This gives indicator of positive attitudes and perceptions of organizational climate. Regarding the relationship between the dimensions of organizational climate and transfer of training, results of data analysis revealed that there are strong and positive relationships between employee perceptions of eight dimensions of organizational climate and transfer of training into the workplace. Still, the relationship employee perceptions of rewards and their perceptions of training transfer was weak and not significant.

Abstract Background Despite vaccination being one of the safest and most successful public health tools to control infectious diseases, some people still doubt the efficacy and safety of vaccines. In order to address vaccine hesitancy and anti-vaccination sentiment, it is necessary to understand vaccination attitude development and vaccination behaviors. The objective of this project was to qualitatively investigate general vaccination attitudes and behavior with an additional emphasis on pertussis vaccination. Methods To identify factors that influence attitudes toward vaccination and behaviors in East Tennessee, eleven one-on-one interviews were conducted with participants recruited through convenience and purposive sampling. Interview protocol and deductive codes were developed using the Triadic Theory of Influence as a theoretical framework. Interview transcripts were analyzed qualitatively and themes were identified through constant comparison of interviews, considering both deductively and inductively coded data. Results Most participants (8) held positive attitudes towards vaccination. Participants (8) comfortable with vaccinating themselves or their children said they followed recommendations of doctors. Vaccine hesitant participants’ (3) most frequently cited concern was safety and concern about side effects. These participants also reported that they referenced non-academic or professional sources and felt confident about their knowledge of vaccines and diseases. Vaccine hesitant participants had low perception of risk of vaccine-preventable diseases, particularly pertussis. Participants with children reported that friends and family were influential when deciding to vaccinate their children. Conclusions This study identified themes in the attitudes towards vaccination of participants recruited in East Tennessee. We found that risk perception and family and social group attitudes were the primary influences on vaccination decision making. We recommend that future research includes anti-vaccination participants in their research, if possible, and further explore the relationship between perception of one’s own knowledge and health behavior outcomes.

An administrator plays a vital role in the growth and development of his/her subordinates. Despite this notion, the role of an administrator in the context of training programs and transfer of training is not well studied. Therefore, this study is set to examine the relationship between administrator’s role in training programs and training transfer. A survey method was utilized to gather 706 survey questionnaires from employees of local authorities of three cities in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The results of SmartPLS path model analysis confirmed that the ability of administrators to properly implement support, communication and assignment in planning and implementing training programs has been an important predictor of training transfer in the studied organization. Further, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between spectator’s awareness, attitudes, and behaviors related to social media efforts developed by a major sports stadium. Data was collected through in-person interviews from individuals who attended a sports event at a major stadium. The hypothesized relationships were assessed by using structural equation modeling technique. The results confirm the relationships between awareness, attitudes, and behavior; awareness of a stadium’s social media presence influences following the stadium on social media directly and indirectly by promoting positive attitudes toward a stadium’s social media campaign. In addition, following the stadium on social media is positively related to attendance and sharing of information using stadium’s social media. Implications of these findings for stadium marketers are discussed.

Purpose of the study: This paper provides a systematic literature review on the factors that enhance to transfer of training among employees working in Saudi Arabian educational institutions. Methodology: Several databases were used such as; Web of Science, Emerald, and Google Scholar databases as the sources of publications reviewed using the keywords: training transfer, transfer of training, employee performance, and job performance. Main Findings: The results show that few studies examined the transfer of training and its relationship with performance in Saudi workplaces. This research partly satisfies the scarcity of studies and highlight the importance of transfer of training in educational institutions using previously training theory that found by Baldwin and Ford. Implications: The paper contributes into the critical factors that develop and enhance the transfer of training in Saudi educational institutions. Novelty: Based on the limitations of this study, in future research is suggested to examine the relationship among the transfer of training as "process-oriented" and employees' performance in Saudi Arabia using a qualitative method.
