The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher in the Middle School at Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 69 from 225 teachers. Data collection for compensation (Variable X) and job performance (Variable Y) using a questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount 5.421 > ttable 1.670. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation with teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study also indicate that compensation’s contribution to job performance is compensated at 30.49 %. From these values can be indicated that compensation had a positive effect on teacher’s improvement of job performance.

This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data about The Relationship Between The Perception of the Tax Penalty and Tax Compliance on Taxpayer Land and Building Tax at Duri Pulo Villages Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlational approach. This research was conducted on February to December 2014. The population in this research were all taxpayer. Affordable population in this research were taxpayer land and building tax, amount to 71 persons. Total of samples used were 58 persons research. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. Smartphones have become an essential part of students daily lives. Students use smartphones for various activities. Through smartphones, students can access various service sites that provide material resources such as scientific journals, scientific articles, ebooks, and others. This article aims to explain the relationship between the use of smartphones and students interest in reading books. In this research, the book in question is an ebook. The quantitative survey method was used in this study. The target of this research is students of class XII at VHS Negeri 1 Ciamis with a sample size taken 42% of the total number of 557 students, that is 233 people. The researcher used Kendalls Tau correlation test as a data analysis method. The correlation value of 0.063 and the significance value of 0.314 in this research results indicate that there is no significant relationship between the variables. The findings of this study show that there is a positive relationship between students interest in reading books and their use of smartphones, but the relationship between the two variables is very weak and insignificant at the 0.05 level, so the relationship cannot be generalized. This means that students rarely use smartphones to access ebooks but to use them for other purposes instead

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT Pos Type C Manado. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure and influence the relationship between motivation and job performance. The objectives of this research are to find out the level of teacher performance, work ethic and incentive, and to analyze the contrubution work ethic and incentive to taecher performance.             This research uses survey by using correlational analysis. The total population is 103 teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Pandeglang. Simple random sampling and quota sampling are used as the techniques of taking the sample. 70 teachers are used as the sample (respondents) of this research.             The results of study show that: (1) First: teacher performance, work ethic and incentive were good; (2) Second, There is a positive and significant influence of job ethic toward teacher performance. (3) Third, there is a positive and significant contribution incentive toward teacher performance. The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate marketing strategies towards achievement in bakery business in Phetchaburi and Prachuap kirikhan Provinces and 2) to study additional suggestions The research samples were 140- bakery business in Phetchaburi and Prachuap kirikhan Provinces derived through Simple Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for collecting the data were the rating-scale and open-ended questionnaire. Frequency, Mean scores, Standard Deviation and content analysis were used for data analysis. The findings were 1) marketing strategies were used at the highest level and additional suggestions 2) Product, Price, quality and staff and cleanliness were highly concern in order to increase in customers loyalty.
