Human resources are the most important asset in an organization, because it is the source that controls the organization and maintains and develops the organization in the face of various demands of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of servant leadership and organizational communication on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees. In this study used the method of census (total sampling) in determining the sample of 57 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis can be seen that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research was conducted at the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Indonesia Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample in this study were 50 people with porposional techniques. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data that is data obtained from the opinions of respondents through research questionnaires, and secondary data that is data obtained from the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang Data analysis techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. The results found that: 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian Putra University YPTK Padang lecturer; 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; and 4) Compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang with a contribution of 46% and the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pengembangan karier, beban kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen,  penyebaran kuesioner, serta studi literatur dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto, pengembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja, mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, career development, workload, work discipline on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Jeneponto Regency. Methods of data collection are through observation, documents, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies and data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency, career development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, workload, has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, work discipline, and has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Keraton Jimbaran Resort employees. The research design that will be used in this study is quantitative research. In this study, the population amounted to 148 employees with a sample of 108 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study was carried out with the Slovin approach. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results in this study are transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Based on the results of the questionnaire there are low results, namely the employees are less responsible for the company, the boss is less concerned about the subordinates, the leader does not pay attention to the rights of employees and each task is not done well due to lack of support from colleagues Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational justice, job satisfaction, employee organizational commitment

The sampling technique used was proportional incidental sampling with Slovin approach as the method of determining the sample, so the sample used was 63 people. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that compensation, environmental policy, and organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment of employees. It can be indicated that the better the compensation, the better the work environment and the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment of employees of PT. The absorption of the budget is a very important part in the Government's financial management both central government or local governments, it is  because the level of absorption of the budget can be used as an indicator of the extent of the commitment of the Government apparatus to manage the budget in accordance with the planning. Budgets which are absorbed based on planning will provide the maximum benefit to the good economy, is erabled encourage the improvement of welfare for the area which is one of the nation's national goal of Indonesia. This research was conducted in the Talaud Islands Regency with the purpose of analyzing the influence of planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment toward regional budget absorption rate either simultaneously or partial. This research uses 3 independent variables consist of Planning (X1), Human Resource Capacity (X2), Organizational Commitment (X3) the dependent variable is the Absorption Of The Budget (Y). Data analysis was endured by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that the planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment affect the absorption of the regional budget of Talaud Islands Regency Government. However, only partially significantly influence planning while the capacity of the human resources and the commitment do not significantly influence the absorption of budget. Multiple linear regression analysis results show the planning, human resource capacity and commitment of the organization have a positive effect to the absorption of the budget. While the results of the analysis show that the determination of the coefficient of 36.2% absorption rate is affected by the budget planning, capacity of human resources and organizational commitment onthe other hard 63.8% absorption rate is influenced by other variables which are not included in this research. Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both an institution or a company. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 95 respondents who were in the Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

This research aims to examine the effect of leadership style, quality of human resources, organizational commitment and internal control systems on the implementation of performance-based budgets. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Partially the variables of leadership style, organizational commitment and internal control systems each have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of performance-based budgets, while the quality of human resources has no effect on the implementation of performance-based budgets at BLU Hospitals throughout Sumbawa Island. Human resources are the main mover in a company. The key to the success of a company lies in human resources, namely as the initiator, energizer, creativity and their efforts to the organization on an ongoing basis. This research was conducted at PT. Central Santosa Finance Semarang Branch Field Collection Section with the aim to determine the effect of job stress, compensation, leadership and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The research sample consisted of 37 people using the census method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job stress, compensation, leadership, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahu dan meng-analisis pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen organisas dan independens terhadap kinerja auditor pada Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalu kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang diguna-kan adalah uj kualitas data, uj asums klasik, analisis regres linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetens mempunya pengaruh yang positif dan signi-fikan terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat. Komitmen Organisas mem-punya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat. Independens mempunya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat.  Hasil peng-ujian serempak maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi, komitmen organisasi, dan independens mempunya pengaruh secara serempak atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat. Dar hasil pengujian regres maka diketahu bahwa variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Inspektorat Provins Sulawes Barat adalah komitmen organisasi. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment and independence on auditor performance at the Inspectorate of West Sulawes Province. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and document reviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis, the results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate Office of West Sulawes Province. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the Inspectorate Office of West Sulawes Province. Independence has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance at the Inspectorate Office of West Sulawes Province. From the results of simultaneous testing, it can be concluded that competence, organizational commitment, and independence have a simultaneous or joint effect on the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate Office of West Sulawes Province. From the results of regression testing, it is known that the dominant variable affecting the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate Office of West Sulawes Province is organizational commitment.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.
