EVALUATION OF BACHELOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAM: CIPP MODEL AS A BASIC
The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program towards the Effectiveness of the Bachelor of Education (ISMP) Program. This study uses a survey method. The population of the study was 520 ISMP students at Universiti Utara Malaysia. The selection of respondents made by using non-proportionate stratified sampling based on programs and simple random sampling. Data was collected from a sample of 219 students of ISMP. The questionnaire contains 30 items with high Cronbach Alpha value of 0.96. Quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Regression Analysis. The study also shows that the variables lecturers and Facilities, and the relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program have the significant and positive influence of student Perception on the ISMP Program. Relevance and appropriateness of the ISMP Program variable become a significant predictor with the highest coefficient value. Lecturers and Facilities, and Relevance and Appropriateness of the Program became a significant predictor of the Effectiveness of the ISMP Program. This explains that both variables need to be emphasized in the implementation of the ISMP program in order to create an effective program.
