UD. Cipta Karya abadi is a company engaged in trading household appliances. Its flagship product is the multipurpose pot CKA POT. Using special and unique concepts in the sales activities of superior products, namely by direct sales, by conducting promotions, introducing products and even directly practicing cooking demonstrations in front of prospective customers. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Sales Promotion and Personal Selling partially or simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. While the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed using the SPSS program, Variable Sales Risk (X1) = 0,000 <0,05, Personal Selling Variable (X2) = 0,000 <0,05. From the equation above the variable significance of the price is smaller than 0.05, the significance of the Sales Promosion variable is smaller than 0.005 and the significance of the small Personal Selling variable is greater than 0.05, then the X1 variable has a positive effect on Y and X2 has a positive effect on variable Y.

To trigger consumer transactions in order to buy a certain product and encourage aggressive purchasing decisions. One trick is that promotion is able to stimulate demand for a product. With the promotion, it is expected that consumers will want to try these products and encourage existing consumers to buy products more often so that re-purchases will occur and the sales volume of a company's products will increase. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the sales goals of a company. In order for consumers to be willing to subscribe, they must first be able to try or research the goods produced by the company, so that buyers can be sure of these goods. Targeted promotion is expected to have a positive effect on increasing sales. Promotion is an important aspect of marketing management and is often said to be a continuous process. With promotion, people who are not interested in buying a product will be interested and try the product so that consumers make a purchase. The type of promotional mix is ​​the combination of the best strategies from the variables of advertising, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the goals of the sales program. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on glove purchasing decisions. Respondents of this study used 150 research samples at various hospitals, namely doctors and health workers, the tools used in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Price on consumers purchasing decisions in PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado. The population that used is all of the consumers’ of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Tendean Manado where the population size is unknown. The sample which is taken in this research is 96 respondents who had used Toyota Avanza and used the simple random sampling technique. The sample based on respondent level techniques and the data collection method with using questionnaire. The statistical analysis that used in this research in linear regression analysis with using SPSS 25 for windows. The result of this research demonstrate that the Brand Image and Price have a positive influence and have significant influence on purchasing decisions. The amounts of Brand Image and Price influence on purchasing decisions are 59,5% and 40,5% which are influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that the brand image and price variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi,motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur,Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Survei dilakukan terhadap 75 orang pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, (5) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan. The survey was conducted on 75 employees. Sample was taken by simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis was done by path analysis. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (2) The reward has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (3) Trust has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (4) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward the trust, (5) Reward has a positive direct effect toward the trust. Based on the research results could be concluded that to improve employees’ achievement motivation could be done by improving organizational culture, appreciation, and trust. Meanwhile, to increase the confidence of employees could be done by improving the organizational culture and appreciation.Keywords: organizational culture, reward, trust, achievement motivation

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect  on  the  performance  of  employees  of  PT.  Smelting  either  partially  or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.

Investors do not always think rationally but sometimes think irrational. Decision-making based on irrational thinking is influenced by a psychological bias which often leads to wrong decisions. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of representativeness, availability, anchoring, risk perception, and herding on the investment decisions of sharia investors who open stock accounts at Phintraco Sekuritas Semarang. The population in this study were investors who have opened Islamic stock accounts at Phintraco Sekuritas Semarang. The sample is respondents who have opened Islamic stock accounts at Phintraco Sekuritas Semarang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that representativeness, anchoring, risk perception, and herding have a significant positive effect on the investment decisions of Islamic investors. Meanwhile, the availability variable does not affect investment decisions in Islamic investors.

Service quality is a form of activity undertaken by a company that aims to meet the wants and needs of customers by providing good service. Customer loyalty is a consumer's assessment of the quality of the product or service it receives based on existing expectations in the mind. Loyal customers will always tend to only one brand even though there are many similar brands. Sample in this study amounted to 135 respondents, is the people of Bandung who have or often use online transportation. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality on online transportation customer loyalty. The result obtained shows that service quality influence significantly customer loyalty by 24,1%.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kausalkomparatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Selatan dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, Berdasarkan penelitian ini, variabel independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan secara bersamaan. Kemudian, masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan pada pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan juga.The aim of this research was to get empirical evidence about the effect of independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors on consideration of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements. This research uses causalcomparative study with primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The research sample was auditor on Public Accounting Firm (KAP) located in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was used multiple linear regression, Based on this research, variable independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors were significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements simultaneously. Then partially, each variable has significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements too.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah pengaruh Promotion Mix yang terdiri dari advertising (Periklanan), sales promotion (promosi penjualan), public relation (hubungan masyarakat), personal selling (penjualan pribadi), dan direct marketing (pemasaran langsung) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Boyolali (Tahun 2015-2019). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepda nasabah yang menabung di BSM KCP Boyolali. Sampel yang diambil sebanyal 100 responden nasabah yang menabung di BSM KCP Boyolali dengan teknik simple random sampling,data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 22 dan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis ini meliputi uji reabilitas, uji validitas, uji regresi, uji regresi linear berganda,pengajuan hipotesis melalui uji T, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R^2) dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil T_test menunjukan bahwa advertsing, sales promotion, personal selling, dan direct marketing  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Boyolali. Sedangkan public relation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Boyolali. Uji F_test menunjukan bahwa advertsing, sales promotion, personal selling, public relation ,dan direct marketing  secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Boyolali.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran praktikum sederhana. Alat praktikum yang digunakan  pada proses pembelajaran dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti menggunakan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapatkan di lingkungan sekitar dan bersifat lebih ekonomis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif true experimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan  simple random sampling diperoleh 40 sampel yang terbagi menjadi 20 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 20 siswa kelas kontrol. Pengambilan data minat belajar siswa menggunakan angket tertutup (angket minat)  skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis inferensial. . Analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan  uji asumsi dan uji hipotesis.. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa antara penggunaan metode praktikum sederhana terhadap minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran kimia memiliki pengaruh positif. Pengaruh tersebut dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai ttabel < thitung  dengan nilai thitung sebesar 10.48 dan ttabel sebesar 1.68.Kata Kunci:Minat belajar siswa, metode praktikum sederhana.  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of student interest in learning by using simple practical learning method. The practicum tools used in the learning process are made by the researcher using materials that are easily available in the surrounding environment and are more economical. This research is a quantitative true experimental design. The sampling technique using simple random sampling obtained 40 samples divided into 20 students of the experimental class and 20 students of the control class. Retrieval of student learning interest data using a closed questionnaire (interest questionnaire) Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis. . Inferential statistical analysis uses assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that the use of simple practicum methods on student interest in learning chemistry has a positive effect.
