The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of individual innovation and emotional intelligence levels on organizational behavior of the participants working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. The study group of the research consists of 77 female (38.7%) and 122 male (61.3%) participants working in the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. As a data collection tool in the research; Individual Innovation, Emotional Intelligence and Positive Organizational Behavior Scales were used. The participants drew a high level of innovative profile; It can be stated that he has an above-average level of emotional intelligence and organizational behavior. According to the results of the research; A significant, positive and moderate relationship was found between individual innovation, emotional intelligence and organizational behavior. In addition; It can be said that 53% of organizational behavior is explained by individual innovation and emotional intelligence characteristics.

The work addresses the problems in the field of organizational behavioral science and explores the emotional intelligence and spiritual leadership. The aim of this study is to understand the essence of emotional intelligence and spiritual leadership and their impact on organizational success, employee behavior, labor productivity, employees’ jobs performance. The epistemological view of this study is subjective interpretivism and ontology, as the views, experiences, and behaviors of the participant in contextual social events are gathered to evaluate the results and draw conclusions. The research strategy is a case study, stratified sampling will be used for the data collection phase. The primary data are obtained from the qualitative data collection techniques such as the semi-structured interviews, observation and MSCEIT test. Additionally, there is highlighted how the role of emotional stability, social skills and general mental capabilities play in employees’ job performance as compared to IQ. This will emphasize the relationship between the emotional intelligence and job performance within different business sectors. Moreover, spiritual leadership is not something usually managers tend to utilize within their practice. This study will emphasize the importance of spiritual leadership mixed with high levels of emotional intelligence. Based on the findings, this research will suggest a new strategy for creating policies that will set employees on a path to reach their full potential in the organization. Finally, the findings are supposed to shed a light on the effect of emotional intelligence and leadership’s ability to increase overall productivity despite a person’s IQ and academic capabilities. Nowadays, almost all sectors especially service ones are aware of the fact that the presence of employees who have high level of emotional intelligence and innovative work behaviors is crucial so as to perform efficiently and productively. Since customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are the main primacy for the banking sector, they need to keep up with all kinds of changes and developments to resist and gain advantages over their competitors subject to the highly increase of competition worldwide.  The main reason of applying this study on the banking sector is its dynamic structure that has been changed both positively and negatively owing to the economic crisis. In connection with this, it is aimed to present the importance of emotional intelligence and innovative work behaviors on the success of banking sector through the analysis of two variables in terms of their relationship between each other. Additionally, it is intended for setting forth the differences of state-owned and private banks in terms of the level of emotional intelligence and innovative work behaviors. As a data collection tool, questionnaire technique has been used. It has been benefited from the emotional intelligence scale developed by Wong and Law to obtain the data related to emotional intelligence level; and the innovative work behaviors scale developed by Janssen to obtain the data related to innovative work behaviors. The findings obtained from the questionnaire were applied to 332 employees in Turkish banking sector.

The aim of this research is to determine the reasons for academic jealousy experienced in universities and to reveal possible solutions to reduce academic jealousy. This research has been carried out in the framework of the qualitative research approach. The study group of this research consists of 8 academicians working at xxx University for the 2020-2021 education year. A semi-structured interview form has been used as a data collection tool in the research. Academicians’ perceptions of academic jealousy are defined under two headings as individual jealousy and institutional jealousy. The participants’ thoughts on the causes of academic jealousy are incompetence, inner failure, competition, and personal reasons. To reduce academic jealousy, the participants have offered the following solutions: policy-science culture, encouragement-cooperation, primary school education, competence, and sanction. The researchers have concluded that unless academic jealousy ends up or reduce, universities will lose high-quality academicians as time goes by.

The objective of this study is to explore and interpret Kurt Schwitters’ outside-the-surface Merzbau works in terms of form-meaning relationship. The study was carried on according to hermeneutic model. Documents were used as data collection tool. The study group consists of Merzbau works by Kurt Schwitters. It has been found out by the data obtained that the Merzbau works the artist made in Hannover, Germany and Norway were destroyed, and that his work in England, which he started making in 1947, is his only Merzbau work that survives until today. In the study, analyses were made based on the photographs left from the works and correlations were made with other artists’ works produced at the time. It has been observed that Schwitters composed his works by assembling trashes and found objects to which he assigned his own meaning. It has been seen that this resembles Cabinet of Curiosities in Renaissance. By placing his Merz works on a space, Schwitters transformed them into installations. Therefore, it has been found out that there is a connection between V. Tatlin’s corner counter-reliefs and his transforming the object into an artwork by isolating its worldly task. It has also been observed that the artist influenced Art Povera with the materials he used. It has been stated that throughout his lifetime, some additions could be made on Merzbau works that he created on the basis of concepts such as limitlessness-irregularity-infinity, and therefore, the endpoint of his works can be related to his moment of death. The study aims to determine and evaluate elite student athletes' attitudes toward puritan and hedonist work ethics. The study group consisted of 729 athletes at university and high school levels (female n = 276, male n = 453). "From Puritanism to Hedonism: New Ethics of Working Questionnaire (PH-NEWQ)” was used as the study's data collection tool. According to the study findings, elite student athletes generally adopted puritan work ethics rather than hedonistic tendencies. In this sense, national athletes and team athletes had puritan work ethics. However, female athletes and individual athletes had a hedonistic mindset. Thus, it is recommended to plan the educational lives of elite athletes by considering the puritan values in elite sports.

This research is motivated by the high participation of learners English in the course of English Tutorial Center Padang, visible high level of attendance, liveliness and discipline of learners. Researchers suspect that the cause of the high participation of learners is due to the process of reward and punishment by the instructor in the learning activities. This study aims to describe the process of reward and punishment by instructors in English learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all students totaling 500 people. Sampling technique used is cluster sampling, samples taken at each level/study group as many as 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. While the data collection tool use a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results show that rewards in of point, reward, and praise are categorized both given by the instructor, as well as punishments in prefentive and repressive forms categorized well given by the instructor. This is evidenced by the majority of students expressing "often" from each statement given.

This study investigated the attitudes and perceptions of 5th grade students in terms of reading. The study group consists of 10 participants, 6 girls and 4 boys, attending the 5th grade of a public school. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive phenomenology design. As a data collection tool, the students' drawings and face to face interviews with the students were used. At the stage of collecting the data, the students were asked the question “Can you draw a picture that reflects your thinking about reading?” Afterwards, face-to-face interviews were made to explain their drawings. The students' attitudes and perceptions about reading were examined through paintings and face-to-face interviews. A total of 3 different themes were created. It is seen that “Dream World” theme is the most drawn with 4 paintings among these themes. According to the results obtained, it is seen that all the students in the study group have a positive perception towards reading.

The purpose of this research is to examine the behaviors of Adanaspor&rsquo;s and Adana Demirspor&rsquo;s supporters relevant to fanaticism, and to reveal factors causing partisanship and identification levels of partisanship with psycho-social aspects in the context of football fanaticism and supporter identity. The model of this study is screening. 160 supporters in total, as being 80 Adanaspor&rsquo;s supporters and 80 Adana Demirspor&rsquo;s supporters, are constituting the study group. In this study, Football Supporters Fanaticism Scale developed by Taşmektepli et al. (2014) has been used as data collection tool. The analysis of data has been performed by SPSS 22 packaged software. First, percentage and frequency analysis have been performed for age, educational background and profession information of each participant, and distribution (Sample K-S) and homogeneity (ANOVA) analyses have been performed in the determination of difference. As per the results of the research, while they are definitely agreeing with the judgments of &ldquo;I get very angry at the comments of the speaker during live broadcasts which are against the team&rdquo;, &ldquo;I go to the stadium for watching my team&rsquo;s matches&rdquo;, &ldquo;I go to the match with clothing and materials indicating the symbols of my team&rdquo;, &ldquo;I join all the cheering at the stadium&rdquo;, &ldquo;I try to make the individuals or children&mdash;who don&rsquo;t support a team&mdash;the supporters of my team&rdquo;, they are definitely not agreeing with the judgments of &ldquo;I may throw foreign bodies to field when I get angry during the match&rdquo;, &ldquo;My team should try all the means including exceptions in order to win the match&rdquo;, &ldquo;I may sometimes enter the field if the game has gone off the rails&rdquo;. The comparison of the teams that the supporters support and of their fanaticism attitudes has been made, and significant difference has been determined in favor of Adanaspor in the judgments of &ldquo;I get very angry at the comments of the speaker during live broadcasts which are against the team&rdquo; and &ldquo;I go to the match with clothing and materials indicating the symbols of my team&rdquo;.

The aim of the study was to determine the level of digital citizenship among secondary school students in Middle East through recruiting students from Southern of Jordan, particularly from Ma'an Directorate to participate in the study, In addition, the study aimed to examine the relationship between students’ level of digital citizenship and their attitudes toward different forms of electronic terrorism. The study sample consisted of 186 school students. The data collection tool was a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that the students had a high level of digital citizenship and their level of digital citizenship was not affected by their gender or their type of the study. In addition, the results showed that the students expressed very unfavorable attitudes toward electronic terrorism. Furthermore, the results showed that there was significant relation between students’ level of digital citizenship and their attitude toward electronic terrorism. Based on the results, the study suggested that to face electronic terrorism among school students, there is need to enhance their level of digital citizenship through providing continues training and meetings that aim to make school students aware of the requirements of digital citizenship.
