The article discusses the issues of rational organization of the warehouse process of storing inventory, the sequential implementation of warehouse operations, the improvement of labor organization and technological solutions, the effective use of various equipment involved in the performance of technological operations at the warehouse of the carriage depot of the Joint Stock Company «Uzpasstrans». The issues of creating a database for storing goods, an effective system for organizing their account are considered. The ER-diagram of the database of warehouse inventory of spare parts and components has been developed. The functions and procedures for working with database data on components and spare parts located in the warehouse of the carriage depot have been determined.

: The research paper provides an analytical review of the rational organization of storage in transport, notes the works of scientists that are of great importance for the railway industry, and considers the issues of optimal placement of inventory items in the carriage depot of the Joint Stock Company "Uztemiryulyulovchi" ("Uzdzheldorpass"). The structure of a warehouse reflecting the main elements of technological sections, consisting of an unloading section, a cargo receiving section, a storage area (temporary and main), a picking section, a service and technical room, is presented. The developed mathematical models for determining rational placement, graphs of the effect of the life cycle of goods on the logistics cycle of replenishment of stocks, methods for determining the amount of supply of spare parts for mobile units when managing their stocks are presented.

The topical problem of choosing the standard size of the unified space platform developed by the joint-stock company «Academician M. F. Reshetnev» Information Satellite Systems» for geostationary communication satellites has been formulated. Previously, the task of assessing the effectiveness of using the developed unified platforms for creating a new spacecraft was solved to a greater extent empirically, by generalizing the groundwork for existing developments and assessing the possibility and feasibility of using the existing groundwork in the future (development continuity). However, a methodological basis for solving this kind of problem has not yet been developed. As part of the study, a model for assessing the efficiency of a spacecraft based on a unified space platform was developed. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of the use of unified space platforms with an excess resource (in terms of mass and energy consumption) for the payload and a method for evaluating the effectiveness of using a modernized unified space platform, which makes it possible to meet increased resource requirements (in terms of weight and energy consumption) for the payload, have been developed. With the help of the developed methods, the assessment of the range of effective use of a unified space platform for geostationary communication satellites developed by JSC ISS was carried out, both without revision and with the necessary modernization for a specific project (payload).

Considering the advance of technologies and methods aimed at improving the quality of management of the asset complex, new requirements for justifying the effectiveness of funds invested in assets are constantly appearing, they are constantly evolving and becoming more viable, which determines the theoretical and practical interest in the issues studied by the authors. The main purpose of the article is to offer methodological developments and recommendations for analyzing the effectiveness of the use of the asset complex by a research and production concern on the basis of financial statements, to identify reserves and give recommendations for more efficient usage of resources. The subject of the research is activities of an enterprise related to the management of the asset complex. In addition to the introduction of new methods of economic analysis, the authors also developed a generalized model for managing the asset complex in the form of a software product. This model was applied to two real research and production complexes, one of which is the largest Federal Research and Production Center Closed Joint Stock Company Research and Production Concern (Association) “Energia”. The developed model can be applied with the purpose of effective management of the asset complex by the largest industrial companies. The results of the research presented in this scientific article will allow specialists to improve the quality of analytical work in the field of economic analysis of enterprise assets and the search for reserves for their effective use.

The task of maintaining the operability of complex technical systems is one of the important tasks of ensuring the reliability in high-rise construction. It is solved at all stages of the life cycle of the device. Ensuring high availability of technical devices for use during the operational phase is the timely conduct of preventive measures and routine maintenance. To this end, the repair authorities have in their inventory material resources to replace the abandoned and end-of-life elements, as well as the production facilities necessary to perform the repair itself. One of the possible variants of this method of repair can be the creation and use of significant production capacities of repair enterprises that do not need material resources, and carry out repairs themselves. Another option may be a large range of spare parts, which will make an additional link repair company. The paper considers the issues of creating a rational organization of repair of complex technical systems. At the same time, one of the important practical tasks is the task of determining the rational relationship between the production capacities of repair enterprises and the amount of reserves needed to perform repairs. The development of the initial theoretical provisions on the rationale for the rational correlation of the volumes of spare parts and production capacities of repair enterprises to the effective use of reserves is devoted to this article.

A key component of the quality management system is the incoming quality control of raw materials, materials and components. The course of the further production process and the quality of manufactured products depend on the correctness of its implementation, the accuracy of compliance with all the necessary procedures. Another important aspect that is inextricably linked with incoming inspection is working with suppliers. In order to minimize costs and increase the effectiveness of actions, it is necessary to establish a stable and well-coordinated work on the supply of raw materials, materials and components. To accomplish this task, the enterprise must develop and approve a methodology for evaluating suppliers, which allows them to conduct a comprehensive analysis, choose the most reliable suppliers with a proven reputation and high performance. The research base is a machine-building enterprise – public joint-stock company “NEFAZ” (PJSC “NEFAZ”). The article identifies problem areas and suggests methods for their improvement. Based on the results of the study, a comprehensive methodology for assessing suppliers has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the rating of the supplier and, depending on this, to establish the type of incoming control. Possible types of effect from the introduction of this technique at the enterprise are considered.

The article analyzes legal aspects of institutes of corporate governance. Different draft laws "On Joint-Stock Companies" are considered which reflected interests of separate groups of participants of market relations. Stages of property redistribution are outlined. The advantages of the model of the open joint-stock company are formulated. Special attention is paid to the demand for legal institutes of corporate governance as well as to the process of accepting the Federal Law "On Entering Amendments to the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies"" which was enacted in 2002. The article contains proposals directed at improvement of corporate legislation.

The aim of the study was to assess the professional risk of developing diseases in workers of the railway car repair enterprise. The Voronezh Car Repair Plant, a branch of Vagonremmash Joint-Stock Company, was chosen as the object of study. Methods: «The methodology for calculating individual occupational risk depending on the working conditions and the health status of the employee», developed by the Klin Institute for Protection and Working Conditions in conjunction with the Research Institute of Occupational Medicine (2013), the main professions; cohort study with the calculation of the relative risk of morbidity with temporary disability, the odds ratio, the etiological share of factors in the formation of morbidity (group size: 250 people, experimental group — workers of the main specialties, 95 people — comparison group). Results. According to the research results, the priority factors of occupational health risk include: chemical, noise, heating microclimate, low light level. For certain professions, the share of the contribution of priority factors to the risk profile (PV) reaches 40 %. The indicator of individual occupational risk is 0.12 to 0.26 units. The high level of professional risk (0.22 ÷ 0.26) is characterized by the working conditions of the mechanics for the repair of rolling stock, machine tools (woodworking), casters (metal), thermists, plastic casters. In professional groups with medium and high risk, the indicator of the relative risk of morbidity with temporary disability is higher than 1 (RR = 1.75 and 1.39, respectively), and the etiological share of production factors in the formation of diseases is from 27.95 (subgroup with secondary professional risk) up to 42.88 % (a subgroup with high professional risk), which indicates the professional condition of the disease. Discussion. In general, our data are consistent with the results of similar studies conducted earlier at the car building and car repair enterprises. In order to ensure hygienically safe working conditions and preserve the health of workers, it is necessary to reduce the level of exposure to production factors, including through the introduction of modern equipment and improvement of technological processes.

The article studies the financial stability of a particular insurance organization. The financial stability of the insurance company is an essential component of its activities and characterizes the ability to pay off its obligations on time and in full. The analysis of financial stability is defined as an independent object of evaluation, which explores the structure of the formation and use of capital. To assess the financial stability of the insurance company, a set of indicators was formed, including the following ratios: level of equity, ratio of equity to liabilities, ratio of insurance premiums and insurance reserves, ratio of working capital and non-current capital, level of permanent capital, ratio of equity and insurance reserves, level of debt load, level of insurance reserves. The insurance public joint-stock company RESO-Garantia was chosen as the object of analysis. The analysis showed that the capital structure in the insurance company under consideration is not optimal. The company has a shortage of insurance reserves, which is offset by equity.
