The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to the orphanage the importance of entrepreneurship, anything that can use as a business, how to make a product that will be manufacture and sold, as well as provide training and product marketing strategy generated. Educational entrepreneurship is a conscious effort to change a person's behavior. Educational activities are designed, organized, monitored, and evaluated to be able to achieve the goals set. Therefore, the implementation of education should give priority to dialogue and not as an object in this research conducted on orphans and orphans orphanage is located at Jl. Pajajaran Raya RT 003/005, Village Bencongan Beautiful, Housing III Karawaci. The method used in community service activities is to perform direct training and practice, in this training are given activities that include, presentation materials and practices make empek-empek culinary products presented by direct instructor skilled in the art. The implications of this community service activities are the need for product innovation and should think creatively to obtain products that are creative and innovative while remaining affordable and enjoyable.

Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. The results of the incense craftsman activity has been able to produce incense fragrance packaging with the Gunung Katu brand as a superior product, Gunung

The practice of field recognition (PPL) is one of the main educational activities at the Immigration Polytechnic. The Taruna annually will conduct this activity and can be placed anywhere throughout Indonesia. When implementing the field introduction practice Taruna is expected to apply the theory that in the learning process can be real as supporting the skills before plunging directly at the place of placement when already graduated. A taruna is not only demanded to be smart academically, the taruna formed a healthy attitude and mental to be a leader and a useful person in the future. As a community servant, the welfare and prosperity of society also became the responsibility of the cadets who would someday work with the government. One of the forms of caring for the community can be realized with the simple things like social service, Socialisai and other positive actions that can give positive influence to the community. Therefore, when implementing the field introduction practice the Taruna also conducts community devotion as a manifestation of taruna concern to the community and the environment around the area of work Unit field introduction

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan ini terciptanya produk dan bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang barang Handycraft misalkan tas dari kain percah, Skill dalam mengatur keuangan dibuktikan dengan serfikat pelatihan, Skill dalam menjual produk secara online dan dibuktikan dengan kepemilikan akun bisnis di social media sehinggan bisa mampu memberkan inovasi produk dan memperoleh konsumen yang lebih luas baik dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan Manajemen Aset Online, Inovasi Produk, Penjualan Online, Dan Handycraft serta pratik. Hasil dari kuisioner online atas pelaksanaan kegiatan abdimas menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta termotivasi untuk berwirausaha, 58% peserta memahami tentang inovasi produk, 100% peserta mengerti bagaimana membuat handycraft, dan 100% peserta mengerti dan memahami tentang promosi digital. Akantetapi, masih banyak yang kurang mengerti akan pengaplikasian manajemen keuangan online.Abstract:  The purpose of this activity is the creation of products and increasing knowledge about handicraft items such as bags made of woven cloth, skills in managing finances proven by training certificates, skills in selling products online and proven by ownership of business accounts in social media so that they can be able to provide product innovation and obtain product innovation wider consumers both domestically and abroad. The activities carried out in the form of training in Online Asset Management, Product Innovation, Online Sales, and Handicraft and practices. The results of the online questionnaire on the implementation of community service activities showed that 100% of participants were motivated to become entrepreneurs, 58% of participants understood about product innovation, 100% of participants understood how to make handicrafts, and 100% of participants understood and understood about digital promotion. However, there are still many who do not understand the application of online financial management.

The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge and skills in the optimization of social media as a means of product marketing for Tsaqofi Community. This activity has been done with the e-learning method through the utilization of the WhatsApp group. This activity was held for a month involving nine participants. After participating in this activity, participants have understood the benefit of social media to develop their business. Participants also have practiced the theory given, so that they felt the positive advantage of community service activities.

Problems that occur in clay craftsmen in Plancungan Village, Ngloning Village and Gombang Village, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency include lack of capital, lack of marketing networks and low product innovation, and lack of regeneration in this business. So as to overcome these problems is done by providing training and the formation of pre-cooperatives for the craftsmen. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of human resources and promote the existence of earthenware vessels. Community service activities are carried out by forming a pre-cooperative community in order to facilitate the availability of capital for craftsmen. In addition, there will also be some marketing training and training to increase product innovation so that it has added value and innovation that is in line with the needs of the times. Both of these trainings were carried out by marketing practitioners and from the industry department and cooperatives of Ponorogo Regency.

This activity aims to provide knowledge about the importance of understanding consumers in this new era because in the sales process in the era and the COVID-19 pandemic, consumer behavior will definitely change. Therefore, the activity with the theme "Strategy to attract consumers to buy UMKM products" is expected to be a solution for UMKM in which the material presented includes the characteristics of consumers and also how to techniques to make consumers feel like buying products produced by UMKM. it is still difficult to be able to market the products they produce and this affects the income level of UMKM actors. At the end of these community service activities, we evaluate by giving questionnaires with respondents to see the percentage of participants' satisfaction levels during community service activities and to measure quantitatively the percentage of influence and impact after completing the implementation of service activities Some of the strategies shared in this socialization are new methods that UMKM actors can use to adapt in the marketing era n new. And it is hoped that it can change the mindset of UMKM actors in making the right marketing strategy in order to increase sales.

Marketing strategy is very important in business processes. This process is the final process of a production. Community service activities are carried out in Kepunten Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo, East Java. This activity focused on providing effective marketing methods to overcome the crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic aimed at Pentol Kabul entrepreneurs and their partners. The number of participants was 15 people. The activity took place on June 29, 2020 until July 25, 2020. The dedication method used was in the form of socialization and discussion and sharing. Results achieved: Pentol Kabul entrepreneurs and their partners can use effective and efficient marketing strategies.abstrakStrategi pemasaran sangat penting dalam proses bisnis. Proses ini merupakan proses akhir dari suatu produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Kelurahan Kepunten, Kecamatan Tulangan, Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini berfokus kepada pembekalan cara pemasaran yang efektif dalam mengatasi krisis selama pandemi Covid-19 yang ditujukan kepada pengusaha Pentol Kabul beserta para mitranya. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang. Kegiatan berlangsung pada tanggal 29 Juni 2020 sampai dengan 25 Juli 2020. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi serta discussion and sharing. Hasil yang dicapai : pengusaha Pentol Kabul dan para mitranya dapat menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien.

ABSTRAKBirthing ball merupakan salah satu metode active  birth menggunakan bola pilates yang membantu ibu  inpartu kala I. Penggunaan bola pilates dengan melakukan gerakan seperti duduk dibola dan bergoyang-goyang, membuat kemajuan persalinan, memberikan rasa nyaman dan, serta  meningkatkan sekresi endoprin disebabkan kelenturan  dan kelengkungan bola merangsang reseptor dipanggul. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang birth ball. Metode yang digunakan antara lain ceramah/penyampaian materi menggunakan leaflet, praktikum atau pelatihan langsung kepada peserta serta tanya jawab guna mendukung pengetahuan ibu tentang terapi birthing ball. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian dibuktikan dengan keaktifan peserta dalam kegiatan ini, pelaksanaan kegiatan telah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu bersalin dalam mengurangi nyeri pada kala I persalinan, dapat mengelola rasa nyeri saat kontraksi dan ketidaknyaman ibu seperti rasa cemas berlebih dan mengelola pernafasan serta dapat mengurangi sakit punggung, sesak nafas. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat berdampak positif pada proses persalinan ibu yang lahir dengan normal atau pervaginam tanpa adanya intervensi dilakukan tindakan Sectio Caesaria. Kata kunci: birthing ball; nyeri kala I persalinan; ibu bersalin. ABSTRACTBirthing ball is one of the active birth methods using a pilates ball that helps pregnant women in the first stage. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and training about birth balls. The methods used include lectures/delivery of material using leaflets, practicum or direct training to participants and questions and answers to support mother's knowledge about birthing ball therapy. The results of the service activities are evidenced by the activeness of the participants in this activity, the implementation of the activities has been able to increase the knowledge of maternity mothers in reducing pain in the first stage of labor, can manage pain during contractions and maternal discomfort such as excessive anxiety and manage breathing and can reduce back pain, out of breath. The results of this activity have a very positive impact on the delivery process for mothers who are born normally or vaginally without any intervention by performing Sectio Caesaria. Keywords: birthing ball; pain in the first stage of labor; mother gave birth.

Smoked fish processing business in Wab Village still used traditional methods (fumigation open) and are household enterprises (micro-scale enterprises) can be seen from the aspect of production and management aspects. Two aspects of this raise the priority issues faced by partners namely: how the fish correct fumigation techniques? What forms fumigation appropriate tool? How to manage capital and production business properly? How do I do the recording business activities in the notebook business correctly? And how to sell or market products correctly? Through methods of participatory rural appraisal, fisheries extension method, and the method pretest-posttest control group design, the implementation of community service activities carried out as a priority the settlement solution problem by doing: 1) Initial extension of community service activities; 2) Extension of heat curing, heat curing tool making appropriate, and the use of heat curing; 3) Counseling on capital management and production; 4) Extension of book production business records; and 5) Counseling about pricing, promotion, and strategy for dealing with the business of competition. So the outcome reached was contained fish products and marine worms (increasingly) the smoke as much as 25 / week; there are two tools used fumigation partners; there were five notebooks submitted to partners and capable of recording the three notebooks (book purchases, sales, and profit/loss); and 50 fish and marine worms (increasingly) smoke marketed in Wab Village.
