Marketing strategy is very important in business processes. This process is the final process of a production. Community service activities are carried out in Kepunten Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo, East Java. This activity focused on providing effective marketing methods to overcome the crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic aimed at Pentol Kabul entrepreneurs and their partners. The number of participants was 15 people. The activity took place on June 29, 2020 until July 25, 2020. The dedication method used was in the form of socialization and discussion and sharing. Results achieved: Pentol Kabul entrepreneurs and their partners can use effective and efficient marketing strategies.abstrakStrategi pemasaran sangat penting dalam proses bisnis. Proses ini merupakan proses akhir dari suatu produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Kelurahan Kepunten, Kecamatan Tulangan, Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini berfokus kepada pembekalan cara pemasaran yang efektif dalam mengatasi krisis selama pandemi Covid-19 yang ditujukan kepada pengusaha Pentol Kabul beserta para mitranya. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang. Kegiatan berlangsung pada tanggal 29 Juni 2020 sampai dengan 25 Juli 2020. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi serta discussion and sharing. Hasil yang dicapai : pengusaha Pentol Kabul dan para mitranya dapat menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien.

Marketing strategy is very important in business processes. This process is the final process of a production. Community service activities are carried out in the rice fields of Ciputat sub-district, South Tangerang, West Java. This activity focuses on empowering orphanage students, especially in the provision of effective marketing methods, it is hoped that pondok students have an interest in entrepreneurship. The number of participants was 26 children. The activity will take place from the beginning of December 2019 until March 2020. The implementation method is used with counseling, mentoring and program evaluation. Achieved results: students can independently market products according to target sale, students know the market share, and can use online marketing.

Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the importance of understanding consumers in this new era because in the sales process in the era and the COVID-19 pandemic, consumer behavior will definitely change. Therefore, the activity with the theme "Strategy to attract consumers to buy UMKM products" is expected to be a solution for UMKM in which the material presented includes the characteristics of consumers and also how to techniques to make consumers feel like buying products produced by UMKM. it is still difficult to be able to market the products they produce and this affects the income level of UMKM actors. At the end of these community service activities, we evaluate by giving questionnaires with respondents to see the percentage of participants' satisfaction levels during community service activities and to measure quantitatively the percentage of influence and impact after completing the implementation of service activities Some of the strategies shared in this socialization are new methods that UMKM actors can use to adapt in the marketing era n new. And it is hoped that it can change the mindset of UMKM actors in making the right marketing strategy in order to increase sales.

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to the orphanage the importance of entrepreneurship, anything that can use as a business, how to make a product that will be manufacture and sold, as well as provide training and product marketing strategy generated. Educational entrepreneurship is a conscious effort to change a person's behavior. Educational activities are designed, organized, monitored, and evaluated to be able to achieve the goals set. Therefore, the implementation of education should give priority to dialogue and not as an object in this research conducted on orphans and orphans orphanage is located at Jl. Pajajaran Raya RT 003/005, Village Bencongan Beautiful, Housing III Karawaci. The method used in community service activities is to perform direct training and practice, in this training are given activities that include, presentation materials and practices make empek-empek culinary products presented by direct instructor skilled in the art. Smoked fish processing business in Wab Village still used traditional methods (fumigation open) and are household enterprises (micro-scale enterprises) can be seen from the aspect of production and management aspects. Two aspects of this raise the priority issues faced by partners namely: how the fish correct fumigation techniques? What forms fumigation appropriate tool? How to manage capital and production business properly? How do I do the recording business activities in the notebook business correctly? And how to sell or market products correctly? Through methods of participatory rural appraisal, fisheries extension method, and the method pretest-posttest control group design, the implementation of community service activities carried out as a priority the settlement solution problem by doing: 1) Initial extension of community service activities; 2) Extension of heat curing, heat curing tool making appropriate, and the use of heat curing; 3) Counseling on capital management and production; 4) Extension of book production business records; and 5) Counseling about pricing, promotion, and strategy for dealing with the business of competition. So the outcome reached was contained fish products and marine worms (increasingly) the smoke as much as 25 / week; there are two tools used fumigation partners; there were five notebooks submitted to partners and capable of recording the three notebooks (book purchases, sales, and profit/loss); and 50 fish and marine worms (increasingly) smoke marketed in Wab Village.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. Dismenore muncul dengan berbagai jenis rasa nyeri,sepeti sakit yang teramat sangat, berdenyut, mual, nyeri seperti terbakar, atau sakit yang sangat menusuk.Dismenore bisa mendahului menstruasi dengan beberapa hari atau mungkin menyertainya, dan biasanya berkurang hingga akhir menstruasi. Dismenore bisa hidup berdampingan dengan kehilangan darah berlebihan berat, yang dikenal sebagai menorrhagia. Dalam keadaan yang normal, nyeri haid hanya membuat wanita merasa sakit dan tidak nyaman. Tetapi dalam keadaan yang parah, nyeri haid ini bisa membuat wanita tidak dapat bekerja dan harus beristirahat, nyeri sering bersamaan dengan rasa mual, sakit kepala, perasaan mau pingsan dan lekas marah..Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengetahui dan memahami tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore sehingga tidak mengganggu aktivitas selama pembelajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dua kali yaitu pertemuan pertama dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang upaya cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. pertemuan kedua dengan demonstrasi cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore. Kata kunci: disminore; menstruasi; remaja putri EFFORTS HOW TO OVERCOME DISMINORE IN PRINCESS ADOLESCENTS ABSTRACT Dysmenorrhea presents with various types of pain, such as extreme pain, throbbing, nausea, burning pain, or very sharp pain. Dysmenorrhea can precede menstruation by several days or may accompany it, and usually decreases until the end of menstruation. Dysmenorrhea can coexist with heavy excessive blood loss, known as menorrhagia. Under normal circumstances, menstrual pain only makes women feel sick and uncomfortable. But in severe conditions, menstrual pain can make a woman unable to work and must rest, pain often coincides with nausea, headaches, feelings of fainting and irritability. The purpose of community service activities is to know and understand menstrual pain/ disminore as well as knowing and understanding how to manage menstrual pain / disminore so that it does not interfere with activities during learning at school. Activities carried out twice, namely the first meeting by providing counseling about efforts to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents. The second meeting with a demonstration of how to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents. The results of devotion show that there is an increase in knowledge about menstrual pain/ disminore and knowing and understanding how to manage menstrual pain / disminore.
