Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. In this study using ex post facto method and sampling technique, namely stratified sampling. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is known that there is a significant positive effect between the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. Hypothesis test results show that the significance value (Sig.) Is 0.039. When compared with the probability value or α = 0.05, then 0.039 <0.05, which means that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. If seen from the tcount value, it is obtained a value of 2.110> t table 1.994, so it can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement program variable (X) affects the Indonesian learning achievement variable (Y). This can also be seen from the results of the determination coefficient test which reveals the contribution of the School Literacy Movement program to Indonesian language learning achievement is 6.1%. Although the contribution made is still very low, if the program is implemented very well by looking at the factors that influence its implementation, the impact on Indonesian learning achievement can be increased. The factors that influence the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program consist of two factors, namely inhibiting factors consisting of the family environment and the lack of literacy officers, and supporting factors, namely the support from the school and the provision of adequate books. Factors that affect students' Indonesian learning achievement consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors that affect student achievement are psychological aspects consisting of reading interest and student willingness, while external factors that influence are the school environment and the existence of social media. Keywords: literacy movement; Learning achievement

Abstract. Research with adolescents has noted that narcissism dimensions (e.g., non-pathological, grandiose, vulnerable) are often interrelated but have differential associations with indicators of adjustment. The aim of the present study was to investigate both variable-centered and person-centered analyses of commonly used narcissism scales in adolescents. Participants were 282 at-risk male adolescents ages 16–19 attending a voluntary residential program. Variable-centered analyses revealed correlations for the narcissism dimensions that were consistent with prior research. Person-centered analyses resulted in three subgroups (i.e., high pathological narcissism; moderate pathological narcissism; low narcissism). Individuals in the high pathological narcissism subgroup reported lower self-esteem, higher anxiety, and higher aggression than the other groups. However, the utility of a person-centered approach in adolescents is questionable in that the subgroups simply differed incrementally based on pathological grandiose and vulnerable narcissism.

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program towards the Effectiveness of the Bachelor of Education (ISMP) Program. This study uses a survey method. The population of the study was 520 ISMP students at Universiti Utara Malaysia. The selection of respondents made by using non-proportionate stratified sampling based on programs and simple random sampling. Data was collected from a sample of 219 students of ISMP. The questionnaire contains 30 items with high Cronbach Alpha value of 0.96. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Regression Analysis. The study also shows that the variables lecturers and Facilities, and the relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program have the significant and positive influence of student Perception on the ISMP Program. Relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program variable become a significant predictor with the highest coefficient value. Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program became a significant predictor of the Effectiveness of the ISMP Program. This explains that both variables need to be emphasized in the implementation of the ISMP program in order to create an effective program.

UD. Cipta Karya abadi is a company engaged in trading household appliances. Its flagship product is the multipurpose pot CKA POT. Using special and unique concepts in the sales activities of superior products, namely by direct sales, by conducting promotions, introducing products and even directly practicing cooking demonstrations in front of prospective customers. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Sales Promotion and Personal Selling partially or simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. While the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed using the SPSS program, Variable Sales Risk (X1) = 0,000 <0,05, Personal Selling Variable (X2) = 0,000 <0,05. From the equation above the variable significance of the price is smaller than 0.05, the significance of the Sales Promosion variable is smaller than 0.005 and the significance of the small Personal Selling variable is greater than 0.05, then the X1 variable has a positive effect on Y and X2 has a positive effect on variable Y.
