Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar.. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. (3). Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh Komuniksi organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar (2) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar (3). Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the influence of HR competence on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service employees. (2) To identify and analyze the effect of information technology on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service staff. (3). To Know and Analyze the influence of organizational communication on Employee Performance of the Environmental Service of Makassar City. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Human resource competencies have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service 2) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service (3). Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Servicet.

This study aims to determine the effect of information technology, satisfaction and motivation on teacher performance. Respondents are civil servant teachers of Public Elementary School in Kendit sub-district, Situbondo district, amounting to 104 teachers, which amounts to 104 teachers. The sample size is 83 people. Research using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that there is no influence between information technology variables on teacher performance. While the variable of satisfaction and motivation have an effect on to teacher performance

This study aims to look at the existence of soybean farmers and markets in Solok Regency. This study was conducted in Solok Regency to 200 households. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis that aims to see the level of consumer preferences to processed soy products in Solok Regency. Furthermore, inductive analysis was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method that aims to look at the determinants of the demand for processed soy products in Solok Regency. The study shows that (1) the processed soy products most in demand by the society in Solok Regency are tofu and tempeh. (2) The number of household members, education of wife and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency. (3). The number of household members and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband, education of wife and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of regional apparatus, the utilization of information technology, and the supervision of regional finance on the quality of local financial reporting at the Regional Working Units in the Central Aceh Regency. The population of this study is all and agencies in the Central Aceh District. A total of 28 Regional Working Units, consisting of 3 officers (i.e., Head of the Office or the Budget User, Head of Accounting Department, and accounting staff) were selected as the respondents of the study. The data are gathered using the questionnaires and analysed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the quality of the regional apparatus, the utilization of information technology, and the supervision of regional finance significantly affected the quality of local financial reporting at the Regional Working Units in the Central Aceh Regency. This findings implied that in order to improve the quality of local financial reporting, the policy makers should focus on ensuring the quality of regional apparatus, the utilization of information technology, and the supervision of regional financial management.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas aparatur daerah, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pengawasan keuangan daerah baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan daerah pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh institusi/lembaga yang meliputi kantor, dinas dan badan pada Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Sebanyak 28 SKPK (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Kabupaten) dan untuk masing-masing SKPK terdiri dari 3 orang yang terdiri dari kepala SKPK atau Pengguna Anggaran, kepala bagian akuntansi dan staf bagian akuntansi sebagai responden penelitian. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas aparatur daerah, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pengawasan keuangan daerah baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara terpisah berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan daerah pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan daerah, pembuat kebijakan harus fokus untuk memastikan kualitas aparatur daerah, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan daerah.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. <em>Work effectiveness is the degree of achievement of an organization's goals based on the activities carried out. Work effectiveness is influenced by various factors including leadership, internal communication. The research objectives are: (1) to determine whether there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness (2) to find out how much influence leadership and internal communication have on employee work effectiveness both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study was employees of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang; it is 90 people. There are three variables studied in this study, namely: (1) leadership (2) internal communication (3) work effectiveness. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Release 16. Based on the descriptive analysis, the percentage of leadership is 84.24% (very good category), the level of internal communication is 86% (very good category), while the level of work effectiveness is 78.78% (good category). Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis also obtained F calculate of 17,234 with a significance of 0,000. Because the price of significance obtained is less than 0.05, the regression model obtained is significant. This means that the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that is, there is the influence of leadership and internal communication on work effectiveness. The magnitude of the effect is simultaneously 28.4% while partially is 16% for leadership variables and 5.29% for internal communication. Based on the results of research, leadership and internal communication have a positive influence on work effectiveness. Leadership has a greater influence than internal communication.</em>

This research aims to determine the effect of training, work dicipline and organization communication toward employee performance. The sample used in the study amounted to 158 employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of managing data using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that training, organization communication partially have a significant effect on the employee performance, and work dicipline partially haven’t a significant effect on the employee performances. And training, work dicipline, organization communication a simultaneously have a significant effect on the employees Performances.
