The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program towards the Effectiveness of the Bachelor of Education (ISMP) Program. This study uses a survey method. The population of the study was 520 ISMP students at Universiti Utara Malaysia. The selection of respondents made by using non-proportionate stratified sampling based on programs and simple random sampling. Data was collected from a sample of 219 students of ISMP. The questionnaire contains 30 items with high Cronbach Alpha value of 0.96. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Regression Analysis. The study also shows that the variables lecturers and Facilities, and the relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program have the significant and positive influence of student Perception on the ISMP Program. Relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program variable become a significant predictor with the highest coefficient value. Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program became a significant predictor of the Effectiveness of the ISMP Program. This explains that both variables need to be emphasized in the implementation of the ISMP program in order to create an effective program.

The article was to determine student perceptions in online learning. This research was conducted by survey method by giving questionnaires to 239 active students of Bina Bangsa University. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and qualitative data from open-ended questions to gain insight into student perceptions. The analysis shows that 80% of students are willing to take part in online learning, 62% of students claim online learning provides benefits, and 32% of students have difficulty understanding the material. In conclusion, the perception of students in online learning is relatively good with several obstacles that require improvement. So it is recommended that online learning should be planned, implemented, and evaluated in order to minimize problems and maximize the achievement of learning objectives An abstract should explain a brief, comprehensive summary of article contents; it allows readers to survey. Public accountants play a role in improving the quality and credibility of financial information. The interest of the people to become a public accountant, is still low. This study aims to determine the interest of non-regular accounting students to become public accountants as measured by student perceptions, self-motivation, and adversity intelligence. This research was conducted on 2015 non-regular accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University. Determination of samples using non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The number of respondents used in this study was 158 people. Data collection method is carried out by a survey method with questionnaire techniques that are measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the variables of student perception, self motivation, and adversity intelligence have a positive influence on the interest of non-regular accounting students at Udayana University to become public accountants. Abstract : This study aims at formulating a model of the profile of teachers professionalism of excellent Islamic Primary School (IPS). The source of data of this research is obtained from six excelence IPS in South Jakarta that achieve score of accreditation A.This research is a non experimental research that uses survey method. The population of this research is all teachers in 15 Excelence IPS with the sample as much as 40% of the teachers. as many as 100 teachers. As for the sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling with descriptive statistics. The result of this research shows that firstly the profile of professionalism of the teachers of excellent IPS in South Jakarta is indicated by adequate teachers competency in personality, pedagogy, professionalism, and social aspect. Secondly, at the dimension of learning community teachers have not fully showed self development as a part of learning community. Thirdly, at the financial dimension it is know that the teachers of especially State Islamic Primary Schools are willing to accept all the policy of reward system set by the goverment and their schools headmasters. Fourtly, the linearity of educational background with the teaching profession. Fifthly, there is no difference in average scores the characteristics of profile of teachers professionalism between Private Islamic Primary Schools and the State ones. DOI: 10.15408/tjems.v1i1.1110

This research to identify the characteristics of visitors and analyze the perception of visitors to management of Wana Wisata Damar Peak in forest conservation. Visitor perseption in review of service, infrastructure, environment (physical, social, and culture), and forest conservation. The research location in Pakualam Village, Darmaraja Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province from late june to erly july 2017. Research design is a quantitative design using survey method. Data collegtiorn using interviews, observation, and literature study. The selection of sample using simple random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Research result indicated that most ofvisitors came from Sumedang, male gender, aged between 20 – 29 years old, with high school education as a student and have income less than Rp 1.000.000, the purpose of visiting in general for a vacation because this place is attractive  and cheap entry fees, most visitors budgeted for the cost of recreation per mont less than Rp 200.000. Almost half of the visitors came with friends using their own vehicles, doing a one-time visit and interested to visid again. Visitor perception to management of Damar Peak in the forest conservation is still not good because the manager and the community is still lacking in the effort of forest conservation.

The present study was Academic Self Image of B.Ed., trainees in the perambalur district. The main objectives of the study are to find out the academic self-image of B.Ed., trainees concerning the Demographic variables such as gender, year of study, subject, locality of college, marital status. A sample was using the survey method, and the simple random sampling technique was adopted for the selection of the sample. The samples of 941 B.Ed., trainees were taken from the study. The main findings of the study are there is no significant difference in the mean scores on the academic selfimage of B.Ed., trainees concerning their gender, subject, and marital status. There is a significant difference in the mean scores on the academic self-image of B.Ed., trainees concerning their year of study, locality of college. It’s my conclusion that the present study reveals that there is morenumber of B.Ed., Trainees have a high academic self-image.

This research investigated students’ needs, awareness, perception and use of Guidance and Counselling Services (G&CS) in Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB). Simple random sampling technique was used to sample 283 respondents across the ten (10) colleges in the institution. Data were collected with the aid of questionnaire and analysed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentages, and mean. The questionnaire was subjected to a pilot study that revealed psychometric properties of Cronbach’s Apha 0.86. Result revealed that 91.1% of the respondents were aware of G&CS and 74.6% of the respondents currently using the services indicated that it was very helpful. The rating of the counselling needs of the respondents revealed that academic issues with a mean of 3.62 ranked first, and exam pressure management had a mean of 3.51 ranked second. Furthermore, the rating of the perception of students on the quality and effectiveness of G&CS indicated that organized orientation services for fresh students ranked first (mean = 2.55), while effective counselling on personal, social, academic and vocational challenges ranked second (mean = 2.49). The study concluded that the G&CS needs of the students across the colleges differ due to the dissimilarities in their disciplines across the University. The G&CS was assisting students to attain competencies needed to overcome academic, career and personal concerns. The fresher’s orientation service received the highest perception (mean = 2.55) among respondents on the quality and effectiveness of G&CS in the institution. This study aims to determine the direct influence of (1) work environment with discipline, (2) procedural fairness with discipline, (3) work environment with procedural fairness. The method used was survey method with a correlation approach. In this study used as a sample is 66 employees of education department were selected based on random techniques (simple random sampling). Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted in the Mentawai Islands District Education Office. Based on the hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the findings of the study as follows: (1) there is a positive influence directly the work environment with discipline, (2) there is a direct positive effect of procedural justice with discipline, (3) there is a direct positive influence between environment working with procedural fairness.

This study evaluated hide and skin marketing in Adamawa State, Nigeria, with the aim of describing the socioeconomic variables of the marketers, determining the marketing efficiency and major socioeconomic factors that influenced participation in the area. Purposive and simple random sampling methods were used in the selection of four large and small ruminant markets, and 120 hide and skin marketers, respectively. Descriptive statistics, Marketing Efficiency (ME) and regression analysis were employed in the analyses of data. Results show that all the marketers were males (100%) and married (66.67%) within middle-aged group. A larger proportion (40.00%) had secondary school education and fairly experienced in the business. The most popular (51.67%) channel of hide and skin marketing was producer-rural collector-urban collector-wholesaler-tanneries, with a very efficient marketing (178.52%). Further, the level of education and marketing experience of marketers and the average purchasing price of hide and skin were found to heavily influence the marketing output in the area. The major challenges experienced were insufficiency of capital (88.33%), multiple taxations on transit (71.66%) and quality deterioration (63.33%). It is recommended that institutions that intend to improve on hide and skin marketing in the State and areas with similar economic terrains should resolve the aspect of inadequacy of funds, minimise tax on products, and employ efficient extension services to tackle spoilage.

Nowadays, almost everyone knows YouTube as one of the world's most popular social media platforms. The usage of YouTube is not only a place to share videos but also as a medium for information, aid learning, and even as a commercial medium for business. With the increasing popularity of YouTube, marketers have discovered a new way of integrating their product into online videos namely YouTube product placement. An example of popular product placement is by one of the healthy instant noodle brands from Indonesia who collaborates with well-known Indonesian YouTube influencers. However, even though YouTube has already existed and been popular for a long time, there is still a few research that discusses product placement in YouTube content. Therefore, this research is important to find out whether a YouTube content with a product placement delivered by a YouTube influencer will be effective in influencing the viewers’ purchase decisions or not. This research will be used a quantitative approach to collect the data by conducting the survey method. The researcher uses descriptive statistics and PLS-SEM to analyze the data. The results indicate that product placement on YouTube content video has a positive influence on consumer purchase decisions in Indonesia.

This research is a kind of survey and aims to find and analyze empirically the efects of student perception on Teacher’s pedagogic competence towards student’s English achievement, the effects of  language attitude towards Student’s English achievement, and the effects of The student perception on teacher’s pedagogic competence and language attitude towards student’s English achievement. The Method used in this research is a survey method. The observed population of this research is student of second grade of state vocational high schools in Serang-Banten, sample was taken as many as 50 students, the sample was gained through simple random sampling, which means that the reseacher mixed the subjects in the population so that they will be considerably the same. The collecting of the data used by the questioner and collecting of student’s English achievement. The gained data was analyzed by using correlation technique and multiple regressions. Previously, the prerequisite test before examining the regression test must be accomplished, such as normality test and linearity test. This research is done on October 2017. The result of the research concluded: 1).There are any significant effects of student perception on Teacher’s pedagogic competence and Language Attitude collaboratively towards students’ English Achievement students at State Vocational High Schools in Serang-Banten. It can be proved by Sig = 0,000 < 0.05 and Fo = 47,843, 2).There is a significant effect of student perception on Teacher’s pedagogic competence towards students’ English Achievement students at State Vocational High Schools in Serang-Banten. It can be proved by Sig = 0,010 < 0.05 and th = 2,677, 3).There is a significant effect of the Language Attitude towards students’ English Achievement students at State Vocational High Schools in Serang-Banten. It can be proved by Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and th = 4,137.
