This study aims to: (1) the effect of leadership style on employee performance; (2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of compensation to employee performance; (4) To determine jointly the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation to employee performance. Type of this research is quantitative data. The object of this research is PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. The sampling technique using census method that all employees of PT. PLN PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that (1) style of leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance; (2) job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation together positive and significant impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style, work discipline, compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri and to provide suggestions on how PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri can increase job satisfaction by improving employee performance that affects it. For the independent variable: leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), compensation (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y1), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. The research approach is quantitative research by the questionnaire. The sample used was 150 respondents. This study indicates that each dimension of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of PT. Sraya Dinamika Mandiri employees. Job satisfaction directly has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work discipline has no positive impact on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees in the production department at PT. INKOASKU, Karawang, West Java. This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance. This study using the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are 80 production employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java. The sampling technique used is the model non- probability sampling by census method. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method that is distributed to all employees of the production section, amounting to 80 people. The result was that 68 questioners were filled by the productions employees of PT INKOASKU Karawang, West Java, the respondent rate was 85%. The analytical tool used is Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The result is that work motivation does not affect employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between work motivation and employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. This study aims to analyze strategies to improve employee performance during the pandemic through motivation and leadership style mediated by job satisfaction of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population uses 160 employees of PT Hanwa Indonesia. The sample is 114 employees. Data processing using the PLS-SEM model. The results showed that work motivation and leadership style had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation and leadership style have no effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of PT Hanwa Indonesia employees during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu diketahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 karyawan di PT Asno Horie Indonesia. gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan diuji setiap variabel. Kemudian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di regresi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asno Horie Indonesia. One of the company's successes depends on its employees. To achieve this prosperity, it is necessary to know the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 77 employees at PT Asno Horie Indonesia. Leadership style and organizational culture are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This study uses literature, questionnaire, observation, and documentation as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, the independent variables are regressed on a dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership style variable did not significantly influence employee performance, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Asno Horie Indonesia's employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction on (Y) employee performance at PT Winsen Kencana Perkasa by using this 130 response saturation sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression test results showing that (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction have a positive effect on (Y) employee performance based on regression results and with the value of R Square. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction are proven to have a significant effect on (Y) employee performance. Then through the F test it can be seen that the variable (X1) compensation and (X2) job satisfaction simultaneously must have an effect on employee performance variables with F count greater than F table
