The rapid spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia led the government to impose physical distancing and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) resulting in declining sales activity. One of the business groups affected by Covid-19 is the Fish Farming Group "Mujur Fish Farm". This devotion aims to foster the mindset and spirit of entrepreneurs, as well as increase knowledge related to the right steps so that products can be sold. The implementation method uses Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by involving the local community. The stage of implementation is through the stage of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation, and assessment stages. The achievement of this activity is that group members know how to build an entrepreneur mindset in the Covid-19 pandemic by staying positive and creative.  The rapid spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia led the government to impose physical distancing and Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) resulting in declining sales activity. This service aims to increase women's awareness and capacity in managing the function of an economy-based mosque through Zakat, Infak, Shodaqoh, and Waqf (Ziswaf) funds. This departs from the fact in the community around the assisted mosque that in every majlis of women-based religious activities there is an economic sector that is built and developed with a savings and loan cooperative system. especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, the community's need for social institutions like this is very high, this can be seen from the number of borrowers at one of the women's ta'lim majlis which has increased sharply. Therefore, it is important to help increase their role and capacity, in the process of social change and improving people's welfare. Thus, institutionally mosques and mosque congregations as a community of the nation-state can contribute optimally in the national development process. The ability to master mosque empowerment strategies by developing zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqaf (ZISWAF) instruments is important to be mastered by mosque welfare officials and women driving economic activity in majlis ta'lim. The method applied in this program is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which prioritizes critical dialogue using object/community-based disclosure, to obtain a real perspective in the minds of the target object and at the same time fulfil the paradigmatic alignment as mentioned above. The approach taken in this program is a social entrepreneurship approach, which combines increasing the value of resources economically and streamlining social goals and missions. This approach aims to improve social aspects, as well as implement strategies that are integrated between social and economic aspects.

The community empowerment program is an activity that aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of the community in utilizing the existing potential. The level of understanding and knowledge of the community in Bahbutong Village is still limited in carrying out activities to utilize the potential of the village, this is related to the not optimal community empowerment efforts carried out. One of the potentials that can be pursued and reprocessed so as to get direct benefits that can be felt by the village community is tea leaves. So far, people only know that tea leaves are only for food and drink, so they have not been able to make a big contribution to the village economy. Utilization of tea leaves in Bahbutong Village can be an effort to improve the village economy through community empowerment activities carried out by the village government. The tea leaves in question are unused leaves or leftovers from tea plantations in Bahbutong Village. The method used in this research is the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method. The results obtained in this study are new innovations in the use of tea leaves, namely the manufacture of tea aromatherapy candles that can provide relaxation for breathing and can also optimize community empowerment programs so that the village economy can increase

Abstract Fresh taro and its processed products have been produced in Bogor for decades. It has become a popular commodity from this city and evoked an image of Bogor. The essential component of this issue is the sustainability of taro farming, and farmers are the major preserver who has primary decision-making in agricultural management. It assumes there were unusual agricultural practices that promote the long-term viability of taro cultivation. Farmers’ consideration of taro cultivation and their on-farm activities were observed, and the impacted-on sustainability was studied. We surveyed 30 taro farmers in 8 districts Bogor with a rapid rural appraisal and field observation to validate the obtained data and plant diversity analysis. The result showed that taro has provided more income for farmers, and they prefer an intercropping approach in taro farming. Seed availability was the main consideration of farmers in cultivating this plant consistently for a long time. The seed rotation by seed sharing between farmer’s communities was the mechanism of seed exchange and spread of taro cultivars. There was also found the diversity of taro that divided into three groups similarities and simply to distinguish by the plant stature, color of petioles and corms cross-section.

Up to now, native chickens have been mostly reared traditionally, with a feeding system that does not take into account the needs of the livestock. The purpose of community service is to provide advice on the rearing system and feed management for native chickens, as well as information on feed formulations. Community service activities are carried out in Margomulyo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, using the Participation Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, with active participation from smallholder farmers. Farmers' increased knowledge, among other things, better understands the intensive native chicken rearing system, the potential of local feed resources, and the needs of livestock and how to formulate rations for native chickens.
