Surat telah menjadi media komunikasi tertulis yang penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pada banyak organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Kebutuhan tersebut dapat berupa perintah, pengingat, permohonan dan sebagainya yang dianggap penting dan perlu diarsipkan. Peranan surat pada oraganisasi atau perusahaan menjadi penting dalam membentuk koordinasi kerja yang baik, baik dalam satu bagian/divisi, atau antarbagian/divisi, atau luar organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut, Hal serupa terjadi pula di PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom. PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom hingga saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu pencatatan semua surat yang berkorespondensi di lingkungan PT.MNC Kabel Mediacom. Dengan kondisi seperti ini, permasalahan seperti kesalahan penulisan kode atau kesalahan pengarsipan bisa saja terjadi mengingat tidak adanya otomatisasi dalam mengelola surat. Dengan membangun sistem aplikasi pembuatan surat tersebut, dapat membantu kinerja karyawan dalam proses pembuatan surat maupun surat menyurat dengan draft yang sudah otomatis terprogram pada sistem, Sistem yang dibangun dapat memberikan informasi surat yang masuk atau surat pengajuan cuti dan resign yang disudah di approve oleh HRD.   Kata kunci: komponen; memformat; gaya; styling; masukkan (minimal 3 hingga 5 kata kunci)   Abstract: Letters have become an important written communication medium to meet the needs of many organizations or companies. These needs can be in the form of orders, reminders, requests and so on that are considered important and need to be archived. The role of the letter in the organization or company becomes important in forming good work coordination, both within one section / division, or between parts / divisions, or outside the organization or company. Similar things also occur at PT.MNC Mediacom Cable. PT.MNC Mediacom Cable is still using Microsoft Excel as a tool for recording all correspondence letters in the PT.MNC Mediacom Cable environment. With these conditions, problems such as code writing errors or archiving errors can occur due to the lack of automation in managing mail. By building a letter making application system, can help the performance of employees in the process of making letters and correspondence with a draft that is automatically programmed into the system, the system built can provide information on incoming letters or leave and resign submission letters that have been approved by HRD. Information Technology plays an important and dominant role in a business or operational management process in the company. So with the development of the role of the world of Information and Technology, computer processes are used not only as data processing. but a computer can be a media of information that can be accessed at any time. The application of the inventory system provides many benefits for companies to be able to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. In carrying out the inventory data reporting is still using office-based applications, namely Microsoft Excel, which causes results that are not optimal. Then a web-based inventory application system was built. The article investigates the role of communicative-functional approach in the translation of scientific and technical literature, when the translation itself is seen as a tool to accomplish purposeful activity of communicators, representatives of different interlingual groups. In practical terms, the difficulties of translating scientific and technical texts are due to the peculiarities of scientific style, insufficient understanding of the terminology of a particular field of knowledge, which complicates the choice of adequate translation solutions. In this context, an important role is played by the translation strategy, where the communicativefunctional approach dominates. The translation is implicitly included in the communication structure between the author and the recipient. The relevance of the article is determined by the necessity of studying the problems of scientific and technical literature translation, taking into account the current realities of interlanguage information exchange. Summary: The article deals with the analysis of the interpretational field of the basic lexical units which represent the meaning of the concept “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and cultures. Comparative – contrastive analytical data of the most frequently used in both languages variants of the interpretation of the concept “woman” have been given. The semantic fields of nuclear and nearnuclear meanings of the lexical units, transforming the notion of “woman” in English and Kyrgyz languages and also the place and role of these notions in cultures and philosophy of the nations on the basis of mentality and traditional values have been studied and described. The situations of the use of this or that variant of the meaning of lexical unit. A comparative study of the definitions of the word “woman’ in English and Kyrgyz languages have been given. Изучены и описаны семантические поля ядерных и околоядерных значений лексических единиц, трансформирующих понятие «женщина» в английском и кыргызском языке, а также роль и место этих понятий в культурах и философии народов на основе менталитета и традиционных ценностей. Приводятся ситуации использования того или ино- го варианта значения лексической единицы, проведено сравнительное изучение определений слова «женщина» в английском и кыргызском языках. Idiosyncratic chromosome behaviour during meiosis was found in pollen mother cells of Cuscuta babylonica Choisy, a thread-like holoparasitic herb. Its main features are among the following: (i) telomeric association between homologues through most stages of the process, which leads to persisting chromatid bivalents (= "demibivalents"); (ii) uncommon chromosome segregation in first and second anaphase; and (iii) prolonged intensified heterochromatinization. Although "regular" in its own way, this process leads to the formation of unviable products. Its further investigation might contribute to our understanding of the role of the spindle and chromosome movement in the ordinary process of meiosis. - Linguistic Sedimentation, and Bodily Inscription At present, we are exposed to an excessive offer of images, which raises a problem of assimilation. Subjects are increasingly passive, in ways that can border on pathological conditions. Yet, it is not so much a question of condemning this situation as of finding a way of re-symbolizing images, saving them from mere contemplation and inserting them in a process of contextualisation. Such a process requires an understanding of the role of the body and of the incorporation of images along the lines of Bachelard's intuition of the "resisting" nature of images. The objective: to study features of the somatic and genesial anamnesis at pregnant women with an undifferentiated dysplasia of connecting tissue for possibility of early diagnostics of the subsequent obstetric and perinatal complications. Patients and methods. 100 patients with clinical-laboratory signs an undifferentiated dysplasia of connecting tissue are surveyed. On the basis of the received results of the patient were divided into two groups: the main – 50 women (expression і6 points) regarded as patients with the expressed undifferentiated dysplasia of connecting tissue and group of comparison – 50 women (expression <6 points), regarded as patients without the connecting tissue expressed by an undifferentiated dysplasia. Results. Results of the conducted researches testify to an important role of the established features of the somatic and genesial anamnesis at pregnant women with clinical-laboratory and functional signs of an undifferentiated dysplasia of a connecting tissue. Conclusion. The received results need to be used for carrying out pregravidarny preparation and forecasting of possible obstetric and perinatal complications at pregnancy.
