The discipline of physical education and sports is an important field for high school students. In physical education lessons, the use of interactive methods leads to stimulating students' interest in performing physical exercises, increasing the efficiency of the lesson, motivation to learn and discover new acts and actions. In order to have good results in the proposed activities, there must be a harmony between physical condition, basic physical abilities and specific ones. Properly performed physical exercises develop the basic motor qualities (speed, dexterity, suppleness, endurance, strength) that are indispensable to our lives. The research methods used in the experiment were: the method of bibliographic study, the method of observation, the method of tests, the mathematical method as well as the graphic and tabular method. The purpose of this experimental study is based on identifying the motor level of seventh grade students and obtaining better results that lead to progress in order to increase the efficiency of the physical education lesson. Therefore, different means were applied to the experiment class, and the control class followed the school curriculum.

The empirical studies of reverse action of shockwave simulators on physical state of high school students (n-85) were organized in comparison with other physical means in order to heighten the interest of high school students in physical education and increase their physical activity. The studies were conducted in three classes in physical education lessons in the preparatory part, three times a week for 15 minutes, for six months. The first class was the control, the second one includes sports games, and the third – general development exercises with simulator «Udarnik». At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, 2 anthropometric indicators, 4 physiological indicators and 8 indicators of physical abilities were determined in high school students and how these indicators are affected by shockwave simulators in comparison with other means of physical training in six months. Almost all the physical qualities of high school students were low before the pedagogical experiment. After a six-month experiment, almost all indicators of students of experimental classes were significantly improved. According to state standarts, they have shown good and satisfactory results in both physical development and basic physical qualities with the exception of agility. The using of shockwave simulators «Udarnik» in physical education lessons heighten the interest of students in physical education. Such exercises reduce body weight, increase the functional adaptive capabilities of the cardiovascular system. They can also improve flexibility, speed, endurance, speed and power and also strength qualities of students. The results of the study can be useful for coaches and physical education teachers in primary and secondary general school.

The article reveals the features of the upbringing of the determination of senior pupils in the process of physical education. Therefore, we carried out a theoretical analysis of the studied category and found that decisiveness is a volitional quality of a person, a conscious desire, which consists in the urgency of realizing a set goal and ways to achieve it. The age characteristics of senior pupils in the process of physical education are analyzed and it is found that this age period is sensitive in terms of upbringing of determination. We also found that modern students in grades 10-11 lack interest in physical culture classes, which leads to defective physical and personal development, and the like. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the educational process depends on the use in institutions of general secondary education of a set of pedagogical conditions, content, types and methods (interactive) tested in practice, which are aimed at fostering the determination of high school students and other important personal qualities. The article considers that determination is one of the strong-willed qualities that are quite actively developed in the process of physical education and has an invaluable impact on high school, as it covers not only his physical sphere, but also spiritual and emotional. It is worth noting that in the process of physical culture during the study of exercises improves the physical abilities of the student and develops his moral and volitional qualities. It is established that senior school age is the most important period of development in a student's life. During this period, the morphological maturation of the organism ends and there are important changes in his personality, psychological and social maturation.
