Person to organization fit and person to the job fit are considered among many other factors that affect employment outcomes during employee selection process. There is a consensus to a large extent, that both of them as candidate’s qualities have great positive influence and affect recruiters, personnel managers and employers’ decisions, and respectively hiring results. This study aims to assess the level of influence of employee candidates’ qualities of Person-to-Organization fit and Person-to-the Job fit, and their relative affect in recruiters’ hiring decisions on staff selection through interview process. The study also aims to explore if there is a significant difference between the effects that these factors have on hireability-selectability of candidates. The significance of candidate’s Person to Organization Fit and Person to the Job Fit were measured according to three choices of recruiter’s decisions during interview, which were more specifically the possibility to hire them, the possibility to consider them as suitable for the position they applied for, and the possibility of giving them a second chance for another interview. These three measures were consolidated in one indicator with the term hireability-eligibility which has been tested for reliability using Cronbach’s alpha. A field study has been conducted in order to research the importance and relative influence of candidates’ person to organization fit and person to the job fit as well, in recruiters’ hiring decisions, during interview selection process. Findings reveal that both of these candidates’ attributes, Person to Organization fit and Person to the Job fit, have significant effects on recruiters’ decisions and selection outcomes, regarding the hireabilty, eligibility index when they are assessed separately, using simple regression analysis. However, when they are combined in a multiple regression analysis model, only Person to Organization fit has a significant effect on recruiters, employers’ decisions.

Self confidence, self esteem and self efficacy are widely common terms in job search effectiveness according to literature. There is a consensus in a large extent that candidates’ self confidence during interview process has significant influence and affects recruiters’ decisions and respectively hiring results. This study aims to search the significance of employee candidates’ self confidence and its relative impact in recruiters, employers, hiring decisions during employment interview. For this purpose, an empirical research has been conducted in order to explore the importance and relative impact of candidates’ self-confidence in a sample of two hundred and sixty recruiters’, personnel managers’ and employers in Greece about the impact of candidates’ self confidence, might have in their hiring decisions, during interview selection process. The significance of candidates self confidence was measured according to three specific dimensions of the recruiters decisions, which were in particular, the possibility of hiring them, the possibility of consider them as suitable for the position they applied for, and thirdly for the possibility of giving them a chance for a second interview. The three measures were analysed each one individually, and then unified in one, with the term hireability- sellectability. The new index has been tested for cronbach’s alpha measure of reliability, taking high acceptant value. Results show that employee candidates’ self confidence has significant influence and affect recruiters’ decisions and selection outcomes regarding this index. There is also significant impact of candidate’s self confidence, in all three of interviewers’ decisions options as in particular, to hire the candidates, to consider them suitable for the position and to invite them in a second interview.

This paper takes wine quality evaluation as the research object, establishes the analysis and evaluation model of wine quality, and explores the influence of physical with chemical indicators of wine grapes and wine on the wine quality. Firstly, the Mann-Whitney U test is used to analyze the wine evaluation results of the two wine tasters, and it is found that the significant difference between the two is small. Then this paper uses the Cronbach Alpha coefficient method to analyze the credibility of the two groups of data. It is found that the credibility of the first group of wine scores is significantly greater than that of the second group and the white wine scores are more reliable than the red wine. Therefore, the first set of data and white wine can be applied for follow-up studies. Next, the principal component analysis is used to extract the main indicators and calculate the factor coefficients as the Ward method in cluster analysis is used to classify the wine into four grades according to the quality score of the wine. Then, based on the extracted principal components that is physical with chemical indicators, this paper does the multiple linear regression analysis of wine quality, and takes the influence of aromatic substances on the aroma of wine in physical with chemical indicators as an example. Regression analysis shows that there is a positive correlation linear relationship between the scores of the aroma of wine and C2H6O, C6H12O2, C3H8O, C11H24, C7H12O2, C5H10O2 and C10H16. It can be judged that the aromatic substances in the wine such as C2H6O have a regular influence on the odor of the wine, and it is inferred that other physical and chemical properties have a similar regular relationship with the wine quality. This provides an effective reference for the analysis and evaluation of wine quality by using physical with chemical indicators such as aromatic substances in wine in the future.

This study aims to: (1) know the description of the competence of the supervisor of madrasah (2) know the description of the compliance adherence level of the madrasah supervisor (3) know the performance of the madrasah supervisor on the madrasah and (4) develop the Supervisor’s competency of madrasah by adding competence of Islamic education in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. This research is a comparative causal research (Causal-Comparative Research) with the unit of analysis studied is the supervisor of madrasah located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. This study included research survey using questionnaire and in-depth interview with a total sample of 150 madrasah supervisors. The test equipment used in this study uses the classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The method of data analysis used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that based on the result of path analysis can be obtained the effect of inter-variables as follows: there is a positive influence of supervisor's compliance and competence to supervisor's performance.

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of credit on profitability at PT. BPD of West Sumatra. Especially during the last 5 years (2007-2011). The problem in this study is whether the credit effect on profitability ratios using measuring devices Return On Investment (ROI) and Return On Equity (ROE). To analyze the data used correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and simple regression analysis. From the results of research conducted indicates that credit has positive influence on the measuring instrument ROI. From the results of regression testing obtained significant value of 0.036. This means a significant difference between the provision of credit to the ROI because of the significant value below the significance level (α)=0.05. The extension of credit has a significant influence on ROE. Based on test results obtained significant regression of 0.007. This means a significant difference between the provision of credit to the return on equity because of the significant value is below the real level (α)= 0.05. From the research results are also obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination (r2)=0.203 which means that 20.3% ROI which can be explained by the provision of credit and the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors. As for the ROE coefficient of determination (r2)=0.594 which means that 59.4% ROE can be explained by the provision of credit and the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors .

This paper aims to investigate the management of village fund in Wukirsari village and second, to analyze the influence of village fund towards the achievement of welfare of society in this village based on Mashlahah concept. The method used mixed method with Concurrent Triangulation model by combining equally between qualitative and quantitative method. The collecting data uses interview and questionnaire. the conclusion are; first, the management of village fund is established on annually program of development, while the implementation is managed by a teamwork of village development consists of government and society. All of development activities are completely controlled by the Head of Village and the Monitoring team. Second, the analysis shown that village fund has a positive influence toward welfare. The result of t test that analyzed by simple regression analysis concluded the value of village fund coefficient is 10,739 and t table is 1,661. It shows that tarithmetic > ttable (10,739 > 1,661). Coefficient determination value shows the result of adjusted R Square is 0.538 means that village fund variable (X) has 53,8% significance influence towards Mashlahah of society.
