weight with a value of 5.127 from the Algorithm process. Based on testing, from two to five tourist attractions get an average calculation time of 3 to 5 seconds. This application is expected to provide optimal solutions for tourists in the selection of tourist travel routes.

Gelendzhik is the resort town, there aren't a lot of industrial enterprises here. The main pollutant is transport. The work purpose is the assessment of a condition of the artificial landings of a pine located along the Federal highway "Don" and landings, which is nearly the sea coast. Researches were conducted to a standard technique of the General vital state (A. S. Bogolyubov). The assessment of a condition of pines was carried out during 6 years: from 2010 to 2015. For carrying out research we used 6 experimental grounds on the Markotkhsky spine and 2 control grounds within the town. We investigated 24 trees on each platform, middle age of the trees were 30 - 40 years. Results. 1. The condition of trees in the pine forests located in immediate proximity with the Federal highway "Don" (No. 1, 2, 3) is unsatisfactory. As even weak influences of the majority of atmospheric gaseous pollutants (sulphurous gas, nitrogen oxides, etc.) give effect of a necrosis and hloroz of pine needles, the condition of pines is connected with technogenic pollution. So near the Federal highway "Don" the air environment is strongly polluted by exhaust gases. Information of 2012 confirm that negative influence of the route on Markotkh's vegetation decreases at reduction of load of the route. 2. On the sites located above on a slope (No. 4,5,6) thanks to remoteness and the wind mode intensity of influence of pollutants is lower and a condition of pines the quite satisfactory. 3. Trees on the sites located near the sea (No. 7,8) are in a good shape. Small deterioration of a state is noted in very droughty years. Conclusion. Results of six years' research show that the condition of the plantings which are in close proximity with the road worsens. It is explained by increase in intensity of the movement on the road, especially during a resort season. Gelendzhik is the city with a good ecological shape, but the damage to environment is already caused. If not to take measures, we can lose a unique part of the nature in the future, recreate it will be impossible. Measures of reduction of negative impact of exhaust gases were offered. Results of researches are transferred to ecological department of the City administration of Gelendzhik.
