Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis  variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berhubungan  signifikan  dengan  Kepuasan bagi awak kapal  pada  PT. FOC Indonesia,  untuk  menganalisis Kompensasi berhubungan  signifikan  dengan  Kepuasan bagi awak kapal  pada  PT. FOC Indonesia, dan untuk  menganalisis variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama berhubungan  signifikan  dengan  Kepuasan bagi awak kapal  pada  PT. FOC Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. FOC Indonesia Jakarta, dengan mengadakan metode Kuantitatif yang dikenal dengan metode explanatory research. Adapun populasi penelitiannya adalah 146 orang anak buah kapal PT. FOC Indonesia Jakarta. Jumlah sampel penelitian diambil simple random sampling sebanyak 60 orang. Data dihimpun melalui instrument dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan model likert scale dengan menggunakan skala lima yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah Kepuasan Awak Kapal PT. FOC Indonesia Jakarta  dapat diwujudkan dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada awak kapal dan memberikan kompensasi yang baik kepada para awak kapal sehingga perusahaan pengawakan dapat memenangkan persaingan pada pasar perekrutan awak kapal.

Tinanggea and Palangga subdistricts of South Konawe Regency have many cattle farmers and relatively more populations than other livestock. The research aims to find out the motivation of farmers in raising bali cattle in Tinanggea and Palangga subdistricts in June - July 2020. Sub-districts and villages were determined by purposive sampling based on the largest number of livestock, while respondents selected as many as 60 farmers in simple random sampling. Furthermore, the data obtained is analyzed using The Likert scale and explained derpively. The results showed a strong reason farmers keep Balinese cattle because of economic motivation (68.8%), entertainment motivation (56%), environmental motivation (36%), and (4) social status motivation (22%).

This purpose of research to see about discipline student coaching by the team of Gerakan Disiplin Sekolah in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population of the research was 899 students taken from the population using The Simple Random Sampling Technique. The total number of samples for this research was 90. The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. The based on the research (1) discipline student coaching from giving an example by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (2) discipline student coaching from giving punishment by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (3) discipline student coaching from giving motivation by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (4) discipline student coaching from supervision by team GDS to student is in a good enough category.

Eco-friendly behavior conceptualized as altruistic behavior is a response that gives positive feeling and gives positive impact to the environment. Altruistic behavior does not come from nothing, instead it comes through knowledge that a person possesses, experience, and so on. This study aims to obtain information about the influence of knowledge of basic ecological concepts on altruistic behavior towards the environment. This study used survey method with correlational techniques through quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were students of Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia, who were selected through simple random sampling. The data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data then analyzed using correlation regression, while regression significance and linearity were analyzed using ANAVA test. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between knowledge of basic ecological concepts with altruistic behavior towards the environment. In other words, the better the knowledge of basic ecological concepts, the higher their altruistic behavior will be.

 This study aimed to determine the performance of Multipurpose Business Cooperatives of Sumber Rejeki according to the perception of cooperative management and member. Determination of respondents was by simple random sampling. The number of respondents was 42 respondents. Samples consisted 9 members of board and 33 members who are still active. Data were collected by direct observation and interviews with respondents. Data were analyzed using the Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, the performance of Multipurpose Business-Cooperative of Sumber Rejeki in Karya Bhakti Village, Muara Wahau Subdistrict, East Kutai District, based on the perception of board was in the good category with a total score of 313 with an average of 34.78. Performance of Multipurpose Business Cooperative of Sumber Rejeki in Karya Bhakti Village, Muara Wahau District based on the perception of members are in the good category with a total score of 1,290 with an average of 39.09. So as a whole performance Cooperative of Sumber Rejeki in the Village of Karya Bhakti belonging to the category of good.

The objectives of this study are to find out the profit, the farmers’ perception, the farmers’ interest of industrial cassava farmers, and to analyze factors affecting of the farmers’ interest for the industrial cassava. The locations of this study are chosen purposively in Sukadana and Rajabasa Batanghari Villages, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The number of respondents were 64 farmers selected using simple random sampling method. The data were collected in September - October 2018. The profit is analyzed descriptively, the farmers’ perception is analyzed using the Likert Scale, and the factors affecting farmers’ interest are analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results of this study showed that the profit was IDR10,355,938.25 per hectare. The farmers’ perception of the industrial cassava farming was easy because of its the easiness of cultivation, the reliability of market, the availability of the agricultural extension, and the fulfillment for the farmers’ needs. The farmers’ interest in cassava farming was low. The factors affecting the farmers’ interest in cassava farming were the planting area and the price of the cassava.Key words: agriculture, cassava farmers, interests, perception

This study aims to determine the benefits of teaching materials in the form of comics as social studies learning in geography content. The method used is descriptive method. The population in this study were students of SMPN 62 Jakarta and the research sample was students of class VII.5 totaling 37 students. The analysis technique in this study used an online questionnaire with a Likert scale and a gain test that was conducted to determine the level or magnitude of the influence of the use / utilization of comic media. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The results of the study were based on validation by comics experts and material experts which were declared fit for use as teaching materials in the social studies learning process with geographic content. The influence of the use of comics in social studies learning with geographic content can be seen from calculations through the gain test and the Likert scale. The results of the pretest and posttest which show the high category, namely 0.8 in the calculation of the gain test. Furthermore, through the calculation of the Likert scale, the percentage of respondents' answers shows that 80% is in the feasible category.

The phenomenon that occurs today is the dissatisfaction of customers of PT. Asri Pancawarna / APW, became the basis or purpose of this study. This study aims to determine the content of relation (X1) and product quality (X2), either partially or simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y).In order to achieve the objectives of the study, this study used questionnaire instruments developed and arranged in Likert Scale. The sample in this study was taken with simple random sampling amount of 67. While the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression.The results showed that Marketing Relationship Against Customer Satisfaction, as well as Product Quality of Customer Density Properties. Marketing Relation Variables and Product Quality can cause 98.2% of Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was look for information about classroom management of lectures on Administration and Supervision of Education in Universitas Negeri Padang. This is a descriptive research. The population is 1055 students and, the sample is 148 college students. That was taken by propotional simple random sampling. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of this research show that classsroom management of lectures on Administration and supervision of education in Universitas Negeri Padang is good enough with scores 3,51.
