This study was conducted to determine the effect of credit on profitability at PT. BPD of West Sumatra. Especially during the last 5 years (2007-2011). The problem in this study is whether the credit effect on profitability ratios using measuring devices Return On Investment (ROI) and Return On Equity (ROE). To analyze the data used correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and simple regression analysis. From the results of research conducted indicates that credit has positive influence on the measuring instrument ROI. From the results of regression testing obtained significant value of 0.036. This means a significant difference between the provision of credit to the ROI because of the significant value below the significance level (α)=0.05. The extension of credit has a significant influence on ROE. Based on test results obtained significant regression of 0.007. This means a significant difference between the provision of credit to the return on equity because of the significant value is below the real level (α)= 0.05. From the research results are also obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination (r2)=0.203 which means that 20.3% ROI which can be explained by the provision of credit and the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors. As for the ROE coefficient of determination (r2)=0.594 which means that 59.4% ROE can be explained by the provision of credit and the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors .

The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This research is based on the Effect of Leadership and Communication Style on Organizational Performance. Taking the Object of Research at the Study Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Jembrana Bali State Polytechnic (Pilot Academy of the Jembrana Country Community). The purpose of this study is to find out more about leadership style, communication and organizational performance Problem formulation: whether leadership style and communication affect organizational performance. The theoretical foundation in research uses the Management Document. Methodology: Papulation and sampling with 35 respondents, using a questionnaire list and tabulated then analyzed by multiple regression using SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis of Leadership Style yield: t count of 9.185 and significance of 0.000. t count 9.185 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Communication produces t count of -1.922 and significance of 0.064. t count -1.922 t table whose value is 1.69 with a significance level of 0.736 0.05. Hypothesis is accepted with t count 7.263 t table 0.736, then the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive influence between Leadership Style and Communication on Organizational Performance. The implications of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) obtained by 75.4% indicate that the Leadership and Communication Style of organizational performance 75.4% and as much as 24.6% Leadership Style and Communication are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Cultural Organization and Commitment to the Teacher Performance at SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar amounted to 64 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is Ŷ = 68,710 + 0,715X1 + 0,914X2 means there is a positive influence between cultural organization and commitment on teacher performance. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,672. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low employee performance 45,2% and the remaining 54,8% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the cultural organization and commitment applied SMK GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (25,170) > fhitung (3,15) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Survey methods are used to determine the effect of pricing policy implementation (X1), quality of service (X2), and customer loyalty (Y) on PT. Garuda Indonesia, for Jakarta-Surabaya route in 2014. With a population of 773 154 passengers and a sample of 400 respondents, the data is obtained through questionnaires using Likert scale. With a simple and multiple linear regression analyses, simple and partial correlation, with significance level at α = 0.05, it was found that, first, there is a positive relationship between pricing policy and customer loyalty. The variation that occurs in customer loyalty is determined by pricing policy. Secondly, there is a positive relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The variation that occurs in customer loyalty is determined by service quality. Third, there is a positive influence of pricing policy and service quality on customer loyalty with the coefficient of determination ry1.22 = 0.354, so 35.4% variation happening to customer loyalty is determined simultaneously by pricing policy and service quality. The implication proves that customer loyalty can be enhanced by improving the pricing policy and service quality.

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio on stock price of companies  listed  in  LQ45  index  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (BEI).  Profitability ratios here in include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),  and Eearning Per Share  (EPS). This study  was conducted to assess the financial performance of the company to generate earnings from an investment.This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the companies included in the LQ45 index from  2010-2013 amounting to 78. The total sample is 16 companies  belonging  to  and  representing  several  sectors  including  the  financial sector companies, automotive, property, plantation, infrastructure, mining, industrial cement, as well as the consumer goods  industry are consistently incorporated in the four observation period 2010-2013 in LQ45 index that has been determined through purposive  sampling  method.  Method  of  hypothesis  testing  using  Classical Assumption  Test,  Regression,  t  test,  F  test,  and  the  coefficient  of  determination  by alpha (α) of 5%.Regression analysis showed that in partial Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly influence the stock price while the variable Eearning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously  all  variables  Net  Profit  Margin  (NPM),  Return  on  Assets  (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock price. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of  0.899, which means that the independent variable Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable stock price by 89,9%, while the remaining 10.1 % is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit. Benefits of Research: Provide information material to the management of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi Kopdit about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale and For other researchers it can be used as a reference in conducting studies or research with the same subject matter as well as input for interested parties directly with this research. The number of samples was 96 respondents, the method of collecting data was through questionnaires and documentation, the variables studied were about the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale at the Cooperative Unit of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi partially and simultaneously on work morale and data analysis methods with multiple regression. The results showed the linear regression equation: Linear regression equation: SK = 0.558 + 0.797Kom + 0.448LK., indicating the regression coefficient of the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK), which was positive, meaning that all variables had a positive influence on work morale. The correlation coefficient (R) = 0.886, which means that the relationship between the compensation variable (Kom) and the work environment (LK) on work morale is very strong. The coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785 means that the variable compensation (Kom) and work environment (LK) is able to explain 78.5% of work morale, while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The calculated t value of the compensation variable = 6.871 and the work environment = 3.273 > t table which shows a significance number of 0.000 < 0.05, then the two variables have a partially significant effect on work morale. The calculated F value = 83.058 > F table with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the compensation variable (Kom) and work environment (LK) have a significant effect simultaneously on work morale. Based on the conclusion above, it is better if the Cooperative of CU Mandiri Tebing Tinggi needs to increase the compensation provided and the work environment to encourage employee morale so as to create job satisfaction. , Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.785, it means that compensation and work environment variables are able to explain 78.5% of work spirit while 21.5% is influenced by other factors. Other factors that affect morale should be investigated from the internal and external environment.

Background: Hand tremor is one of the consequences of MS disease degrading quality of patient’s life. Recently DBS is used as a prominent treatment to reduce this effect. Evaluation of this approach has significant importance because of the prevalence rate of disease.Objective: The purpose of this study was the nonlinear analysis of tremor signal in order to evaluate the quantitative effect of DBS on reducing MS tremor and differentiating between them using pattern recognition algorithms.Material and Methods:In this paper, nine features were extracted from the tremor signal. Through statistical analysis, the significance level of each feature was examined. Finally, tremor signals were categorized by SVM, weighted KNN and NN classifiers. The performance of methods was compared with an ROC graph.Results:The results have demonstrated that dominant frequency, maximum amplitude and energy of the first IMF, deviation of the direct path, sample entropy and fuzzy entropy have the potential to create a significant difference between the tremor signals. The classification accuracy rate of tremor signals in three groups for Weighted KNN, NN and SVM with Gaussian and Quadratic kernels resulted in 95.1%, 93.2%, 91.3% and 88.3%, respectively.conclusion: Generally, nonlinear and nonstationary analyses have a high potential for a quantitative and objective measure of MS tremor. Weighted KNN has shown the best performance of classification with the accuracy of more than 95%. It has been indicated that DBS has a positive influence on reducing the MS tremor. Therefore, DBS can be used in the objective improvement of tremor in MS patients.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTThis research is classified into a correlational research which consists of one independent variable, Motivation (X) with one dependent variable, Organization Commitment (Y). The hypothesis of the research is: There is a positive correlation  between motivation and organization commitment. This research was conducted in Cipayung, Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The population of 104 teacher, and randomly selected as sample 82 teachers. The method of collecting research data in the field uses the survey method while the statistical method of data analysis uses correlation analysis techniques, simple regression analysis. Hypothesis measurement is taken both at the significance level α = 0.05 and at the significance level α = 0.01. Based on the calculation results, the research results are obtained: there is a very significant positive relationship between Motivation with organization commitment with the regression equation that is Ŷ = 96.16 + 0.36X, the correlation coefficient (ry) of 0.411, and the coefficient of determination (ry2) of 0.169 or 16.9. Based on the above calculation results, it can be concluded that motivation can be increased through organization commitment
